Tracy is great and helped us out creating some emergency binders for our properties. We’ve called Servpro when we’ve run into issues prior and will be sure to call again!

I have been so happily surprised by the level of thoroughness and consistency demonstrated by ServPro. From the texts/calls confirming a time slot each day, to the employees showing up exactly at that time, and the thoroughness that each person took to ensure the job was done right are just a few things that stand out. I called on a Sunday in an emergency and they sent someone right out! I want to say Jeff but maybe it was Josh after reading the reviews. I have had someone come in every day to check the drying process and each have been so professional. Specifically, Rory, Carlos, Jeff/Josh (sorry), and Mike. Thank you!

One night, I got home from work later than usual. Before I even stepped inside, the smell of smoke hit me. I rushed in, expecting to find a fire, but thankfully, there were no active flames—just evidence of my overly curious Weimaraner, Nuka Bear, attempting to cook his own dinner. A pan left on the stove from breakfast had ignited, along with a carton of organic eggs. The backsplash and cupboards were scorched, and the smoke smell was overwhelming.

Thankfully, Josh from Servpro arrived right away, thoroughly cleaning everything and eliminating the odor. Cameron in the Restoration department worked his magic, making it look as if the fire had never happened. Servpro was incredible! If you have a dog that’s a little too smart for his own good, keep Servpro on speed dial—you just might need them!

Servpro is efficient and responsive. When addressing your issues they are compassionate and understanding. They work well with insurance companies. I appreciate their guidance.

Tom. From Bountiful came and did a complimentary inspection after my dishwasher flooded the kitchen. He was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything was looked at. He recommended actions to take. What a great guy! Would definitely call him again!

We found out there was mold growing in some basement insulation at our rental property in Draper. An exterior faucet had frozen and cracked a pipe that was leaking into the insulation whenever it was used.

The plumber didn't want to touch it and I had a contractor out there doing some other work and he didn't want to touch it. Rory from Servpro was out there the day I called and got it all taken care of!

He explained everything and was so nice despite the fact that he had to deal with soggy, moldy, and itchy insulation he had to haul up from a basement! Thank you so much Rory!!!

These guys did a terrible job on my house someone hit a wire with a staple and caused a short someone installed my shower backwards so water was leaking into the bathroom The tile is leaking in the shower I'm going to have to replace that the paint job was a total blow and go one coat job The doors are super rough from not sanding them just really bad work don't hire this company

Thank you all the guys at Servpro. Came out and helped us get ready for repairs and drying out our home. Rory was great in helping organize and explain everything going on. Specifically during the longer working days, Chris and Drew and their helpers came out. Both Chris and Drew were awesome, explaining everything as it was happening and super quick on the work they were putting in. Both dudes were Rockstar. Thanks guys.

ServPro of Bountiful showed up an hour after I called them. They promptly evaluated what was needed after the water heater hose sprang a leak and flooded several rooms in the basement. They removed all standing water, deployed drying machines, and did mold evaluation and mitigation. We were impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. Tom, Chris, Rory, Mikey, and Jeff did a great job. They all helped to make a stressful situation manageable! We highly recommend them.

Rory was very knowledgeable and helpful in understanding the process, and what would happen. His explanation helped ease fears and when the cleanup crew came, they were very nice and did a great job of cleaning up after the flood. I will edit my review to add what I feel after the reconstruction happens

Fast, reliable and trusted. we had a leak in our basement on a Sunday afternoon, and within 6 hours of calling, Rory from ServePro was able to identify and stop the leak, surface dry our carpets, and get us on our way to recovery. on Monday when we called our insurance agent and told her of the situation, she indicated that she would be on the lookout for ServPro's estimate and that because of their history with the company, they did not even need to send out an adjuster. we were able start our repairs in just a few short weeks with the help of a reputable contractor recommended by ServPro. The whole experience was almost painless and ServPro was the major factor in easing that pain.

Just 32 days after our damage we were able to move back into our basement and get back to normal life.

I initially left this review for the West Jordan office, but have since found out that it was actually this office who took great care of us

With Covid-19 cleanliness has been a big focus of keeping our employees safe since we work in a essential field and have continued to work throughout the pandemic. When Our home flooded and required extensive demolition in order to mitigate the water damage, these guys were amazing. They protected the unaffected areas of our home and were very clean in the work they performed. They were very helpful in working with our insurance company to make sure everything was addressed and that we were compensated for all the damage.
