My friend brought her van in and they did a fabulous job fixing all the leaks! They should advertise more so no one else has to go through multiple places before getting the right service. Friendly and professional for sure!

Had a fantastic experience with Kitsap Waterleak Repair! Kristen was super helpful over the phone, explaining their services in detail and setting the right expectations for the initial triage. When I dropped off my car, I met Gabe, who was friendly and walked me through what to expect with the repair process.

Midway through the job, I stopped by the shop to drop off a carpet I had forgotten to include for cleaning. That’s when I met Joshua, who took the time to show me the progress and gave me a realistic timeline for when everything would be finished. Turns out, there was mold growing under the seats—something I never would have caught if I had tried to handle the cleanup myself. They completely stripped the interior, dried everything out, treated the affected areas, and put it all back together. By the time they were done, my car looked and smelled like nothing ever happened!

Absolutely worth the investment to get leaks properly fixed and make sure mold and moisture are fully taken care of. If you need leak repair or water removal, these guys know their stuff. Highly recommend!

How long has it been since you were told something and what was said turned out to be 100% true.I had a sunroof leak, it's been fixed before, yet here we are addressing the same issue. I was told it would be addressed and if found, repaired. After 5 days of rain, no leaks, dry interior. They have my respect and confidence. In my opinion, if you give them a shot, you will be glad you did.
No regrets here.. Thom

Great customer service and great quality work product. Recommend KWR.

Car had a leak. They found 10 and fixed them. Picked it up and drove it away and there was still 1 last one. We brought it back and they spent 2 days working on it because the last hole was a real devil to find. Charged a fair price both times. I would take the car back again.

This place is amazing. Perfect customer service, fast, thorough, professional, high-quality work, reasonable price, convenient drop off, invoicing, and payment process. Highly recommend these guys. We had a leaky sunroof and a bunch of water sitting in the driver's side and driver's side back passenger seat buckets. Got the car back all organized, cleaned, fixed and mold/water remediated. ~Matt

Years ago my 2003 Lincoln Town Car had a leak that is common on this body style. They fixed it immediately. I since acquired a 2005 Town Car and soon after receiving it, it started to show a similar but much more extreme leak. This one was hard to diagnose and I had to return this car multiple times to find the major cause of this very indirect leak. the water was pooling in the rear passenger footwell and the cause of the leak was under the hood of the car where the hood release passes through the fire wall. They worked long hours at no additional charge to find the source and fix the problem. They are good people!

I highly recommend Kitsap Waterleak Repair.
I purchased a 1978 Corvette a few years ago. It became waterlogged the first time it was outside during a storm. KWL was willing to take on the task of working with an older car when other shops (including multiple Corvette specialty shops) refused or could not. They got back to me within a day of contacting them on their website, and were friendly and willing to do whatever it took to get my car drivable in our rainy state. From the start, communication has been great -- they explain the work they've done clearly (without any upselling). They're upfront about pricing, and they do great work but also were clear about wanting to see it again if there were problems. Josh's statement "we are excited to work on your car" and every discussion we've had since then has shown that they are enthusiastic about cars and dedicated to excellence. These are car people who saw my vehicle as a welcome challenge and clearly love solving the puzzle. Highly recommend.

If you have a leak, this is the place to get it fixed! Not only did they do a great job fixing my sunroof leak, but they went above and beyond to work with me when I had to take my car back for a few hours in the middle of the repair process due to a family matter. They made the everything so easy and stress-free for me, and I can't thank them enough for their flexibility and compassion.

And to top it off, they were more than fair on price and even gave me a discount on the cleaning after the repair, since they knew I had just spent a ton on mold removal and the car ended up getting wet again while waiting for the repair. As a broke college student, it really helped - it's obvious they care about their customers.

Thank you to everyone at Kitsap Waterleak Repair, and congratulations on your new garage!

I recently had a leak repaired in my dodge Ram, and I have a few things to say about it.

The good: communication was thorough, shop was easy to find, leak was found and fixed, pricing was up front.

The bad: the pricing included removal of surface water, when I got home I discovered a lake under the drivers side rear seat (see photo). I let them know, and they said they had removed water from that area twice and there was so much water in the carpets it must be “pooling there.” Ok, fair, so I asked if they had checked the other side under the speakers. I was told no, they couldn’t get the seat up. It took me one minute of searching on YouTube to figure out how to raise the seat (it has a lock that it easily bypassed). Was able to raise it and remove the speaker and there was water there. The $675 service included removing surface water and that wasn’t done. I was told there was mold and mildew in three quadrants and I would need their drying and mold mitigation service to repair it, but the first opening they had was a month out and it would be an additional $699 and take several days to perform. I made the appointment and got a second opinion. That shop used a moisture meter and showed me that the carpets were almost dry a week out from the service at KWL. They proceeded to dry steam, use an air mover, and a dehumidifier and it was within normal limits within an hour with zero indication of mold. When I mentioned that the leak had come from the third brake light and had been repaired, along with the cost, they told me that was a common issue with Dodges and Fords and a lot of owners need to have it remedied. Their cost to place the bead of silicone that is around my brake light now was $35.

Now, I will again mention that costs were presented up front and I knew what I was paying, however, my leak was very easily remedied, and a “have you looked at your third brake light” would have been (I feel) the honest thing to do. It might not have been that, and in that case I would have definitely needed their services. But as it was, I couldn’t really afford what I paid, and am kicking myself now that I know what was going on.

Bottom line: it’s fixed, hopefully correctly, but I won’t be using their services again.

Josh was wonderful to work with! My truck was leaking from the sunroof, and the headliner and drivers seat was wet. He worked me into the schedule quickly, and it was repaired the same day. I got my truck back dried out, and it costed not a penny more than I was quoted. Very happy with his work! I hope to NOT be a repeat customer, but if my truck gets another leak, I know where I'm going.

I had a water leak that my mechanic and auto glass specialist couldn’t find but Kitsap Waterleak Repair found and fixed it in just one day! They were so easy to work with and very fast. I like that I knew how much it would cost before they started. I highly recommend this business and I’m grateful that they fixed the issue before the leak caused damage to my vehicle. Thanks KWR!

Amazing results and friendly customer service at an affordable price. I wish I had known to go to Kitsap Waterleak Repair as soon as I noticed water seepage in my car. In one day, they eliminated my need to continue labor-intensive maintenance like placing water absorbers around the car and using a water vacuum. Not only is my problem fixed, I know what caused the problem and how to prevent it in the future.

This is a small, family run business. I communicated directly with the person who would be fixing my car and he worked with me to coordinate a drop off and pick up that would work with my schedule.

As a bonus, he found several items that had been lost under seats for months!

Amazing service! Very professional and fast! They went above and beyond what I expected. Turns out the leak I thought was coming in from the front window of my SUV... Was really coming from the back and all the water was pooling in the front! Not only did they find & fix the leaks but they also removed the mold and cleaned/spot treated my carpet! Best of all it was very reasonably priced for all the work they did!! If your vehicle is leaking I highly recommend using them!

Was getting way too much condensation in my car, ended up with a mold problem. Took it to All Class Glass Repair to check my windshield (previously replaced) for leaks and they did not find one but referred me to this business. For a flat $350, they found my trunk wheel well half full of water from a leak in the trunk, fixed the leak, and even cleaned up the trunk and dried out the water that had been spilling into the passenger area. Fair deal, good service.

Fantastic fantastic fantastic fantastic! I took a 2008 Chrysler Sebring to them and they were able to diagnose and fix the leak quickly and for a great price. I had taken the car to Larson Dodge three times before that and they couldn’t fix the leak. They told me it needed every new seal in the hardtop convertible. He was able to find the specific problem and repair it quickly. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again for your honesty and hard work.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
