I was terrified, I was leaving the country and just before I left I flooded my home. What was I gonna do? I knew I needed a professional company to assist in handling the damage control. I am so satisfied by how quickly and painlessly this all washed out...pun intended. I have been working with Paul Cataldo (Project Manager) along with Travis and Denise as the service technicians who are doing the remediation of water damage at my daughters house. They are an outstanding team to work with!! Paul has been great in helping us to determine the scope of the damage, letting us know how the process works, and keeping us informed of the progress of the job. Denise and Travis have done a fabulous job isolating damaged areas from other areas around the house to prevent demolition dust and debris from being tracked into non-affected areas; have torn out and disposed of the damaged materials without damaging anything else in the process, and they always leave the house cleaned up at the end of the day. I have been greatly impressed with the professional attitude, great care, and customer-oriented service of the whole team.
