This is regards to my parents home. They have both recently passed away. The home has considerable cigarette smoke stains.
Jordan came out to assess the home and told me he needed to chat with his manager. At the time I was under the impression that was regarding wallpaper that had stained. He wasn't sure if Servpro handles this in their cleaning capabilities. I told him that is fine if you don't, but I still wanted non wallpapered areas to be cleaned.
I received a call from Jordan telling me his manager did not want to take the job because the cost would be more than the home is worth.
I find that absolutely unprofessional. I have no problem with Jordan but whoever decided this has no idea a) what the home is worth b) what I am willing to pay or what my financial situation is.
If they did not want the job, that is fine. But to assume it is not worth it to me is poor handling. That should be up to me, not Servpro.

I was referred to servepro after our pipes froze and burst. Both Samantha, in the office, and James, who did the mitigation and demo, were absolutely wonderful! James was accessible and prompt. Communicated thoroughly with me through the entire project and he did a fabulous job. I would highly recommend them to anybody that needs their services

I was terrified, I was leaving the country and just before I left I flooded my home. What was I gonna do? I knew I needed a professional company to assist in handling the damage control. I am so satisfied by how quickly and painlessly this all washed out...pun intended. They worked with me, my associates and insurance and when I returned I was able to start the restoration process that day. Thank you to all of those at Servpro that made it possible.

I have been working with Paul Cataldo (Project Manager) along with Travis and Denise as the service technicians who are doing the remediation of water damage at my daughters house. They are an outstanding team to work with!! Paul has been great in helping us to determine the scope of the damage, letting us know how the process works, and keeping us informed of the progress of the job. Denise and Travis have done a fabulous job isolating damaged areas from other areas around the house to prevent demolition dust and debris from being tracked into non-affected areas; have torn out and disposed of the damaged materials without damaging anything else in the process, and they always leave the house cleaned up at the end of the day. I have been greatly impressed with the professional attitude, great care, and customer-oriented service of the whole team.
