Had a great experience. Unfortunately had to deal with a flood and ServePro came out right away when my insurance company contacted them. They were easy to deal with and made sure to walk me through and keep me updated throughout the process. I dealt with a man named Joshua and he was awesome! Highly recommend!

There aren’t enough or sufficient words to describe my Servpro team out of Farmington, MO! They are more like part of my family now! I had a flood on July 4th and had them in my home for the first time. That time it was only 3-4 inches! I was still able to live there and watched them hard at work EVERY day!! The furniture movers were extremely careful with all of my furniture. I have/had some very big and expensive office and bedroom furniture. So it was heartwarming to see them take such care with it. There was no damage to anything when they moved it back in 4 month later.

The whole team, including Angie Yaeger, Tim Womble and Josh were especially wonderful. They went above and beyond what their jobs called for. They all treated me with greatest respect!

All that was left of the entire repair was putting in the kitchen cabinets, but they weren’t ready yet. November 5th at 2:30 in the morning, I got flooding again. This time it was FOUR FEET! Me and my small dogs had to be rescued by boat!! It was horrifying! I lost EVERYTHING except a very few pieces of furniture. I even lost a lifetime of family photos. It was CATASTROPHIC to say the least! Luckily I had my boyfriend we could stay with! I bless God him every day! I called Tim later that day and told him to rally the troops, I needed them worse than ever. They wasted no time getting started. The ones that were out before, including Angie were shocked, when at their meeting they saw my name on the top of their list!

Less than a week later I got a text from Angie. She said she saw a post on FB Marketplace. Someone had a cherrywood bedroom set for $150.00. Her, Tim and Josh were going to go in on it to get it for me!! Once Angie told her my story, the lady said she wouldn’t sell it to her!! She was going to donate it to me HERSELF!! Josh has also been getting items together for me!

There is no one that could take the place of these people in my heart. I tell anyone if they have a catastrophe, don’t hesitate to call Servpro in Farmington, MO.

When they would leave the house, we would hug and hug when they came again. Unfortunately, since I’m not able to stay this time, I can’t do that, except through this review!

Servpro came to my rescue. I had a faulty connection to the water line on a new refrigerator and it leaked for 3 days before I knew it. Water ruined my wood floors and the water even went down in the basement leaving a pool of water and damaged ceiling tiles not to mention leaking water. Joshua with Servpro saved the day, after 3 days of drying out the floors in the kitchen and basement he didn’t have to remove cabinets in the kitchen, second phase for Servpro is putting back the hardwood flooring. Thanks to Servpro - Josh and his team are great caring people.

Before we arrived we were in contact with Rob Corley to arrange an estimate, but our house keys were with our friends in Cape Coral. Rob requested our friend’s contact information and met them in Cape Coral to pick up our keys. He then went to our home to provide us with a timely remediation estimate. His offer to get our keys before we arrived, saved us several critical days in initiating the restoration. We are very grateful to Rob for going out of his way to get our keys.

Once work began on our home Rolla ServPro manager Dalton Crum, and his crew were efficient, dedicated and professional throughout the five days of our restoration. Throughout the week, Dalton kept us appraised, not only of the work, but of his and his crew’s arrival times and project status. This crew has the capacity and eagerness to think-on-their-feet and work through problems as they arise. Dalton’s communications were excellent, with timely texts, and phone calls explaining project status and arrival times of he and his crew. The dress and appearance of he and his crew were professional, and as neat and clean as could be expected under the circumstances. Dalton was polite, courteous and articulate in all his communications with us. Dalton and his crew are the hardest working people we’ve witnessed in quite a long time.

Servpro southern and central Jefferson County located in Farmington Missouri was was very outstanding and their service is very friendly easy to deal with. I called all the Servpro‘s in my area and could not get any of the come the day I need them they are overwhelmed with business. Servpro imperial Missouri contacted Servpro Farmington. Gave them my number they called me immediately I told them that I had problems and they were there that day to take care of my problem. The guys probably spent 8 to 10 hours one day return the next day pulled all the carpet up took the baseboard up and remove the drywall. They tore up all the furniture that was damaged with mold and took it away. Servpro supplied me with pictures which in return I sent to the AC company that installed my air conditioning unit and sent them the pictures and also sent them to transform
Home products. And then I also took the photos that they gave me and sent them to my attorney. The team from Southern and Central Jefferson County ServePro was wonderful to work with. The crew arrived within 2 hours of being notified of our water issue. They did a wonderful job communicating what was happening and what was going to be done. Every one of them worked hard, quickly, and efficiently. Though it was chaotic they were always professional and courteous. The one thing I appreciated the most was the communication, it took 6 days for our mess to dry out and they came every day to check the progress, before coming I always received a call and knew when they would be arriving. Thank You!!!

They turned my water damaged basement dry walls, carpet and flooring into a brand new looking and smelling man cave. It was quality work and I'd recommend them to others.
