I highly recommend this company as they were so professional from the time I met Blair who explained everything after carefully inspecting all that needs to be done to protect my home,. And then I met Nick Liston and his crew and they brought all of the equipment to pull the moisture out and explained things while they were working. Everybody extremely professional!

The crew personnel were very helpful and thorough with recovery and clean-up. Activity was conducted with great care. This experience was a bright spot in an otherwise very stressful situation. I used ServPro of Southern Columbus to respond to some water damage in my bathroom and basement. The process has been smooth and seamless so far. Nick Liston and Gabriel did an excellent job explaining what they were going to do and what the next steps were once this stage of work was done. The advice we received to utilize SERVPRO was truly excellent. The team's performance was exceptional. From the initial estimate, Josh promptly addressed all inquiries and potential project changes. The shedule coordination team maintained consistent communication. Graham and Carlos initiated the project on the first day with attentiveness and respect for the property. On the following day, a group of four fantastic ladies arrived. Angie, Patricia, Almary, and Kalleys worked wonders like cleaning fairies. Angie led the team with perfection. We had a dehumidifier fire in the basement of one of the buildings my employer owns. The entire 1200 sq ft building was covered top to bottom (all 3 floors) in heavy black soot. The cleaning team spent 8 days and cleaned the whole building top to bottom, there is zero remnant of the fire, all soot and smell has been removed. They beat the competitions pricing and did a fabulous job.

Very unfortunately, I had a basement completely flood recently and it’s one of those situations that is complete chaos. You have to move quickly to avoid further damage but you don’t know who to call or what to do. Luckily, I called ServPro and Nick Liston was at my door with a crew within the hour. This has been one of the most stressful and chaotic situations to navigate, but Nick has been extremely communicative and helpful through the whole process, making the whole thing so much easier to get through. I hope I never need this kind of help again, but if I do, I know who I’m calling every time.

Phil and Luis did the work in the kitchen! Phil went over and above and assisted Patrick by helping him get to his coat and even making coffee for him!! Patrick is blind!!
James came out to answer an emergency call (the fans and humidifier blew a fuse and we had no heat or electricity in part of our house). He came straightaway this morning, assessed the situation, got out heat going full blast and hooked things up so Patrick could have his morning coffee!

ServPro came through promptly and professionally. Jaime Ortega led the crew that completed removal and mitigation efforts at our house on January 25, 2015. Upon arrival, Jaime explained the process cogently and then he and his crew went to work. They arrived on time and completed the job slightly quicker than Jaime had expected. Anthony was great. He got us a quick estimate, let us see what was happening with his IR camera and helped answer all the questions we had. He even helped clear some ice damming to prevent additional damage.

I called Servpro to inquire about fiberglass being disturbed in my house and being all over. They were quick with a response within minutes and didn't try to sell me anything! They listened to my concerns and basically told me how to remove it myself. They did quote me a price for them to remove it but basically said they aren't gonna do anything I can't do. That shows integrity. They could have easily told me it was a massive problem and needed proffesional mediation but they didn't. I didn't actually buy anything from them but I felt that they deserved a good review based on their business practice of honesty alone. Rest assured if I ever need anything done, ill be calling them first!

They also were so helpful getting trash and excess junk out of our house which was so appreciated. They also took great care in moving our items that were not destroyed and making sure they were protected from any debris. They have gone above and beyond and we are so grateful to have this Servpro team helping us with our catastrophe.

Exceptional service from ServePro! After an early morning fire caused water damage, Anthony showed up at 5:30am, looking like he was ready for the red carpet- completely professional, calm, and focused. Their quick response and thorough work made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Nick and his crew rock! They came over to clean up and restore after we had a drain backup that flooded the basement. They were very friendly, and explained the process very clearly. Their prices are reasonable too. Definitely recommend Servpro.

On a couple of occasions, I have dealt with leaks and messes at commercial properties. The ServPro team has always responded quickly, professionally, and performed diligent work each time.

Cleaning and water mitigation after a restaurant kitchen fire is not easy. Anthony, Carlos and Katelynn made a bad event much better. Stayed in contact and very thorough. Highly recommend.

I've worked with ServPro in the past for fire restoration issues at my commercial properties and they have always worked so efficiently and kept me updated on everything that was going on. Finding contractors that have their system together and give out constant updates are so rare so I really appreciate ya'll

The items they took to clean came back in the same box they took them in clearly covered in soot and the large area rug looked the same as it did when it left. I called them and let them know this. They requested photos which I attempted to send but had issues with the attachments going through. I then requested that they just send someone out to take photos or the items back and clean them. They did not. What they did do was turn me into collections for not paying a bill for work that they charged for and did not do!

After experiencing a house fire Servpro came in to assess the situation and help guide us through the chaos. We ended up needing our home pretty much gutted. Corey has been a helping hand and very informative. The demo crews have been amazing! Jamie, Parker, Phil, and Payne have been here working tirelessly. They have never complained and have went above and beyond what I expected. I would 100% refer them to anyone who unfortunately needs their services due to a disaster in their home.
