The gentleman Mr handyman sent to me was named Rick. He was awesome. Replaced exhaust fans for us. Did it quickly and explained to me one issue we might have and he took care of it. Plus around the fans he put a little paint on the ceiling. Above and beyond my expectations

We called Mr Handyman for service for the first time recently and Rick B was sent to do the work. We presented Rick with a list of 10 tasks ranging from trimming a large bush to replacing a piece of board on the house which had rot. All of the work was completed expertly, including the board piece replacement which is really critical to the appearance of the exterior of our home. We will certainly request services from Rick and Mr Handyman for future needs.

Very good service. He was on time which I appreciated a lot did not try to sell me on anything I didn’t need and was able to get my ceiling fan going again.

I had a range hood installed. It had been sitting in a box for six months and I got tired of looking at it. I called on Monday and they were out on Thursday. Darrell was polite and did an awesome job. He cleaned up and left it spotless!

Darrell F is an outstanding professional. He is always respectful and thorough. He has repaired once and replaced once the kitchen disposal and has replaced the large bathtub faucet that prevented the shower from working. The first visits were in the frigid ice cold winter. I had filled out a request late at night, and got a call in the morning. At first they weren’t going to be able to come out until tomorrow, but once I expressed the urgency, they worked through the schedule and were able to send someone over.
Mike came out to take a look at my smoke detector and figured out one of them was malfunctioning and wasn’t syncing up with the other alarms. He installed a new detector that I had bought, resynced the system and everything is doing well so far.

These guys are great. I was quoted between $250-$350 and I was to buy the supplies. After he finished the job I was given cost of $230 to do job. 99% of contractors would have billed me the full amount of $350. I was sold on these guys for life. The job looked great, we showed up right on time, and he left my house clean as it was when he came. I’m calling them Monday with 2 more bigger projects. Trust is everything to me!!!!!

Communication from the first contact through the installation of our storm door was excellent. A name and photo of the installer was sent to us. Darrell was very pleasant and professional. He did a great job installing the new storm door. He cleaned up everything. We definitely would call on your company for future jobs that we need done! Thank you!

I needed a repair done on an awkward to reach area of the gable area of my roof. After sending in pictures I was given a rough estimate of the time/materials costs to repair the damaged portion. Mike came out today, gave me some options, did the work and in the end was able to complete the work for less than the original rough estimate. Being November, I will need to have someone come back in the spring to touch up the paint, but, I might end up just getting the whole house painted by Handyman of West Columbus instead.

I;ve been a loyal customer of Mr. Handyman for many years. Just moved into new house in a new area and have started requesting services with the local Mr. Handyman . I am extremely satisified so far with the very prompt response, flexibiility, skill and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Could not recommend enough!!! Had a huge issue with our Costco purchased dishwasher and the installer they sent out. We were able to cancel that and have Mr Handyman come out instead. Not only were they able to get us on their schedule but, they were able to move us up a whole week AND got the job done quicker than estimated! Stephanie at the front desk is amazing and our installer Darrell was a true professional. We will definitely have repeat business with them!

Mr. Handyman is a great service. My request included a few small “ honey do” items but they were able to come next day and get everything done quickly and exactly how I wanted!

Mike did an excellent job repairing a floor and textured ceiling that were damaged by a water leak. Mike has had lots of experience in doing this kind of work and it showed. If I need anything else done I will ask for Mike.

Thanks to Darrell for installing my new round blind. It didn't come with instructions, but he figured it out! This is not the first time he's done work for me through Mr. Handyman of West Columbus, so I was happy to know he was the one coming to help me out.

We have been searching around for someone to repair our broken gable vent for months. We've called several different businesses from roofing companies to siding companies and every one said they couldn't help us (even when their website said they did gable vents). On a whim I decided to contact Mr. Handyman and Wow am I happy I did! They replied the same day, gave a very competitive quote, scheduled the work for a few days later and got the job done quickly. Rhett was very professional and fast with the repair. I couldn't be more pleased. The final bill was right on target, no surprise fees. These guys are great!

Your company did a great job hanging the memorial to my late father. I had trouble getting other handyman companies to even answer the phone. Mr. Handyman returned my call on Friday January 5, 2024 and a service man came out on Monday, January 8th at 1:00, got the memorial hung, and left about 1:45. They did a great job.

Though there were missteps in the repair process, the job was completed at no extra costs to the customer. I am quite satisfied with the final result.

Darrell from Mr. Handyman made my experience better than I could have expected. I’m a new homeowner and I don’t know a small from a large job. He came in explained it was small walked me through what he needed to do and was in and out. Showed up on time and is simply put a good person. Highly recommend his services.

This review is for Westerville Ohio area. We had a small unique room to drywall. They identified inconsistencies with the structure and they could remediate it, but added time to the project, which we were ok with. They even worked around our timelines and availability to complete this project on time. I cannot say enough about how punctual, honest, haardworking and quality of service they provided. Highly recommended.

Great work done by Rhett. Showed up early, efficiently addressed two issues on the property. He even removed unwanted foliage and completed the work on schedule.

Darrell Foster was great. He’s experienced and knew what he was doing and best of all was on time. I also appreciated the phone call update, and the text message including a picture telling me who was on his way.

I got help moving a washing machine and adjusting old doors so that they open better and latch. Mike was punctual and professional. He got things done quickly and consulted with me along the way. I feel very satisfied with the work and will hire Mike again.

Both my front and side porches needed some repairs and installation of hand rails on both. I needed two new light fixtures installed after led ones were removed.

Had a front door removed and had a front door installed and a security screen door installed. Had to do a lot of framing to do and a lot of Wonkie in the old door and frame and Darrell got the job done professionally. Highly recommend Darrell and Mr Handyman - They get the job done and done right!
