They were very quick to respond to my flooded basement. They worked fast and thorough. Shae and Dom were amazing. I also loved how they gave me ideas and options about going forward, but didn't push me. They were patient as I made decisions, sometimes that took a couple of days. I really loved that. It was great being presented with ideas and options and then given the freedom to choose what fits me best. They even gave me ideas on how to prevent things in the future. That shows how much they care, when they actually try to help you prevent needing them in the future!!!!

Best Option Restoration was fantastic to work with! I had 2 urgent issues to address to sell my home. They were very responsive and fair. Great pricing and thorough work. Though it's not fun dealing with mold and restoration work, Wes and his team make it as smooth and positive as possible. I trust them and give them top scores.

We had a water pipe break in our crawlspace, I called Best Option Restoration and they came out the next morning( the water had been shut off, so there was no emergency) They started work right away, and even worked into the holiday weekend. They were extremely thorough, and tested the whole basement for dampness and gave me a detailed estimate for the work.
The technicians were polite and respectful of our property, and I was very happy with the work and the price. I would highly recommend.

If you want the best hire these guys! We had water damage in our home, were in our 70's never had it happen before. Wife looked up Best Option Restoration they were here within a hour and did a awesome job explaining everything and getting the job done it was bad and took days but what a great job they did! If you're lucky enough to get Shey on the job you will have it made the rest of the crew is awesome as well. I contacted this company because we are refinancing our home and had a small mold problem that needed inspected by a licensed professional. Wes came within a few hours of my call, took pictures, and provided the report within the same day. He was friendly and efficient and I very much appreciated the quick turn around time! Best Option Restoration of West Columbus helped us with a nightmare of an experience. I went downstairs and noticed a wet spot in our basement. My wife called Best Option Restoration the next morning and they were out within hours. They assessed the situation and took care of us promptly. Not even a week later we ran into the same problem and I realized my sump pump had gone out and the basement was worse than last time. The Owner Wes was very polite and had someone out immediately. He also joined and came out himself. He took care of it once again and also had someone come out to give estimates on new flooring. The floor company was also very professional and spent a couple of hours going over options with us. As we waited for the insurance to settle everything, Wes was always asking if we needed anything. When we finally got what all we needed Wes had our carpet installation scheduled in a timely manner. The installation of the carpet was fast and efficient. Even though I ultimately was not able to use this company’s services due to the nature of the plumbing issue, Wes was extremely helpful in helping me navigate the services I needed to resolve my problem. He went so far as to research other businesses that might be helpful, sharing the information with me very quickly AND on a Saturday afternoon! He also reached out several times to make sure my plumbing/water issue were being taken care of. If my home ever requires the type of service that this company offers in the future then I will certainly reach out to this company! We recently had a leak in a line on our refrigerator on a Saturday. We were referred to Best Option restoration and I am so happy we called them. Wes came right out and began assessing the problem and setting up equipment. Apparently the line had been leaking quite a while and had done damage underneath the floors in two different rooms. He looked at my insurance policy and advised us on what to do. The entire situation was made so much easier by his knowledge and advice. Recently we had the misfortune for our septic system to back up into our basement. A company came in to fix it and the backups went down the drain. However the backup left a lot on our floors. Plus the odor wasn’t good. The first company I called was Best Option Restoration! And they were! Shay came and measured how much needed clean and gave me a reasonable quote. The next day Gary came and scrubbed and sanitized the whole area. I was so grateful. Great company and great service!

Had a sewage leak under the house and these guys showed up right on time and they were extremely helpful. The techs were super nice and very insightful. I will only be using Best Option for any future emergencies.

Had a leak from upstairs bathroom into downstairs bathroom. After repair was concerned about possible mold. Best Option Restoration was recommended and they came through. In about an hour they had dropped the ceiling and performed an exhaustive search for any type of contamination. They determined that was none, did a small treatment just in case, cleaned up and were gone. Highly recommend this company. Crew was very polite and answered all my questions.

We had a sump pump failure and this company was recommended to us. I’m so glad they were. I called and spoke with Wes, the owner and luckily, he had room in his schedule to come out the following morning. We had 900 square foot of soaked carpet and padding that his crew tirelessly hauled out for us. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry things out. They took moisture readings and determined that 2 foot of the dry wall needed to come off too. They handled that as well. After about 6 days of drying out (they came over every day to check on progress), they sprayed for mold and mildew to complete the mitigation process. They also took samples of the damage and dealt with insurance for us. I would recommend their exceptional customer service to anyone.

Had Wes come out to give me a quote for removing the mold in my attics and he was very detailed in explaining their process and made sure we figured out the cause of the mold first and foremost. More affordable than other companies and quick to respond to any questions I had via email or phone. The team was able to get everything taken care of just a couple days later - much quicker than I expected!

Waking up to a flooded basement (both finished and unfinished with storage) was not delightful, but, Wes and Allan of Best Option Restoration made it a stress-free experience!! We rang them at 7.45am, and they were at our house within an hour! Not only is their customer service amazing (!!), but they are transparent, knowledgeable (what they may not know on the spot, they will get the answer..i.e. working with plumbers to find additional causes of leaks), and very reliable!! I cannot begin to tell you how impressed we were with everything they did. The basement is now totally dry, carpet pulled up, dry-wall inspected and clear of any mold, and ready to be re-done. As a result of an improperly installed new dishwasher ,our wood plank kitchen floor was suddenly under water .

Recognizing the need for some immediate emergency restoration from an available and reliable company , I contacted Wes Holler at Best Option Restoration at the suggestion of a neighbor.

Within an hour, Wes arrived with dehumidifiers , fans, and heaters and began the restoration process quickly enough to minimize both water damage and the potential of black mold .

Wes and Best Option left late that first evening and arrived early the next morning to insure that the drying process was well under way.

Not only was the restoration professionally handled, but Wes acted as the communication intermediary between the two insurance companies ...and even recommended a flooring company to us.

I had a leak in my garage roof repaired a couple of weeks back, and following the repair, I reached out to Best Option to have them assess the water damaged drywall and ceiling. They removed the damaged drywall - discovered and removed a decent amount of black mold behind it. Communication was great, they actually showed up at the time they said they would (!), and the crew (shout out Allen!) also kept me involved throughout their cleanup process to explain each step which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend!
