Very pleased with the experience at Steinle. We're about 2 hours away so I wanted to get as much info as I could up front. Jamie was very accommodating and easy to work with. Most other dealerships I talked to pushed HARD to get us to come in before giving me the info I was looking for. These guys aren't like that.

Finance department is great as well. Bryce made things super clear and didn't push anything extra on us. I'd make the drive again the next time we need a new car.

Wasted 6 hours driving 300 miles. 7.5 hours in waiting room and $268 deductible on The Mechanic warranty I bought through Steinle. Problem still not fixed so I said come get it this time. They did and I have no vehicle for 4 days. And now want another $268 deductible for the same issue. Only had the truck 9 months. Dont recommend buying the warranty. Talked to the salesman I purchased the truck from about the issue and he told me that's just the luck of the draw. Asked if they wanted the truck back and I would trade for a lesser priced vehicle. They low balled me $6000 under the trade in value. I understand adjusting mirrors to drive the truck to your shop but having to Bluetooth 3 phones to the truck and leaving them in my memory, and changing other setting is just unprofessional. Put things back the way you found them please, it was a 36 mile drive. Cant say I would buy anything here again. Update: Thanks for the quick reply Garrett. I don't call to many people liars but you are 100% a liar. I removed a phone from my truck and it happened to say Garrett. I'm sure it's another Garrett not you right. And iphone32 was removed by me. As for the issue at hand I'm sure I stated this issue doesn't happen all the time. I sent a video to your people of the issue happening. I've read your reply to other 1 star reviews and yes Garrett you are a liar and very unprofessional. Moving the seat and the mirrors was never brought up in my issue with the way the truck was returned did It? That's right no I didn't. Put your glasses on and read it again. And yes we did set up the Monday through Thursday for the repairs, but could I use the truck or go anywhere in the evening while at the hotel? Come on its not a tough question Garrett. No I could not. So I had 4 days without a truck. KBB has trade in at $42800. And we talked the day before the offer was made and i told you that webuyanycar was offering me $43980 which I stated if you could match that offer, we had a deal. I hope that is all in context enough for you. And I hope future customers read these reviews to see how unprofessional you are. If you want to discuss this issue you have my number. 2nd update. Called Garrett Steinle to discuss the issues he said I was incorrect about instead of hiding behind a phone. After stating the facts and asking if he would like to discuss them face to face he then hung up on me. Again unprofessional and just a rude individual. 3 update. Not sure what happened to your original reply but I can no longer find it. Did you delete it Garrett? Odd. Did you say some things that were unprofessional? Maybe huh. I'm not a business owner who relies on customers to make a living. I don't have to be professional. But I still try to be. I really don't care about the phone thing. It's more that fact that Garrett and iphone32 were in the memory and you say they were not. I know they were because I had to figure out how to get rid of them. It's really the low ball offer and the 2nd deductible for the same issue that tick me off. Let's just hope it's fixed and I never have to visit Steinle again for any reason. But I'll be sure to have video proof if the problem comes back. For the record, The only thing negative I have said about your team is telling me "its just the luck of the draw" after I already stated im not happy with the situation. The gentleman that worked on the truck, your 2 service desk people and even the salesman other than the luck of the draw statement were all great people to work with. You Garrett are the reason for my 1 star review. And yes after what you said in your first reply to this review hiding behind a computer about me and then delete the reply because you know it was false. A cash paying customer on what I consider an expensive truck purchase. Yes I would rather handle this face to face. Again people, take videos and pictures of everything when dealing with Garrett or he will deny everything. Wish I had a screen shot of his original reply to this review that he did delete.

Great experience, start to finish. They deserve 5 stars, but I have to give them 4 only because even though my new car was shiny and new and spotless they gave it to me almost empty. Would definitely recommend this place for your next new car.

I would highly recommend Steinle Chevrolet! After taking my ill Chevy Silverado to Foster's Chevrolet 3x, and was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. I called Steinles Chevrolet in Cylde. Kaitlin in service got me an appointment and the tech advisor took my truck for a test drive to investigate the issue. Needless to say they found the problem immediately! There was a bulletin for that specific problem, (which any dealership has access to if they bother to investigate), Steinle ordered the part and fixed my truck as soon as the part came in. Problem solved. Needless to say my husband & I will be using Steinle Chevrolet for any of our service work for our two vehicles going forward and when the time comes to buy new it will be there as well. Since then we have always been treated wonderful at Steinle and they have always gone out of their way to help us in anyway possible. Hats off to a top notch Chevrolet dealership that care about their customers! Thank you to the whole team at Steinle Chevrolet for quality service! Now two more customers for life........ I was on my way to a meeting the other day. Abruptly I had multiple warnings in the message center. Truck started to overheat. Pulled in and the service department got me in right away
Turns out I needed a pulley that disappeared, a belt and a bracket. They had me back on the road the very same day. The service department is top notch! Thanks again for saving the day! Not to mention saving my week!

Bryce in sales is very good and a pleasure to work with. The service department, unfortunately, not so much. Schedule an appointment for a simple oil change, show up on time and sit and wait 60-90 minutes..... NO THANKS. The service writer told me " an oil change always takes over an hour". Uh, NO, it does not. I won't be back.

I had a great experience with these guys. I bought a used vehicle from them and I had had very few issues but when it did they got the car In an had it fixed in an extremely reasonable time frame. And even though I had a 42000 mile warranty they did not charge me anything because they had realize that the issues were due to a company that had done work to the car while they were in possession of it. Also my man Adam is a super positive salesman and super cool dude. Would buy a vehicle from him anytime. Thanks Steinle!

I can not say enough good about the entire Team at Steinle Chevrolet. I was in a terrible situation with a blown transmission 3 hours from my home. The staff at Steinle were so kind and literally rescued me. The owner/manager drove me around for over an hour helping me get a rental car. The transmission tech was very well trained and they took care of replacing my transmission as fast as possible and kept me informed continuously. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They all go above and beyond to make sure everything is right. They live by the word integrity. And if I lived closer, they would absolutely be my go to dealership. You. Can. Trust. Them!!

I would avoid this dealer at all costs, I tried to call and buy a Camaro they have on the lot that is available, and I was informed without a trade in they refuse to sell the car, this screams trying to scam someone. I have cash in hand and they won’t sell the vehicle without a trade? I have never heard of such a thing before, even told me they have had over 100 calls about the vehicle and they won’t sell it without a trade….

I bought 2022 chevy camaroZL1 last week from them here.I just want to say Ive never had and easier experience than with these guys.
They had everything done except signing pprwrk by time i got there for my dream car.I searched the entire US for this particular car and they had it and made it happen.Im over 3hrs away and made the trip and I can say with this kinda cust.service I'd make that trip over again for our next vehicle purchase.You can tell these people love their job and love to make your day with a new car.Thanks to Bryce and all who was involved

Recently traded a truck and dealt with Bryce. Bryce, was professional to deal with along with everyone else in the process. No high pressure sales which was nice for a change. Had a minor glitch with the new vehicle, Mike and the boys in the back were able to hash it out quickly. I had a family member in the market for a new vehicle, referred him to Bryce, and also had nothing but great things to say about him and the guys at Steinle. I’d rather buy from
here then a mega dealer, at Steinle they treated me great.

I bought a car here less than a year ago. I had a good experience and found I nice car for a fair price. I've had 3 tires keep losing air so I scheduled and appointment for them to look at. They cleaned the corrosion off and replaced the valve caps. Afterwards my car drove awful. They threw off the balance and my car had a terrible vibration. I took it back for them to fix it and it still drives just as bad. I'm incredibly disappointed. Its a decent place to buy a car from but do NOT use their service center.

Follow up: I took the car somewhere else and 3 of the wheels were still out of balance and the alignment was off by 26°.

Was very satisfied at first but then three days after buying the van off the lot (not even 200 miles later) the check engine light came on and the traction control off and vehicle stability control lights came on! Hoping they will fix this situation!
UPDATE: they in fact did not fix the issue. But of course offered to replace a sensor for “half”. I would expect to get ripped of by joe shmo off the street, NOT by an licensed reputable dealership! Well. LESSON LEARNED!! Do not buy from steinle unless you want to buy a vehicle from a shady, untrustworthy person!

They sold me a vehicle that needed an oil change. They promised to change the oil for free but I could never get an appointment because the service department was closed when I got done from work. I asked my salesman to give me a gift card for oil change somewhere else and he said he couldn't because thiey already paid for an oil change. What a liar I just brought it to GMC in perrysburg and I was told there was no charge it was still under factory warranty. Thank you GMC of perrysburg i will come to them from now on.

So not impressed with the salesman for the 2014 ford focus, no manager to approve a discount. Was willing to give a full tank of gas, wow! Impressive, not! Also, incorrectly entered the income saying a
co signer was required. . Yet, got the 2014 Focus Ford at dealership, Toledo, Ohio. They didnt need a co signer, wow! Huge difference.
