They are very nice. Came and assessed the water damage. The two people the sent to demo were very nice....... HOWEVER THE BROKE MY BRAND NEW DISHWASHER and the bottom of my refrigerator. They came back and stated well this happens. No one has been back since to fix my dishwasher. Gonna have to file a smalls claim case against them if they do not return my calls. But they made sure to come pick up there equipment. I should of held their equipment but since I was nice and professional and returned it please come fix my stuff you broke.

Fast service. They were in and out in a few days for the remediation. Clean and tidy. Would recommend for all remediation services.

The Servpro workers came and did an awesome deep cleaning. The garbage was carted out the premises. The work done at the place potentially increased the value of the co-op thanks to Servpro..

We had a water hose on our fridge disconnect overnight on a Friday. Saturday morning, we woke to a flood. Within 3 hours, the serve pro team was at our home armed with fans and workers to eliminate the soaking wet insultation. They were prompt, returning the Monday after Christmas to finish the clean-up.
The staff on the phone and the service techs were wonderful.

I had a family member who experienced a prolonged medical situation and had to move out of their apartment. That required a thorough clean out and Stephanie helped in referring a colleague.

ServPro of Putnam County threw away contents that I had expressly told the main contact (Lisa) not to dispose of. I walked her through the house after I had taken my time to tag the items that were not to be disposed of. She had assured me that the tagged contents would not be thrown away but somehow her removal people weren't told this and all of the items I wanted to keep or be compensated for by the insurance company were disposed of. Instead of admitting to her mistake she out right lied to the insurance company and said I had never requested that the items I had tagged not be disposed of. She tried to hit me with a late fee because I refused to let the insurance company pay them until the dispute was settled. Finally, she wrangled together some of the things that she'd held to the side from my home, that I think were meant for donation and returned those things to me. My insurance company was able to compensate me partially for the wrongfully disposed items and the dispute was settled.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND using ServPro of Putnam County!!! They are dishonest and are not looking out for the best interest of the customer!!! They try to rush the job so that they can make a quick buck but they're not equipped to manage speed and quality service.
