I rarely leave reviews but the First Response Team was excellent in every respect. They were prompt, efficient, organized, and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than it was before it flooded with water and mud.

They listened to my concerns and arrived later that day to clean up the standing water. Next day to evaluate the situation. They handled a total cleanup and take down of the affected floor and walls, then replaced the walls.
I am very happy with the work they did.

These guys are the best! The people you speak to in the office, Amanda and Danielle, are so pleasant and polite they could sell ice blocks to an Eskimo. The team of Chris and Ralph came to the house with very professional equipment and in a neat, thorough way took care of the damage to my house caused by a flood. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves before they left. These guys were polite and professional throughout. Anthony and Chris came by later on to pick up the equipment that couldn’t fit into the truck and also helped me to move some heavy objects around the laundry room, putting things to rights. I highly recommend this company and would certainly hire them again.

I had a leak in my basement from a newly installed boiler. The carpet in my finished basement was soaking wet along with some of the dry wall. After reaching out to First Response Amanda sent her team over within a couple hours. The crew set up dehumidifiers and large fans to take out all of the moisture. The crew came back a few days later to pick up the equipment and make sure everything was dry. First Response was fast, efficient and very pleasant to work with. Had a confusing interaction with this company -- they answered the phone immediately and scheduled an in-person estimate for the next day, only to never show up and not call to reschedule or let me know they weren't coming. When I reached out near the end of the day, the person simply said "the project manager was busy today" and said they'd call back, but never did Given that they deal with serious/significant home issues that require timely attention, I'm surprised at their cavalier attitude. Not sure why my home wasn't worth their time -- hopefully you'll have better luck than I did!

The equipment and trucks that they use are very clean and in great shape. They minimize additional damage by utilizing the least invasive way to get equipment in and out, and the garbage and trash in and out of your home. David and his team were some of the most hardworking crew I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. Called to learn about their services. I was told that I had to go through insurance because it would be "too expensive". When I asked if I could pay out of pocket, I was told that I could not. When I told them I didn't want to go through insurance and would rather pay, they hung up on me.

The cleaning crew was professional and so nice to our dogs (who kept it pretty noisy while they were here)!
