The Rotary Club of Hastings has a storage unit in E. Palatka. Unfortunately, the property was vandalized and the contents of our unit were contaminated with a chemical dust. Ed had a crew out there quickly and got us decontaminated in time to get our equipment out for the event we had in three days! Can't tell you how much we appreciated the thoroughness, timeliness, and help with photos that we received from this company. Now on my personal will-call list if we need them, too!

Excellent people! Friendly service! I have encountered needing their services under two different places of employment (neither my fault LOL) They removed damages from a water leak in a doctor's office. They worked around the staff and fixed the problem quickly. They also did work on a local facility that experienced mold and mildew from an ongoing roof leak. They repaired all the damages and worked with renters for extra air quality for the venue to be usable before a full treatment was possible.

I had extensive flooding in my home after a pipe burst while I was asleep. Servpro of Putnam County was at my home and had equipment in place within a few hours with complete support and explanation of the process. I’ve never been so impressed with a company, their quick response to my crisis, compassion and expertise in putting everything in place to save my flooring that was the most at risk and ensuring they located and identified any other areas at risk that may need attention. So very thankful to them for coming in, taking over and completely easing my mind. They are absolutely the best!

My home flooded awhile back. Servpro came promptly to both test and treat for mold. I felt as though I was in good hands with both the friendliness of the staff, and the work performed. I also called them back to have my furniture routinely cleaned. Once it dried, it looked like a brand new living room suite. I would definitely use them again.

Had some water staining on my RV roof that I thought would never come out. These guys came out and did my whole ceiling and you can't tell there had ever been any staining anywhere. Roof looks brand new. Highly recommend.
