Servpro was unbelievably fast in responding to my flooded basement. Within 2h of making contact, they had a team at my house removing flooring and drywall,, and treatinrg the area for mold. The two workers were absolutely delightful, worked diligently, were exceptionally courteous, and cleaned up thoroughly. I recommend them enthusiastically.

They were polite and on time. They were professional and knowledgeable to my questions. They told me everything that they were going to do even when they were going to lunch. They made me want to work for the company.
Both groups were the same way. Top notch!!

SERVPRO did a fantastic job for me and my family. We had water damage and a lot of mold that needed remediated. SERVPRO team came in and remediated the mold, dried everything out, great team. They were courteous and professional, using chemicals safe for my children. Once the mold was remediated they came in and also did the remodeling. I can't say enough about the teams they used, fantastic folks. Painting was phenomenal, they are very good at their business! My floors look great and they were able to put things back together for us in a timely manner. I highly recommend this team from Poolsville/Clarksburg/Damascus!

The team is very responsive to appointments. Ingrid Meji is super amazing and told me the facts about what it would take to fix the mold in both bathrooms of this townhouse that I am renting. Sometimes, we do not like hearing the bad things. Her team is very honest and transparent. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help.
