That charming, young fellow, Paul, was just so kind and very informative. He was able to clearly answers the questions that I asked him about my siding, when he came to check it out for me. Made me feel at ease about considering the company to do my job.

Paul was very informative, he came by looked at my house and educated me on the roofs life span, what to look for in the future so I know when to call again, etc. Paul had the best customer service I’ve ever seen, the way he communicated with me and was very knowledgeable. Paul came out to inspect my roof. He arrived promptly when he said he would and was very friendly. He educated me on some potential issues that I didn't even know I had. He was great at explaining everything he was doing and helped make sure I understood every step of the way. His communication was excellent and he was very professional. I asked them to restore it as a surprise for my dad, and they did such an amazing job at it. Theo Restrepo was the person who came to help, and he was also very friendly and very precise with what he was doing! He sent me a text a half hour before our appointment to confirm that it was still okay for him to stop by, so he has great communication!
