Seneca Creek replaced windows of our house in 2014. In 2021, one window had a part broken, I contacted Jeff and he sent a guy to come to have it replaced. Very quick response.

They also replaced sidings and had some of our roof shingles replaced after a hail storm in 2016.

Roof shingle/plywood replacement completed neatly and near estimate. Moist plywood discovered and replaced (resulting in mild cost increase from estimate, but worth it. We don't want moist plywood under shingles!) Workers arrived early and worked through day and a half. Results: BEAUTIFUL. And they cleaned up property after the work carefully also. I heartily recommend this careful, thorough company.

Seneca Creek put a new roof on for me in 2016. After a year or so, a small leak developed - they came and fixed it. 2024, the wood were the leak was rotted, they came and fixed it. They stand behind their word. Everyone makes mistakes, but they own their mistakes and fix them!

Although it doesn't look a lot different than the original (due to HOA regulations), the new front door from Seneca Creek is more attractive and much more weather proof. The installation was very professional. I can't wait to see my electric bill this winter when I won't have to seal the cracks around the frame of the old one to keep the cold air out. I recommend Seneca Creek for service and quality.

Great company. Tim came out to our home quickly after a storm, was able to provide a quote and extent of needed work, described potential additional costs that we needed to be aware of, and helped to protect our home from any further water damage before the roofing work could be done. Supplies and work crew arrived about a week later - much faster than other companies were quoting us - and did an excellent job completely redoing our roof. Would have finished in a day, but rain cut the work day short. The new roof looks excellent! Would highly recommend Seneca Creek to anyone in Montgomery County.

They did our roof 4 years ago. The sky lights began leaking. We had four different contractors look at the roof and the installation of the skylights. Seneca Creek’s crew did not install the flashing correctly. We called to follow up on the roof warranty, but the owner/team never called back. We just paid another company to fix his poor work.

We had a great experience with Seneca. Tim responded to our request for a quote right away, answered our questions, and was very transparent about the work and the costs involved. After getting several quotes, Seneca gave us the best price, scheduled the job quickly, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job. Proposed budget was at least 10 thousand dollars less than others for the same manufacturer-backed warranty! Work was scheduled for most convenient time for the customer and was performed with impeccable care and diligence over a two day period and a crew of five worked nearly continuously for 13 hours each day to complete to customer's complete satisfaction! Cleanup was perfection itself - if I didn't have a brand new roof to admire and enjoy, one would never know Seneca Creek had even been here!

I was very happy with our experience. We needed our roof replaced and from getting the estimate to getting the roof installed was an easy and efficient process. The proposal was clear and everyone involved was professional. While it looked like there were materials everywhere while the installation was being done, they cleaned it up when they were finished. We had french doors removed and a sliding glass door installed in our kitchen leading to our deck. We had had some leaking due to the previous owners not installing the doors correctly. When the old door was removed some of the framing literally crumbled. However, Seneca Creek took care of the issue for us replacing much more than had been anticipated, making sure that everything was installed correctly, with precision and that we would have no future issues. Barb and I am extremely pleased with our re-roofing project by Seneca Creek. We have a c. 1800 large, two-story home and a period log cabin, each of which needed a new roof. We were impressed by the reviews Seneca Creek had gotten and decided to give them a try when we learned that they had experience installing EcoStar, a slate look-a-like shingle. I was further impressed by project manager Tim Bissell's attention to detail in the planning and his ability to reply to our calls almost immediately.

The project also included re-siding four dormers, not to mention the removal of existing 150 year-old slate as well as some 30 year-old-asphalt shingles. The siding team came first and were here four days. They came early and worked constantly all day and stayed late to cleanup - not leaving until dark. Then came the roofing team. They, soo, arrived before starting time and did not leave until it was nearly dark. They were here a week and all that time kept the yard picked up, neat and orderly after the end of each day.

I would definitely recommend Seneca Creek if you are interviewing roofing and/or siding companies. In 50 years (EcoStar has a 50 year warranty!) I will call them again myself!

My husband and I are very pleased with the professionalism and quality of the job. I deleted one star because we felt the project manager should have introduced himself at the beginning of the job and at the end of the job to see if we had any questions. In reality we would give 4 3/4 stars. Other than that we are very satisfied with the work and would hire them again if we had another roof that needed shingles. We had problems with our customer supplied solar operated skylights and the owner came out to help us get the shades operational.

I cannot speak highly enough about Seneca Creek! They came highly recommended by numerous people on my local town Facebook page. I have now used them to replace all of my wood siding with vinyl as well as replace all of my home windows. I have been absolutely satisfied with every step of the process from start to finish. I worked with Tim originally to discuss all of my siding and window options. He was kind, respectful, and most important of all, honest. The prices quoted were extremely reasonable and came in much lower than other companies I consulted for the same, or a higher, quality product. The dates the projects began were well within the estimated time frames originally given to me for both projects. Two different work crews came out for the siding and the windows, but both were courteous and took great care in their work. Both projects were completed quickly, thoroughly, and went beyond my expectations. Cleanup was absolutely perfect as well. It is quite apparent that Seneca Creek takes great care to provide exceptional service to their customers throughout the entire process. I truly couldn’t be happier with the quality and value of the work completed. I have already recommended them to many friends and will continue to do so.

This review is long overdue, but I guess better late than never, right? So I needed to get some of my windows replaced in my home. My home was built in 1997 and some of the remaining original windows started to show their age by fogging and hazing. My uncle worked with Seneca Creek a few years ago and he suggested I should give them a call and see what they have to offer. I reached out to Jeff, the owner of Seneca Creek Home Improvement, and responded back promptly to any of my questions and such. We set up an appointment so that he could come by and see what windows I needed, get the measurements and give me a quote. After he saw my home, he was up front with me about the prices, the process and the products. He gave me a few options, some of them didnt suite my needs, so he put those options aside. Options like triple pane windows and some other fancy stuff that would have not given me any benefit, but he still mentioned them to me in case I was interested. He was not pushy in any way and simply gave me the choices and went with whatever I thought was right for my budget and home. Of course I shopped around after he gave me the quote and I found that his rates were very competitive. I believe it took about 4 weeks from the time of initial payment till the time he contacted me with the installation time and date. Jeff told me that it might take a day and a half to get all of the windows replaced, but to my surprise, his technicians were done installing them all in about 6 - 7 hours. I thought that they might be coming back the next day to finish up, but they told me that the job was simpler than they originally anticipated. I think they were expecting that the stucco around some of my windows might cause them some hassle, but after removing the old windows, they realized that it will be a simple install.

All in all, I am very happy and satisfied with the quality of the product Jeff suggested and the work performed by his technicians. I will not think twice before reaching out to them in the future if I need to replace any of my other windows and will gladly recommend them to anyone.

My Seneca Creek project involved replacing my roof, gutters, and some trim capping. The responsiveness in communications from their team throughout the entire process was top-notch. The Project Manager, Tim was patient and knowledgeable in answering my many detailed questions. A nice touch was providing me with a copy of the precise aerial roof measurement report for my house. The actual work was done efficiently and on-time.

We got a number of quotes for roof replacement, Senaca Creek came in at best price and diagnosed some issues that other companies missed. We were pleased with Tim Bissell's initial meeting, very knowledgable and honest, easy decision. Very happy with the work, our roof looks great. Only issue was we had more nails than expected around the house the next day, we found 40 , which was more than I expected, not clear if they actually used a magnet as stated. We were also surprised by the messily applied black tar to the areas of siding that they needed to cut in order to re-roof our porch. It is the only unattractive part of the project.

We are very happy with our new roof & gutters! I got 5 different roof and gutter estimates and felt like Seneca Creek gave me an honest, reasonable estimate. The price gouging (even with advertised sales) from some of the larger companies amazed me -- do the research and learn the right questions to ask. Plus, it feels good to support a local small business. We worked directly with Jeff Leach, the owner of the company, and he was very patient answering all my questions. Both the roof crew and the gutter crew were great and cleaned up when they were done. We are very happy with the final product and are planning to get new windows and doors from Seneca Creek, too.

Better communication between working crew and client before, during and after the roof work would have been helpful. Offering to take pictures before/after to see the work done would have been helpful.

Three owners in my town home row had their roofs replaced by Seneca Creek at the same time. Two crews arrived on the date promised and all three roofs were installed over the course of a day and a half. The crew foreman was very helpful in answering my questions as the job progressed. And the new roof looks great! Gives me piece of mind going forward. Most impressive was the clean up afterward. I really should have taken pictures of the before and after scene! The excellent cleanup was especially appreciated given that this is a town house community.

Very quick and efficient. They also did a good job on clean up. This would be a 5 star but they missed a couple of old shingles that fell on the deck.

Tim, the sales representative showed up promptly at our location at the time me made the appointment for. After looking over the property , he gave me an estimate. The price was a bit higher than two other estimates that I had obtained.
But Tim was very professional, and provided a faster schedule(2-3 weeks instead of 4-6 weeks). Therefore, I signed the agreement.

The work was completed on September 14, 2020. The team of 6-7 people showed up at around 7:00am and completed the project by 3:00pm. As far as I can tell, they did a good job and left the area (driveway, deck, yard) thoroughly cleaned.

Seneca Creek replaced my roof, upgraded my gutters to a 6" wide system, including adding leaf guards, and refurbished my house trim via aluminum capping and PVC. Our estimator and contact person, Tim, was extremely helpful in working through all the options with us and at no point engaged in any "up-selling". We were able to contact him by phone, text, or email throughout the job and he came out several times. The roofing and trim crews were great and very professional. On a few occasions, I interacted directly with the crew to ask them to create some custom splash guards on the gutter system and they were very accommodating. I would describe them as true artisans! I should mention that we had obtained several bids for this very large job and and Seneca Creek was one of the most competitive ones. When we decide to replace our windows in a couple of years, they will be the first ones that I call.

We had a tree limb stuck in our roof going right through to the attic. One guy came out to do the job. He did not even need me there. The price was right. He pointed out that it is family owned company that does not use contractors. When I get a little money and get down to really fixing up the roof, they are ones I will call. Highly recommend.

It took us 6 months, talked to more than 6 companies to decide to work with Jeff and his team.

1. Door to door roofing company: They were the worst. We are first time home owners, very naively invited two door to door sales men from Po*** and HC*. just like other reviews they were pushy, tricky and price was insanely unreasonable. I suspect half of the price went to the sales team.

2. Three other smaller local companies in Columbia area who also got good reviews on Angie's List and have been around for more than 10 years. I called Ecn**** Roofing every single week just to get an appointment and still didn't hear back from them. One forgot to show up for estimate. Col*** Roofing was very good,but Seneca Creek was better.

The owner Jeff is not a sales man type of person. He is patient, professional and kind. He showed up on time, during the first meeting,instead of hard sale he was a good listener and patiently went through all the questions on my list.(Believe me it was a long list...) at the end we were quoted the most reasonable price.

Another thing was good communication. The young lady in the office was helpful and friendly. Jeff replied to my emails very promptly even after work hours and during weekends.( I think he should work less hard) There is not a time that he kept me wondering what is going on, instead we were informed every step, from choosing roofing model, color to adding gutter.

His crew showed up on time like we were promised, did a good job replacing the roof ( I think that part still needs to be tested over time).cleaned up our yard nicely after the job is done.

Now we are happily sitting under our new roof ,and we are looking forward to working with the company again to replace our windows before winter comes.

Seneca Creek did some roof repair and replaced all of the windows on our Germantown townhouse in November and December 2014. We were so impressed by the quick response, professional work and attention to customer service that Jeff and his team demonstrated. From the no-pressure estimate, to the friendly work crews (they left our place so clean!); Seneca Creek is second-to-none.
