SERVPRO of Northwest Las Vegas

A friend of mine recommended using Servpro after we had flooding caused by a burst pipe in the wall. My technician, Lance, was professional and on time. He thoroughly explained each step of the process so I knew what to expect and that’s the kind of honesty I look for in a company. Lance did a great job and I am happy with the results.

Servpro is who you want to call when you have a water emergency in your home. They are remarkable! It was a Saturday when we had a water disaster in our kitchen and they came right away. Lance Martinez is amazing! He understands the hardship you are facing in situations like this, and is comforting and responsive whenever you call with questions. They do high-quality work and are totally professional. Do not hesitate to call them!

Upstairs neighbor had a water leak. Insurance company sent ServPro out to inspect and set up fans to dry out my home. They cut several holes in the ceiling looking and testing for moisture. Communication needs some work (some calls/texts weren’t returned, not notified of appointment cancellation on their end, modifications of work plans). However overall work was good and efficient. Staff was friendly. Thanks guys

Shawn and Clayton did a super good job. They were very efficient their customer service was wonderful they answered all my questions. They were super efficient i would definitely recommend them over any other company !

our house caught on fire 2 weeks ago. Servpro Northwest Las Vegas came out to see what needed to be done. They cleaned our WHOLE house! looks and smells like nothing happened here! AMAZING PEOPLE !! We'd use them again but sure hope we don't need to!

Fantastic customer service and very fast service in general. As we were doing our bathroom remodel we discovered mold in the shower, it was more than our contractor could handle so we called Servpro. We quickly got a bid and it was more than fair. From start to finish it was a very easy process. We are very happy with our new walk-in shower.

OMG These guys are the best!!!! So professional, clean, and efficient. Very knowledgeable in their line of work. Friendly and trust worthy. I felt very comfortable with them doing work in my home. Fernando and his crew and George and his crew were exceptional and excellent in their performances of the work that needed to be done. If at all possible, ask for them. I hope that i never need a restoration company in the future, but if I do, Servpro will be the one I call. Hoefully they will send me Fernando and crew or George and crew.
