Chris is a wonderful person who stays focused and is extremely knowledgeable. He is a pleasure to work with and I’m grateful for his expertise.

ServPro did a good job, as far as the work goes. I'm happy with the work. Their communication with the customer, however, was horrible! I was in Maryland and the damaged property was in Florida, just want to be up front about that. But I asked their tech, every day for 5 days, to update me at the end of the workday since I couldn't be present. Not ONE TIME did that happen! I had to constantly call to get updates on what the status of the job was. To sum up: Work - good, Communication - bad.

Chris and Cody did an excellent job cleaning up our office following water damage. They were courteous, communicative, and quick. Job well done!

Gabriel and Sergio Came out from Servpro to help us with our facility that got burglarized and destroyed by vandalism. These guys are extremely professional, including their entire crew as well as their project manager Seth MCKEE . Gil and Martin were excellent at diagnosing the extent of my problem and setting me up for drying out my walls and ceiling. Having caught the leak early from the condo above, it took only 2 days to dry out. These men were courteous and helped me move back the heavier furnishings for a fully restored living/dining area! Two great employees who were friendly and professional during the entire process!!!

SERVPRO - Arrived at our home within approximately 2 hours after calling the office due to a washroom leak that flooded our house over night. TECHNICIAN Chris was polite, promp after send ETA via text message. He explained everything well and took all kinds of pictures. If I had a question, he answered it or gave an explanation as to why he could not answer (example: cost - that goes through the office). I have been completely satisfied with his service only thing is I would have liked to have know some kind of estimate/ ball park figure. TAMMY in the office has been very helpful when I've called the office in contacting Chris and relaying messages. CHRIS gets a 5 out of 5 star rating from me. P Grimsley

They came out quickly after a faulty water heater flooded our home. Same day remediation before any major damage or mold growth. Devin and Edwin were very respectful of our property and requests to keep costs to a minimum.

The work needed was evaluated within a day of the call and the 3 day job was done with Chris being here all these days . His work quality and professionalism is outstanding. He explained all that was being done and answered my many questions. They left the work space cleaned up and kept the work area well maintained by sealing off the surrounding area to not be affected by the dust, installation and mold.
Amazing to find the quality and punctuality of showing up to do the job as ServPro has provided us. So appreciate that you have hardworking employees that do their job with pride. Again , Chris was amazing !!!

In a time of what felt like absolute crisis, Chris and Bronson showed up and saved the day. I can’t begin to find the words to describe the care, kindness and efficiency. This whole process has been incredibly difficult for me because I am disabled/wheelchair bound but there wasn’t a single time that Chris and his team didn’t hear me, look out for me and act in my best interest.
I am so grateful for the professionalism as well as the empathy.

Everyone we encountered was amazing, the crew answered all our questions. Fans were annoying as hell but of course necessary. Chris was courteous and professional and even brought in the “big guns” his supervisor to alleviate our fears that our home was dry and safe from mold. Will hopefully never need them again but if I do I will.

Chris and Tom came out in the middle of the night to help us with a water emergency. They were so friendly and helpful. We appreciate them so much!

They were great! Came to our house asap, and immediately started clean up. Dried out walls, removed damaged wood and insulation, and treated behind the walls to prevent mold. Kent, Chris and Israel set expectations and followed up daily until everything was dry.
They will be our "go to" if we ever need such services again.

I am writing on behalf of Bob Herrold's All Seasons Swimming Pools & Spas Inc. Our office had a water damage. Kent and Gilberto were very professional and took care of everything for us so we could get back to work. they were very thorough it getting everything dried out. the communication was perfect. we really appreciate the wonderful service they provided.

Israel and Pablo were absolutely terrific. Israel kept us informed of what he was doing, seeing, and accomplishing while here. Any task or issue that came up was always brought to our attention. I can honestly say that I feel alot better with how things stand now. We only wish that the two of them would be able to complete the demo themselves tomorrow. He assured me that the crew tomorrow is exceptional. I did tell Israel that I would contact him with any questions since he is fully aware of the problem that we have.

Romeo came To Do monitoring for me notice that my contaminant was a little messed up. He took very good manner of fixing it and I'm pleased! Even added me a new zipper so i can enter with ease. Romeo also cleaned the water that was in the bathroom that was leaking from the equipment went all the way back to the warehouse to bring me new equipment very pleased with the outcome!

We came back from a weeks vacation to see a waterfall in our living room. We called at 3:00 and by 4:00 Romeo, Kent, Donald and Brandon were here and they did great and got our house dry.

Brandon, Kent, and Donald did an awesome job. They were here quickly, explained everything to do, took a lot of care to not damage anything further, and really made sure the problems were taken care of. Thank you so much.

Neighbors experienced water intrusion during heavy rain. Gilbert and Romeo came promptly. They were knowledgeable and capable. They even checked my house with a water meter to confirm I was not experiencing the same thing. Would recommend and call again.

Gilberto Marcial did a great job cleaning up our water mess in 5 rooms and removed baseboards and drilled holes so things could dry out. Ken Allen came to our house day 3 and day 4 to monitor moisture readings and adjust equipment. By day 4, all equipment was removed and all formerly wet parts of our home were bone dry. Ken and Gil were timely, explained in detail what they were doing and cleaned up all messes. I would use ServPro in the future.

What a pleasure it was to have Kent Allen in my corner along with all the other guys at ServPro. Everybody did an outstanding job helping resolve my water damage problem.

We had a flood in our house two days after my mom passed away unexpectedly. Kent from SERVPRO showed up on the scene to help with the house flood, and I am still speechless at how unbelievably professional and caring he was. He continuously reassured my dad and me that he would take care of any need we had, which he did that and more. He came to do daily check ins, and even came twice in one day to remove and then replace the fans/dehumidifiers so we could have our celebration of life for my mom at our house. Kent always answered the calls or texts, and I can never thank him enough for all that he has done for my dad and for me during this difficult time.

Serve Pro saves the day! We had a small leak from a refridgerator line that started leaking un expectedly. Immediately called serve pro and they were at our house on a saturday within 1 hour.

Kent was our project manager and was extremely professional & knowledgable, he got us taken care of quickly.

They came back and checked on us (during a holiday) and everything was tracking well. Next day we were completely dry and our house is back to normal.

As a nurse, I knew that Mold could cause serious health issues (neurotoxins effecting the brain as well as a respiratory system irritant) in your home environment. Therefore, it is very important to work with an honest business that has good customer service. SERVPRO of New Smyrna-Titusville came out the next day, so there was no waiting and worrying! And was the least expensive of the restoration companies!
