Broke down at a Loves and Mike and Allie were across the street on another call. They came over and asked if they could help. They were life savers. They diagnosed the problem and immediately started to fix the issue. They went above and beyond anything my wife and I could have imagined. Words can’t explain how thankful I am! Michael and Allie are amazing! I broke down right off i95 on the way to North Carolina from Miami, Florida on a Sunday and to top it off it’s almost new years! Everyone in the area was closed and when I called Allie answered right away! Within 15 minutes they arrived and started to resolve our problem right away. Within reasonable timing I was back up and running and back on the road! Made it to Boone, North Carolina without any issues! Thank you again! You guys are the best!! My case was a special high pressure hose that was for power steering and also went to the engine fan. No more over heating and got my power steering back.

My wife and I purchased our Coach in March of 2024. Since that time Mike & Allie have helped us with the normal minor repairs and added a tow kit to our Lincoln Natulis , which required removing the nose of the car and designing the base plate. In addition they made house calls more than once installing a dishwasher which was under warranty. They have been fair with pricing and always available for questions, we feel like we not only have a reliable source for our coach, we have met two of the kindest individuals who are sincere and honest and always there to ensure our needs are met.

So nice to find a local, knowledgeable and friendly RV service shop. Very helpful with explaining some things we weren't aware of as newbies.

I have a class B motorhome with three power sources, shore power, generator, and a separate input to take power from my solar charged battery pack. The previouis solar installation company had wrongly wired the solar input into a transfer switch that then failed. I contacted Camden RV repair and asked that my RV be repaired in a manner such that all three of my power sources would feed the RV. Before taking delivery of the vehicle I specifically asked "Does my ecoflow battery pack now provide AC power to my RV'?" and was told yes. After paying approx $900 for a new transfer switch and labor, and receiving the vehicle at my home, I came to find that the battery pack was not hooked up, could not be hooked up, and was given a 'splitter' that didn't even the right connections on each end. If I had been told (when I asked) that the solar battery feed was not operational, I would have asked for another transfer switch to be installed that could handle an additional feed, or for another power wire to be ran from my battery back, or for some kind of solution. Now I'm left with an incomplete repair job and a solar installation that is useless because it's not connected to my vehicles power inputs.

I highly recommend Camden RV Repair. Michael answered all our questions and performed all maintenance as requested. His wife and business parter, Allie, is also extremely professional and helpful during the process.

I called Camden RV repair late in the day because of a plumbing issue. Michael & Allie arrived early the next morning, did the necessary troubleshooting and made the repairs in a very timely manner. They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for your RV repairs.

I always recommend to go here when you need trouble in this area we were driving in from Ohio and had trouble with our RV. They took the time to fix it within 20 minutes after me calling they definitely have been a life saving Time !!

They did an amazing job. The full size French style refrigerator went out almost a year ago. Giant Rec World would not repair it even though I bought the RV there. I took it to Optimum RV. They misdiagnosed it so the warranty company would not replace it.
Camden was my last resort as the extended warranty was about to expire. They showed up the day I called them, battled with the warranty company, got the replacement approved, and did the $5800 replacement for around $800. I dropped it off Friday and picked it up Sunday. While it was there they replaced 6 LED lights for about half of what Giant RV wanted to charge and installed 2 new house batteries.
If you need excellent service from someone that cares about their customers, give them a call.

We were in Miami when our hydraulic RV slides decided they didn't want to retract. My search for help showed that they were located in Miami when they're actually 2 hours away. They were one of the only folks that answered the phone on a Sunday evening. They took the time to help us diagnose the problem over the phone allowing us to share pictures and talk through scenarios. Very knowledgeable, friendly and just AWESOME people!

I have used Camden RV repair with great success. They are prompt and professional. They fix what others have broken.

We ran into an issue on the I-95 and called Camden for some help. They were quick to answer the call, made sure we were aware of the potential cost of repair before he arrived, arrived in a timely fashion, and explained every detail of what was repaired and how it was repaired before we left on our way. Mike was very friendly and got us back on our way as quickly as he could. Breaking down while on a road trip is never fun, but it's nice to know there are honest repair services available to help out if you're in need.

Michael worked on our 22 year old RV a couple months back when our Generator wouldn't start up. He got it running right away and did service on it as well. Getting appointment next day was great too.
Now, Generator wouldn't start again, I messaged him and he said bring it in. It was the original fuel pump and he replaced it right then while my husband waited.
Great and fast service !

Incredibly helpful and quick. We had to use Camden RV repair twice this year. Once when getting locked out and once for our neighbors getting locked out. Fantastic service!

These guys are great. Refrigerator was not getting cold any more. I was all set on getting a new one. They came out and checked everything out and said all the numbers looked good. Went inside to check it out and showed me where when I put a gallon of milk I must have hit the little thermostat thing that adjust the temperature. I never knew how to adjust the temperature. He could have very easily sold me a new Refrigerator for much more and I would have never known. Will most definitely use them again!!!

Incredibly helpful! I brought a horse trailer to them for what I thought was a brake issue. Provided over-the-phone help, brought my trailer to their service location and they responded fast, fixing the problem. Ended up being electrical and was fixed promptly. A giant, giant, giant help! Super friendly service and a huge weight off of my shoulders.

Took my 5th wheel in to Camden's for a DC to DC wire run through the nose cap. They did a great job and put it back better than it was before. I brought the trailer to them and it was done the same day. Thanks

Very expensive, minimal efforts displayed. Paid for "Service of AC", their approach did not include rooftop visual assessment and cleaning/assessment of device. AC leaked after they replaced cover inside RV. I recommend using NIKEL RV repair for honest hard work and explanations. All good work with cost you $.

Camden RV repair company strung me along for thirty days advising they would repair my defective electric fireplace. The company kept saying they were coming to repair the fireplace but kept canceling. Based on their actions I was unable to use my extended warranty and had to pay the whole bill out of pocket.

The response by Camden RV is such BS as I
Have a copy of all text messages between myself and Camden. I did not install the fireplace and expect Camden to rubber stamp the installation. I fully expected to pay my deductible,

Michael and his wife lived in Jacksonville for while while there they came and repaired a slide. During the process he split a piece of trim. He glued it and said he would order us a new one. He has moved and we have not heard from him. We have called number ours times with no return call. You will see in there current response they say nothing about resolving they offer to cancel a part they broke No do not cancel

Needed a part in a hurry and called Camden RV Repair on a Saturday morning to see if they happened to have it in stock. They not only had it, but we’re extremely responsive about getting the part and also gave me a quick lesson on the part and what I needed to do for a quick painless swap out. Highly recommend using them if needing parts /service for your RV. Nothing beats the service of a small family owned business.

We had a great experience and highly recommend Camden Rv Repair. While on a business trip, we were getting ready to check out and had an issue with our unit. The office gave us his card. He was quick to respond to our call and to arrive. He was very professional and thorough with his work.

My wife and I are fulltime RVers and summer in New Hampshire. As it started getting cold last fall, we had trouble with our furnace. Repair guy came out, said the "sail switch" was dirty (mostly dog hair from our big white dog). Repair guy cleaned it, charged over $250 and went on his way. Fix lasted about a week. We travel south in the fall and had our fifth wheel at our dealer to prep for the trip. They looked at the furnace problem and also said it was the switch was dirty. Again, it worked for a few days and quit. We traveled south using ceramic heaters. Arrived at Crooked River State Park and contacted Mike. He came out very promptly and he, too, said our problem was that same switch. After checking further he found the switch was actually defective. Mike installed a new switch and a month later the furnace works just fine. Mike is courteous and professional. I won't hesitate to call him again when we're in the area. Thank you Mike!

Performed 3 jobs for me.. AC install needed rework because dip switches not set correctly.. Fixed on second visit.. AC drain tube not draining, water flowing out inside and down the side of my Airstream, was told it was probably blocked, should have been inspected and cleaned when AC installed, never came to check the problem after being told several times.. Water heater replaced and he decided to adjust the flame because he thought it was too hot.. Had to have burner reset in order to have the water heated correctly by someone else.. Replaced water pump and it not working correctly, needs adjusted, per manufacturer, refuses to check and says there is no adjustment.. Paid in advance for battery replacement and additional pair hooked in.. Batteries were not hooked up correctly, several wires not reconnected.. Additional battery install never completed after several calls and texts...Will not refund for work never completed.. Poor work, poor customer service..

I have a copy of your square receipt marked paid in full with the battery job and materials listed.. You have been on the Base in the RV park at least a dozen times since I messaged you that the job needed completed and the wiring checked because of the loose wires you didn't connect, I have the messages. You ordered the wrong battery box is the reason for the change, I ordered and paid for the correct box, also have receipt.. You were messaged no less than 6 times trying to get you to set a time to complete.. I have escorted you on base, that is no excuse.. The other parts you ordered were wrong and would not work, simply because your idea was to set a 140 pound battery box on the ground instead of in the bed of my truck like I requested.. slot nuts water heater is a fixed heat and there is no way to adjust the heat or xhange max temperature. You adjusted the flame so it would barely stay lit and took excessive time to heat the water and recovery time was non existant, had it set by someone that knew how. The water pump has adjustable pressure, instead it just came on and off every 5 seconds after you installed, yes it was a very expensive pump, over $250, so too cheap to buy parts is pretty lame.. The AC drip tube was not plugged till you installed the new AC and got debris in the line.. Did you check it or the AC/Heat for proper operation, if you had, you would have realized as the instuctions said the dip switches had to be set for the configuration.. Now for the reason I used you, you were the only one that was serviceing the base RV park and you seemed like you would follow up and correct your work, but I was completly wrong.. Yes, I paid you upfront for the battery job when you approched me at the dog park at the rv park and you had included it with the water heater install as seperate line items.. That was my mistake, but found out I wasn't the only one to make it.. No, I wasn't talking about writing a negitive feedback but felt it need done.. Remember you told me in a message you had a legal team and you were not refunding anything, still have a copy.. I just assumed you wanted to take this through the courts and legal process, which I agreed to and in the process..

Thank you, Mike! Somewhere along the way from joint base Charleston military famcamp and Crooked River State Park in Georgia, we lost our skylight cover! We got here late and didn't notice until lying in bed that it was gone! Mike came out really quick when we called this morning with all supplies needed and got us dried in! Fair rates for service and parts. My husband is retired Navy and gives Mike an "Outstanding for a job well done, Sir!"

If i could leave half a star i would. Rude and very unprofessional and did not fix generator and still expects to be paid 271 dollars. He ordered parts to fix generator without diagnostic testing and surprise surprise it did not fix it.
Response to negative feedback should be to try and do better, but you retaliate. You will be paid but think before you respond to negative feedbacks. Im not worried about 271 dollars and was planning on paying even though you did not fix problem. I was out of town and could not settle bill until i got back. Just keep responding and folks will see why you got one star. You have a nice day and know you have lost a customer in the future.
Follow up on review i had another person repair generator that needed "extensive repair" by properly putting new carburetor on that he tried to piece together and has continued to work properly since correct work was done. This man is a crook please do not waste time using him.

On day 3 of our extensive RV trip, we have no hot water! Called Michael because I liked his reviews, especially his responses to his reviews. He came immediately, even though I assured him we weren't in any hurry and we were safely at our campsite. He fixed our water heater in no time flat. His prices were VERY reasonable. He was even kind & generous enough to give free advice to fellow campers. Highly recommend calling this place for service. Thank you, Michael.

My RV has a slide out off track. Michael had the bent arm for one year. The RV is for sale. A potential buyer happened to call him for repair. I spoke to him from Pennsylvania, with the rig in storage here. He said he repaired it, and was paid. I’m here now to complete the sale with a buyer. The repair is not done. The part is on the floor in the RV. He lied. I’ve been waiting for him for 8 hours. Do not trust him

Mike Was fantastic he came out to give us a hand with our class C motorhome while we were on vacation. Words cannot describe how helpful he was highly recommend what a gentleman And the kids love the cow tails

Husband and I where on are way for are camping trip and the tier on are camper shared off.we call Camden RV Repairs he was a great guy got us up and running fast today. Would highly recommend him if you in need.

They diagnosed and replaced the air conditioner on one occasion and on another repaired the generator and replaced leaking sink faucets and remodeled the shower.

Michael came out for an electrical problem with our trailer wiring harness. He came out late (after 7pm) and had to rewire the whole trailer wiring system. Very reasonable cost, and very professional! Highly recommend him! He was a life saver!

We had an issue with our hot water heater in our rv. In a very short time Michael came and solved our problem. We were amazed at the quick service we received and was very much appreciated. Not always the case nowadays. Thank you so much Michael. You were very professional and gave us great service. Hot showers again.

Michael responded quickly to our issue and even repaired our camper at our campsite! I cant say how relieved we were to have our slide repaired on the spot rather than taking it to a dealer and leaving it there for days on end. Michael was professional and got it done!

We arrived to Crooked River State Park in March 2020 as a getaway since our spring break to Orlando was cancelled (covid-19). Got all set up quickly but shortly after learned I made a terrible mistake that caused my black tank to drop from under the trailer (only water). We had no idea what to do next or how to get fixed and get home. A fellow traveler suggested calling a mobile tech and Camden RV Repair was the closest one to us. I sent him pictures of what we had and later that night in the dark and rain he showed up to inspect the damage and assess the work to be done. He came back the next day and within a couple hours had us back in business. Camden RV saved the trip. Updated Reponse :Well it was not my intention to go into the details but since you have gone there I will expand so all will know.
I first contacted you about an air conditioner not working on Wednesday and you indicated It most likely would have to be replaced, to which I agreed. You said Good Sam's takes to long to pay so I would have to pay in advance for the parts and I agreed to pay in advance for the parts and the service. You said it would be delivered either Friday or Monday and then you would be right out to install. You asked about access, so that you would know what you would need in order to get the AC unit on the roof. Where we were was easy access, so you indicated you would be able to bring what you needed to install. I did not hear from you again, so Monday afternoon I called and you said the AC unit was delivered to your shop but was not sure if you would make it there yet that day, but would be first thing Tuesday. Tuesday came and you did not show. We talked again on Tuesday and I told you I wanted to get on the road back home. You said I would be the first service call Wednesday to install, which normally would mean in the morning. At 10:00Am you still had not shown up or called. Therefore, I called and left a message and no response. I called a couple more times an then left message asking if I could just pick up the AC so I could get on the road. At 12:00 you finally called back and said your daughter had your truck and it would be at least an hour before you could get there. Later you told me you were in the office doing paper work. You also informed me that you did not have the ability to refund the service fee if I picked up the A/C unit. After discussing with my wife we made a decision we needed to get on the road. So I called back and asked to just pick it up. You gave me the address that is listed on your site and I agree you said it was just a delivery location, even though you called it your shop previously. When I arrived they questioned me and then when up front to verify the boxes were for me. Then sat and watched me lift the 80 pound box and load it. Common courtesy would be to help someone but at that location it appears that is not the practice.

None of what I mention above is due to the rating of unprofessionalism expect not showing up when you say or even letting me know your not able to get there when you said.

After I picked up the AC I texted and expressed my opinion there no help to load. You then could call me right back and started yelling at me, to which I will admit I responded by yelling. You then hung up on me. That is very unprofessional. I then called you back and you accused me of leaving because of being scared of a virus, which you said was nothing. I told you I was leaving for personal reasons not because of the virus. But you again in your response stated it was due to the virus. The truth is there were multiple reasons for leaving but the one that constitute need to go immediately was due to the death of very special uncle/godfather from Watertown South Dakota. And the funeral was on Friday. In order to get there we would have a long drive and had to get going. Yes we could have tried to fly and then come back but it was quite expensive. And because of the virus we were not sure if we could get back during to the potential shutdowns.

You were paid in advance, you did not do the work, and yet somehow you feel you have been mistreated. The fact of the matter is Your handling of this matter by not showing up when agreed, not calling back to let me know , hanging up and making accusations is why you were given a 1 star rating.
Not sure how you can say you are a 24 hr service when you don't start till noon. You know a simple sorry things didn't work out instead of yelling and responding on here with presumptions and accusations and taking part of blame would have yielded a different star rating. (Think about that!)

Was staying at Crooked River State Park there in St. Mary. When I went to leave my slide would not retract. After calling Good Sam and waiting what seemed like forever, a friend suggested I call Camden RV. I Called and explained my situation and said he would be right out. He wasn't kidding within 20 mins Michael arrived. He spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting my slide controller which perplex him because it showed no faults. As a last resort he was going to look at the motor but because he would have to remove a bunch of trim he wanted to ensure he tried everything. Upon removing a several pieces of trip, the problem was uncovered. When the Manufacturer built the unit, they drove a nail through the wiring harness causing a short. removed the nail and squeezed the wiring and sure enough the slide was back to life. Now to take my trailer back to where it was purchased get it fixed correctly and get a refund for excellent service that Michael provided. He was very thorough, professional and explained everything he was doing. Michael would like to thank you for your promptness and professionalism . I of course Highly recommend Camden RV Repair.

Incredible service! I’m so glad I chose Camden RV Repair to fix my travel trailer. I entered the lot with a door that wouldn’t open and a warped step from swiping a pole. After just under 30 minutes, I was able to get back on the road with everything working properly.

So relieved to have a professional, courteous and knowledgeable team nearby for my RV. They answer the phone, return phone calls, stay in contact, show up and follow through!

Just literally got attacked by these people because I wanted to take my RV. As in they started screaming at me. I have never in my life had an encounter as unprofessional and rude in my life. All I wanted was an update. They got $125 for doing nothing on my RV.

We called about replacing our air conditioning compressor and the lady told us it would but $ 240 and she said they could do the job so we went and come to find out 6 hours later he had no hoses to put the freon in the car he didn't vacuum out the system when asked about the vacuum he said we didn't need it!! Well now when my car is idling my air is blowing 70 degrees so I paid $335 I stead of the $240and now I have to pay someone to vacuum the system!! So I have to pay another $175 to get it done correctly. And the job should have only been 1 and half hours to do

We could not be happier with the amazing service we received from Michael! He worked tirelessly to troubleshoot our electrical problem and to resolve the issue. He came late on a Sunday evening and worked until nearly midnight to fix our problem. He is a Good Sam authorized vendor and responded promptly. We highly recommend his services!!

Cannot say enough for the FANTASTIC SERVICE I received. We are 300 miles from home with refrigerator problems. We stopped at Camping World and waited for 2 hours and they didn't even look at it . We called Camden and he arrived in 10 minutes and diagnosed it and corrected the problem in 5 minutes. His rate was phenomenal. If there was a 6 star rating I would give him that.
