Our home was completely transformed when we hired ZND-AM Attic-Solution & Insulation's & Roofing Bunnell, FL. They cleaned our gas fireplace and chimney, cleaned the ducts and dryer vent to improve air circulation, installed high-quality attic insulation that significantly decreased our AC bill, fixed a roof leak near the vent pipe, and installed traps and sealant throughout the house to prevent pests. Jase performed attic cleaning, insulation removal, and much-needed attic insulation repair. They did a full attic restoration and gave us helpful attic maintenance suggestions. I engaged ZND-AM Attic-Solution & Insulation's & Roofing in Bunnell, FL after discovering mold near the attic hatch. River was fantastic with the attic inspection, and I understood what was going on because he explained it so well. He was able to safely clean all of the mold, and he did some attic repairs to fix the air leaks. Now the attic is clean and healthy, and I am thrilled with my experience. I've worked with a few businesses in Bunnell, but ZND-AM Attic-Solution & Insulation's & Roofing is the best. Jack arrived to fix our dryer vent, but he also performed expert chimney repair and a full air duct service. With their Attic Insulation & Roofing Service, they also increased the efficiency of our house. The pest control was the true winner—at last, there were no more rodents or ants. They also provided professional mold removal and a long-lasting mold remediation service to handle a significant mold problem. Every step was completed with excellent communication and neatness.
