Well now what a nice "crew" that came to clean up my apartment after I had smoke and soot imbeded in my furniture and carpet.Very friendly hard working 4 people that not only knew what they were doing but worked diligently for 7 hours to make everything as it never happened! And they did! SERVPRO came highly recommended to me and my expectations were far exceeded! ServPro Montgomery County - A pipe burst inside the wall of my house. The Mitigation Team of Dakota and Stephen placed Four large dryer/dehydrating machines in the room and returned every day or two, taking readings until the concrete floor, drywall, wood flooring. Their due-diligence was over-and-beyond, extremely professional, maintained communication as to the progress.

The room had to have new drywall in fair amount of the room, old floor was removed and new floor installed, walls were painted.
All the subcontractors were very professional, considerate, neat and clean, very grateful to: United Solutions Paint & Drywall LLC; Timothy Horton; ServPro's cleaning crew ofManual Torres and Maria Rivera. Thank you, all! exceptional teams of professionals in their fields

Michelle, Katie, Andrew, and Kamal were wonderful. They took special care of our home and made sure everything looked picture perfect! I so appreciate their attention to detail. They made sure everything was just as we wanted. They cared about us as well as our home. So thankful for them. What a blessing they are!

Servpro did a removal of trash and mildewed furniture from my house in Blacksburg and did an excellent job with the team of Cindy, Kari, Justin and Tyrone.
There was still splatter on the walls and mold in the basement that needed abatement in the sheet rock.
Mr. Kevin Lancaster, the Vice President of Operations suggested a Deep Clean of the house. After he explained what that is, I asked for the same team of Cindy, Kari, Jordan and Tyrone. They worked on my home for 4 days. I went to the walk through and I was amazed. The house was sparkling. I can't tell you how clean it was. This team has a professional work ethic that is unbelievable. Everything that was supposed to be cleaned was done. I am more than satisfied!

This was the second occasion that my home required the services of Serpro. Aaron was very responsive to my questions on Friday and had a team of professionals servicing my floor issues promptly on Monday morning. The crew was efficient and diligent in cleaning all surfaces of my den. Very well done!

The owner Quinn refused to work with me after repeatedly saying a crew would be out and nothing happened. If he had called each time and explained or gave a reason I wouldn't have been so disappointed. When you can't live in your own house and ecxpect some progress and don't se either be done it's traumatic. He called me and quit the job and I have had to do it myself.They put in air scrubbers right away which was only thing they did fast but the workers installed the filters for the grates improperly causing back flow from the ducts to increase throughout house.Be careful this part of the service is expensive might be cheaper to rent b your own hvac system.
The only other thing they did promptly was take every piece of clothing and shoes,which were returned late and some things hadn't been cleaned and all of them smell highly of a chemical that is highly irritating. I wish I had done them at home in washer,it would have worked.But think about it this is high profit section of their business.
So. I apologized to owner for being upset and to come back, I still needed my place cleaned but he said "he didn't like being called liar:".never to be seen again.Guy needs anger management trainings. And to admit that when he is over booked to be truthful to the client and treat them with respect

After my father passed, we had an issue selling his house due to cigarette smoke. Servpro deodorized it and within 2 weeks, a previous person that liked the house but not the smell bought it.

They were here within 2 hours of us calling after we had our septic system back up into our basement.

From start to finish, they were compassionate, responsive, and professional. They did all of the clean up and remediation and followed it through until it was handed over to a construction/remodeling company. Despite many complications due to our house being older, they worked with our insurance company and made it all easy for us.

We couldn’t recommend them more. They were excellent!
