Replaced my cracked bathtub with a beautiful shower. The workers did a fantastic job, very neat, very polite, all in one day. The price was very good and I am totally satisfied with the entire project. I will definitely use them again!

Needed some plumbing etc for a mobile home. By far only descent place for such items. I showed picture of my project and salesman grabbed what I needed and showed how to easily install.

Great prices and Great customer service. I'm very happy of how this project turned out. Thanks Guys....It made it look like a totally different place. I will most definitely be using them for my future projects.

I rarely ever need any mobile home specific materials, but for many years now it always come down to nobody ever answering the phone when I do call. I've called many many times for days on end, and no answer! Don't understand how business can be conducted that way? But obviously it works for them, there still there

We had a shower installed and the guys done an amazing job and the price was great. Awesome service and the job was done on time. We always go here to have a lot of things done and to order items that can't be found at other places. James is always there to answer most of your questions and if he can't get you a certain item he usually can tell you where to go.

James and Jill along with their employees go above and beyond to provide great customer service for all of your mobile home supply needs! I've been doing business with them for over a decade and have always been satisfied! A++++++++++ in my book!!

We recently used Lawson Mobile Home Supply to replace all of our windows as well as complete roof replacement including tearing off 2 layers of shingles and replacing bad boards. They installed a metal roof. As well as replace the faucets in both of our bathrooms because they were leaking. Their crew foreman, Eric, even fixed my attempt at replacing a whole house water filter. (I am not a plumber and it really showed). I can't speak highly enough of these guys. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I use Lawson’s fairly regularly for my business (managing rental properties). The owner, James is always extremely knowledgeable and full of helpful advice as well as having, or being able to order, anything I need for our properties that are mobile homes. Well today, I was having a bit of an emergency and they were closed until Saturday for the New Year’s holiday. I made a post on the fb group ‘Everything Christiansburg’ that I was in need of a supply for a bit of an emergency and that this store was closed. He saw it and messaged me via fb and offered to meet me tonight or in the morning , even though they planned to be closed. Talk about going above and beyond! And they are literally the only true mobile home parts supplier in the area and often when a business has all of a market , they don’t go above and beyond because they don’t have to. James has heart and I truly appreciate that! 5 stars all the way!

Locally owed 3 generations, they know their business! Can do anything from foundation to roofs,new windows and doors changes and mobile home so much

They seem very nice however, I've been waiting 6 weeks for a simple storm door installation and despite several times of contacting them in person and via phone I haven't so much as gotten a callback. Very disappointing and as such I can't recommend them, especially if you need something done in a timely manner

Beautiful work done by wonderful people. They installed a back door for me and it looks and functions perfectly. Extremely affordable too. Such a relief to have honest work done. They were very efficient, done within a couple of hours.

Despite a very nice experience with woman on phone on 6 occassions and a dozen voice messages I was never able to get a callback.

Never.

This is America. The owner does not have to respond to inquiries. I was surprised given his voice message (that he would call back) and the assurance from the receptionist that he would get back with me, that he, nor the receptionist, did not call to say he was too busy or that didn't want my business.

I am disappointed that such seemingly nice people can be so lacking in a sense of being good, too.

I can't recommend the business.
I don't know the people, but they are not committed to good customer service.

Staff was very professional worked hard and always kept the area clean to keep dust down , very reasonable with his prices he goes above and beyond to please his costumers... Highly Recommend calling them for a project in your mobile home

Great place to get hardware, they have a little bit of everything. Windows and doors, electrical, and plumbing. Great staff that are friendly. They also do repairs

This is a great place to get replacement windows and doors for your mobile home. In fact you get about anything here from sinks to plumbing fittings to repair or replace your old worn out ones. Mobile home furnaces also available here as well and much more. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Good place to buy or order supplies for my Mobil home. I ordered a new back door and plan to go back to get other supplies.

Didn't have what I went for but went above and beyond to help me figure it out. Turns out wasn't something they'd carry anyway

They put a new roof on our house and we couldn't be more happy. Great work at a decent cost, will do business again and again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service. We ordered a door in December 2016. We were told it would be here in February 2017. At the end of February I started to get concerned. Had to call multiple times to get in touch with someone and they said they didn't order the door because they didn't think we wanted it....which is insane. We have the receipt and were told payment was due when it arrived. Thankfully. Was able to over look this and told the guy we still wanted it and he said he would order it. Continue to call and leave messages with no response. I would highly recommend you find another company to do business with. They are a very unprofessional and untrustworthy company.

Don't bother. They won't return your phone calls (I have called 3 times with 3 messages, they don't care). When the elder Mr. Lawson left the service and quality of work just went straight downhill. I used them in the past, but will never again. I called Brown's Mobile Home Supply in Vinton instead.
