All of the Beck Cohen team have been top-notch professionals. We bid out our project and they were the best, by far. The mini-split their guys installed has exceeded our expectations. The follow up has been great. This is old fashioned service where people take pride in their work. Polite, intelligent, and clear in their explanations. My wife and I have been very impressed. We’re planning on sticking with Beck Cohen!

Seth and Konner conducted a perfect 10/10 installation of a new hvac system. Beck Cohen provided the customer experience you would want but don’t expect start to finish. It was the AC window units installed before a signed contract, the foot coverings in the house before and during install, the rapid fire answers to questions via calls or texts or emails that push it to A+ job. Highly recommend this company and installers.

Had a wonderful encounter with Beck Cohen in the spring. The company sent David Nyberg to our house to reinstall our microwave after a kitchen renovation. David quickly discovered that the electrical connection in use for our last three microwave ovens had never been brought up to code—a potentially scary situation. The original wiring had been fine for a vent above the stove but not for a microwave. To fix this problem, David had to rewire from our kitchen down to our basement. This he did fast and very neatly. Thanks for the great job!

Beck Cohen does a wonderful job with reasonable prices. Jason H was the tech that diagnosed an expensive repair, but offered a less expensive alternative. Reliable, highly recommend!

Mike arrived on time; asked about our air conditioning system; asked if there were any concerns or things he should know about. He worked professionally. He walked us through all he had done. We have always been happy with the service from Mike and everyone at Beck Cohen.

I had Steve and Mike E. come to diagnose and service my HVAC system. Both gentlemen were very professional and took time to explain everything that was wrong with the system which was greatly appreciated. Both employees went out of their way to offer assistance as needed and came back after saying goodbye to remind me of something about my system. Mike E also offered to install a window AC unit while I was waiting for the fan motor replacement to be installed, which I thought was above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend these two individuals to work on your HVAC system in the future. Hats off to both Steve and Mike!

Brian came to give me the details of installing a new unit. He was clear and easy to understand as he went through the whole list of options. And the choices looked excellent. (I was able to repair the current unit so will not be buying one at this time)

Technician Isaiah Critzer arrived promptly and completed a maintenance check of my HVAC unit both in my home and on the roof. He was polite and asked if I had any other concerns. Will definitely look forward to having him come again.

Serviceman was very polite. He changed filters. He fixed the drainage pipe and everything was great. I would recommend this company any time.

Mike E. is always professional and polite. He always gives a courtesy call prior to arrival. That is most appreciated since we're a busy showroom with frequent client meetings. Mike always makes sure all questions/concerns are addressed before he concludes the maintenance check. I believe Beck Cohen leads by example when it comes to courteous customer service. Steve and Josh (Steve's assistant) replaced the AC thermostat, which had stopped working. Fortunately for us, Steve has been the technician who has come to our house for several Back Cohen service calls. He is always very knowledgeable and professional. There was no charge for this call, because it fell under warranty.

Steve has done a lot of work for us he has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. I was originally told the work would be done on the same day the technician came out to solve our issue. Just to find out they need to figure up a quote and get the material in. Been trying to get this issue resolved for several years now. Feels like I keep getting put on the back burner. But overall Steve has been wonderful over the years of helping us out. Today I just noticed my unit is freezing up after being serviced on Monday August 4th 2025. Today is Thursday August 7th 2025.

Bobby came back out and fixed my ac again, been a tough summer for the old gal but he gets the job done and then some, upgrading the starter unit so it runs better than ever!

I will start my comments with an apology for a scheduling mishap which was totally my fault. The Beck staff does an excellent job of sending text and email reminders ( even a photo of the technician ) and yet I managed to get the date wrong. My bad!!. I couldn't be more pleased with Steve and the work he did on site. He was friendly, informative, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed my furnace issue and had it up and running in short order. If I should need the services of an HVAC company again I will not hesitate but call Beck Cohen and you should too!

We had a great, fast response from Beck Cohen when our air conditioner went out. In 90+ degree weather, they were very understanding and quick to give us all of our options. They even gave us loaner window units to help out until our replacement comes. Robb and Steve gave us the diagnostic, Chris and Larry came and installed new units, and Brian helped us figure out which route to go. Every step of the way, they were helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We highly recommend them all!

Beck-Cohen is AWESOME!!!!! Mike Evans did a wonderful job today without even having to show up! I was having trouble with my thermostat being stuck to where I couldn’t change the temperature or anything. Mike called, asked what the trouble was and told me how to fix it in 3 easy steps! I highly recommend this company!

Andy and Ian arrived on schedule and diagnosed problem with new compressor. Andy was courteous and professional and answered questions and promised to get the replacement part as soon as possible. Once the replacement part arrived, Steve and Josh came and replaced the compressor.

Steve, Jason and Bobby are always prompt, thorough and a pleasure to work with as always. They take great pride in their work and did a fantastic job on our HVAC systems and water filter/softener.

Steve returned today and helped me understand the need for surge protection, and did maintenance on our many home systems.

We have been regular customers of Beck Cohen for years and have always been pleased with their service. Today’s visit was for regular maintenance by Bobby. He is an excellent technician and also offered suggestions to help us maximize the life of our system.

Consistently excellent service from Beck Cohen following their installation of Lennox heat pumps at our home. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient making their service visits easy and uneventful.

During a rencent storm, we experienced a power surge that took out our HVAC system. Audrey attempted to help us troubleshoot over the phone and when that didn't work, she connected us to David N. who was the on call service technician. He came to our home at 9pm to troubleshoot and fix the problem. If it weren't for the two of them, we would have had a miserable night. I highly recommend Beck Cohen. Their commitment to providing excellent service was clearly demonstrated during this experience.

Thanks to the team for fixing our condensation line. It was a very hot day and they took it all in stride and got the job done!

The high efficiency Lennox system in our house is complex. We have had an annual service plan since installation. Beck-cohen has been very responsive when infrequently we have had issues. Normally the repairs are handled expeditiously. When there has been a problem with a part, Beck-Cohen has worked with us and Lennox to keep costs of repair down. Today we had to replace a thermostat that was outside its warranty but Beck-Cohen covered the part and installation. They are very fair. Great staff up and down the line.

Previously We had a mini split heat pump that was regularly losing refrigerant. Beck Cohen worked with manufacturer to replace our defective unit — at no additional cost to us. Switch out and new installation went off without a hitch. We were kept informed throughout . We have been happy with our maintenance agreement and relationship with Beck Cohen.
