I used a larger window cleaning company last summer, and it was more expensive, took longer, had a crew of 3, and I had to ask them to (re)clean some of the windows and reinstall a few of the screens that they left leaning against the house instead of replacing after being cleaned. Ultimately, the service last year was fine — with some monitoring — but I thought I would give another business a try. I was SO very pleased with both the work and the friendly professionalism of the staff. And I’ll point this: less expensive, one person, faster, more complete, and I couldn’t find a thing that needed to be (re)finished; it was done right the first time. I’ll use NW Window Cleaning again and encourage everyone to give it a try!

Scheduled NW Window Cleaning seamlessly via email. They arrived on time and as scheduled. The technician was very friendly and professional and went straight to work. I have to admit I was a little concerned when he showed up alone as we have a rather large home and were also getting our roof and gutters done aside from our windows, but he quickly quelled my concerns. He worked so fast, efficiently and did such a fantastic job! He communicated everything along the way and my windows came out looking brand new when he was done. I did not realize how bad they had actually gotten. He cleaned up all his messes and I paid my invoice before he left. I will definitely be using this company again for my future window washing and roof cleaning needs!

Isaac texted with an ETA the morning of, and showed up exactly on time. He did a thorough job cleaning our windows, both inside and outside, as well as the window screens. He even took the time to clean our glass stormdoor. We were sent an invoice later for the exact amount quoted on their website. I had no idea that getting our windows cleaned would be this easy, and will definitely be rebooking in the future!

Northwest Window Cleaning took care of the solar panels on our house. The panels are now sparkling clean for better solar absorption. NWC was professional, careful and did a super job of communicating.

Initial contact was a bit frustrating but once our needs were understood their reaction was so positive. Taylor was very responsive once initial contact issues were sorted out.
The technician, Isaac, was a very nice young man. He worked diligently, thoroughly and did a wonderful job cleaning inside and outside our many windows and our roof and gutters around well house. I was very impressed with the job he did.
I also like that the deionization process they use does not deposit any chemicals or soap residue in the soil or on the deck or walkways.

This is the second year I've used Northwest Window Cleaning. Last year they cleaned the roof, gutters, solar panels, and exterior windows. This year I only needed the windows and solar panels done. I have lots of landscaping near the house and the technician was careful not to do any damage. I'm very happy with their service.

The company and specifically, Andrew, we’re excellent. Showed up when they said they’d be there and Andrew used extra care not to blow away an active nest with a robin and her eggs located just off the roof area to be cleaned. The windows look great too.

Our previous roof and window cleaning company was not willing to deal with disconnecting our new rainwater catchment system from our gutters during cleaning, so we switched to Northwest Window Cleaning and I'm incredibly glad that we did. Andrew had experience working with our type of system and he was super professional, friendly, and responsive. Life got in the way of us scheduling a roof cleaning for three years, so NW Window Cleaning had a very messy roof to deal with and they handled it with a smile. They seemed to have really professional tools, too--one guy finished all of our windows in a short amount of time including removing and cleaning the screens. I plan to hire them again.

Andrew arrived on time. He was extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. Our roof definitely needed the soft wash. I researched the company, and soft wash before hiring them, and they did not disappoint.

I hired this company to come to my home and conduct moss removal from the roof and clean my gutter system. They arrived on time and completed the work as advertised.
