I can't even begin to describe how disappointed I am with this company. After making clear repeatedly what we want to have done (small bathroom remodel) and what our budget is we went through the design phase (which, of course, we had to pay top dollars for) just to get the estimate which is $10.000 over budget!!! What??? I had our expectation on paper, as well as Mike's promise to make sure they will stay within budget, HE WOULD MAKE SURE OF IT THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE DESIGN PHASE (his words)! Nothing but an empty promise and we are questioning their intend to ever stay within budget. Now we are stuck with a design we paid $1200 for, we lost months on planning and honestly I lost complete trust in construction companies. They are a disgrace for the community of Olympia and should not be trusted.
