Following up on a previous (glowing) review I gave... after almost 2 full months of battling with my insurance, I was finally paid for my claim. Kyle and Taylor assisted in that battle on my behalf and, not only helped me get the money I deserved from insurance, waited patiently 2 months for their money until I got my checks from insurance to pay them. I don't ever want to go thru this again, but if I ever have to, I know I have someone who will have my back and get the job done right! Thank you, Servpro of Longmont!

In the dark hours of Wednesday morning, the day before Thanksgiving, my water filter canister cracked and flooded my basement. The local fire department gave me ServPro's phone number. I called them around 5am and they were at my house by 9:30. I was so thrilled with their response because we were looking at a long holiday weekend. Everyone in the organization has been professional, easy to work with, and (thank you again!) SO timely.

I've worked closely with SERVPRO Longmont through my employer for a handful of large-scale projects related to transient encampment clean-up efforts and I have to say, their professionalism and attention to detail makes it an easy choice to keep coming back to them for additional service requests. SERVPRO of Longmont has a responsive team that, in my experience, works efficiently to get the job done in a timely and complete manner.

In June 2023, SERVPRO worked with us to mitigate mold in one of our bedrooms. Even though we were out of town, they made sure to communicate with us throughout the entire process. We were impressed with their timely responses and their use of online forms which streamlined the process. SERVPRO's work in our home was efficient and effective. We were very happy and relieved to come home to a mold-free home. Thank you, SERVPRO.

Many thanks to Servpro of Longmont for the way they handled our recent basement flooding problem! They responded quickly, and did a good job of drying the carpet, removing water-damaged drywall, and encapsulating the affected areas with a fungicide paint to prevent mold growth. The on-site crew was meticulous, systematic, and prompt, and the planning/scheduling was crisp and timely. Special thanks to the Servpro crew that handled our job: Tanner, Dell and Taylor for the on-site work, and Taylor P. for the expert scheduling/coordination of the on-site team. If we should have another water-related emergency in the future, we will use Servpro again.

They were not great. We chose to go with a different company just because of our interaction on the phone and the amount of time it would take for them to start mitigation. Our basement flooded on a Sunday and they said wouldn't be there until, and I quote, "Maybe Wednesday". The other company was out at 8 am Monday and they are locally owned and operated.

Taylor of ServePro of Longmont has gone above and beyond her job description in our eyes. She calmed us in our many calls of panic and desperation!! She has notified our insurance company and sent photos of our water damage. She has notified her crew about our concerns and they have all gotten back to us in a timely manner!!Her kind and caring voice has put us at ease in a very stressful situation while we are thousands of miles away from Colorado on the east coast!
I would highly recommend Servepro of Longmont again and again to do any repair. And… true to their slogan things will be back “like it never even happened”!!!!!!

Well overall it was a good process. I wished the whole thing did not take 4 months. But there is labor shortages everywhere. My insurance recommended Servpro and I went with them. They picked out good contractors when it came time to do the reconstruction. You cant really tell that the place went through a reconstruction after a mold remediation. They painted more area then I though they would. State Farm was quick with getting them paid. Before the humidity was 45% and afterwards it is in the low 20% so you know they did good with getting the water out of the place. Even when they did the cleaning they did more then I expected such as cleaning the sliding door rail on the bottom. They even put the clothes back on the rack at the end! Overall, I thought they did a great job! I would recommend them.

ServPro did a great job helping us clean up a moldy crawl space. Tanner was sometimes hard to reach, but Taylor at the front desk was fantastic and always very responsive. Del lead the team that did the work and they did a fine job and were great to work with!

This is the second time we used ServPro and we are very happy with them, their price, service and professionalism.

Taylor and Tanner with Servpro are great! They were extremely easy to work with and have amazing customer service! In today's world this has become more rare. They provided timely estimates, and final invoices were not more than expected. They were always prompt and responsive with all communication. We have used them in the past, and were not disappointed this time around either! We were handling a claim for a local moving company where a trailer had unfortunately caught fire. All of the items had them been transported to a new trailer. SERVEPRO was able to remove the smoke odor and clean many of the content items along with the final clean of the trailer itself. The moving company will be able to get the trailer back on the road, and many of the shippers sentimental items were saved! I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future for this and similar jobs!

Not listed but Soot cleanup was the major service they provided. Servpro arrived promptly, were incredibly thorough and always smiling and friendly. It was as true pleasure to have them in our home. I have never seen anything as competent and impeccably well done as the job they did with our home. Tanner did a remarkable job and his crew was spectacular. Erica was a fantastic leader of her crew.

Tanner came to do an assessment of my unit after the Marshall Fire. He was prompt, thorough, and professional. He had the estimate ready when he said he would, which may not sound remarkable, but in my situation, it was! Taylor followed up frequently and was always respectful and patient. Because the work they were going to do was for the unit homeowner and not for me as the renter, I wasn't the decision maker for their contract. This was a tough situation and Taylor remained polite and kind through it all. I cannot recommend this team highly enough!

We worked with ServPro of Longmont following the Marshall fire in Louisville. Tanner was our project manager and an absolutely incredible professional and team leader. He was responsive, on-time and ensured the highest quality of work at all times. He also set us up with multiple, high quality sub-contractors who completed their work quickly to get us back in the house. I was very pleased with the two Serv-Pro young me that came to do the cleanup. They were very thorough and is there was any changes it was explained along the way. they arrived on time and cleaned up the damaged materials. We've used Servpro Longmont on a number of occasions. The team is one of the most professional organizations I've dealt with over the years in various cities across the US. They provide the highest quality assessment, strategy and execution of resolution in a timely manner. It's a one and done every time. I highly recommend Servpro Longmont!

I'll start off by saying that the owners are very nice. However, I don't think that excuses the ultimate service I received and I just want to provide an honest account of what happened.

I had a VERY light appearance of mold on the ceiling in my bathroom shower. They wanted to come in and cut out the drywall to assess and remedy as needed. They started work in late April, sealed up the bathroom and took out the drywall. Luckily, there basically wasn't any mold. And then our bathroom sat like that for two weeks.

On the day they were supposed to come back to work on putting in new drywall, I took a half day off work so I could be home when they needed to be there. No one showed up. I had to call several times and then finally reached one of the owners to discover there had been a scheduling conflict. He said someone would be out the following week, but I had to pester him for an exact day/time. My shower/bathroom was supposedly usable during this time, but it was a little weird to take a shower with a huge gaping hole in the wall/ceiling.

I don't see why they couldn't have shown up in a more timely manner to patch it up. It felt like because my house wasn't some major disaster that I was just supposed to wait a ridiculous amount of time to have the project finished. That was the message I felt like I was getting from them.

They finally finished it up in late May. They had had to get into the ceiling through a crawlspace hole in the closet attached to the bathroom (which also sat open for the three to four week period they worked on the project), and when they finished, there were insulation pieces on the clothes in the closet and on the ground. They could have covered up those items or asked us to move them or at least passed a vacuum over all of it.

After it was finally finished, I waited, and waited, and waited, for the invoice to show up. It took them THREE months to send me an invoice. My life moved on. Seems a little outside of the fair range to bill someone (for $2,000 for what was barely needed work, as it turns out) three months after the last service date. That's absolutely ridiculous.

From what I can understand, they did have some changeover of employees during this time and things got lost in the shuffle. But, in my opinion, as the customer that's not my problem. I feel bad writing a review like this, but I just wanted to share my experience.

We are grateful to have learned of Servpro Longmont from our Farmers insurance agent, who recommended this locally owned company for remediating mold caused by an undisclosed and long neglected roof leak we discovered shortly after purchasing a home (not covered by insurance). The team's technical expertise and the precautions they took to isolate the affected work area from the remainder of the home and to protect themselves from exposure was impressive and instilled confidence. They earned our trust and respect by identifying and fixing the root problem so it won't happen again. Their bill was less than their initial estimate, which reflects their commitment to honesty and integrity. These super nice guys delivered a huge sigh of relief and a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

Servpro of Longmont worked on both the mold mitigation and restoration of our basement bedroom and upstairs kitchen after a pipe leak. We've had some disappointments after hiring other companies in the past, so it was a relief that the entire Servpro team was both personable and professional.They were also very knowledgeable about the kind of damage we had and were able to answer all sorts of questions and walk us through the process from start to finish. Rick, in particular, made sure to have everything back the way it was before the water damage and also didn't stop until he found the exact match to our hard-to-find mexican tiles. I would definitely recommend Servpro of Longmont to other homeowners.

These guys are Great!!!! We had really bad hail damage that cause my roof to leak. They showed up the Next day and did an AMAZING job!!! No mold or ANYTHING!!!
