Servepro is horrible. My sister use them and had a terrible experience. I used them and they took forever to get the stuff to us. They said they would tell us how much would be saved and what they would end up working on. They never did that. We just got a bill when they were all done and it was way more expensive than it would’ve cost just to replace the few items. I told them at that price I didn’t even want the items. It’s not worth it and they threatened saying that we still owe regardless. Very scammy behavior.

Seriously, seriously just stay away from them at all cost. They are very scamming and I don’t understand how they have so many good reviews. Unless they generated some of those reviews themselves.

The staff at serv pro are the best when it comes to cleaning and water restoration with great customer service and really care about the personal belongings of the customer. Thank you for all that you do!

Called on a Friday afternoon on a water issue we had in our basement, they came out Friday and started the whole process of remediation. Checked in with me over the weekend on progress, very satisfied with their service. Particularly Maria she was amazing!

We woke up on a Sunday with a lot of water in our basement after a heavy few days of rain. Our basement is unfinished but has our laundry and many irreplaceable items in storage. Never had this issue before so I called Servpro of Laporte County and I was so upset but they were very caring and understood how important it was to me. They were out promptly, helped us get all of our important items out of the basement and the technicians were so professional and also caring. They had it cleaned up quickly and the price was also reasonable. We had a great experience with them.

I want to extend sincere thanks to Bob,Bill,Barb and the entire staff at Servpro for all the restoration work on my home after a fire in 2022. The entire crew did outstanding work in totally redoing my home from scratch. They did excellent work in installing the dry wall, the roof and all the electric and plumbing work plus installing my appliances etc.. The house is now picture perfect. Hats off to all you guys !!!!

My condominium complex hired Servpro to clean our outside dryer vents. During the cleaning process there was a disconnection between the dryer hose and the metal dryer pipe that led to the outside vent that was being cleaned. Once the problem wad discovered, my conversations with Servpro began. From talking to the office to dealing with Aaron the supervisor in charge of the initial cleaning, things happened quickly. Although it was necessary to cut through a ceiling in my bathroom to fix the disconnection, they did so within a couple of days of the mishap and finished the project flawlessly. Aaron was so nice and so easy to deal with. Bill, who actually did the repair went above and beyond to repair the disconnection as well as repair the ceiling and paint. His work was flawless. Thank you Servpro for addressing the problem and fixing it to perfection!

I was so stressed about the water clean up and myself having to move everything around so it could be done. Rene & Alissa did a great job! They took care of everything. Especially considering I am 5 months post op from surgery. They are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and took care of everything I was stressed about. I highly suggest if you need anything that they specialize in, just give them a call! And they came out within 2 days. I’m so relieved.

During a home remodeling project we found mold in the walls of the bathroom. After an extensive inspection by Serv-Pro of LaPorte county there was additional issues identified. Serv-pro of LaPorte County worked with us to find the best solution to remove the mold and prevent future issues! They responded in a timely fashion and had a plan to help the situation. We were under a very tight schedule during this time due to other contractors timeline and was very happy with Serv-Pros response and quality of their work! Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

The crew that came to my home to clean my carpet after our dog had an accident was professional and helpful. The office was also very helpful. Would use them again!!

I'm so unhappy with this company. I had water damage over the Christmas holiday due to a pipe burst. Aaron the foreman is very nonchalant and arrogant. We had a different crew just about every morning. I would have to spend 20 minutes of my time letting them know what to do because lack of leadership. After 30 days trying to get my my basement demoed, I finally told them to take they're equipment and leave. Called a different company and so far I can tell the difference. Lack of leadership at this company is very concerning.

Sean, Bob and Liz have been extremely helpful and professional with duct cleaning for residential and commercial customers. Great communication and follow up on each job. They are also great to work with for fire, flood and mold cleanup and restoration. Thanks for responding when we call.

We had a pipe bust in the basement spraying water all over shelves and floor. We contacted SERVPRO on off hours. They showed up in about 90 minutes! The 2 guys were very kind and knowledgable. They worked at getting the water up and left us with dehumidifiers and large powerful fans. They ran all weekend and dried it up. We are 100% pleased with this service and the guys who had to leave their dinners to come and clean up our mess. Thank you! Great service!

The never showed up after my smoke damage from fire & now I'm cleaning it !!! $1000 to 3000 for cleaning now !! I do it myself & save $$$$ Allstate never even sent a claims person to check it out ! I had renters insurance !!!! Such fraud on somebody's part !!!!!

ServPro was amazing. They turned my basement flooding catastrophe into a tolerable experience. They were professional and kept us well informed. They arrived on a Friday night in about 1 hour and 15 minutes and got right to work. They were here 5 full days! Their courteous, knowledgeable staff was excellent. I wouldn’t wish a soggy basement on anyone but if it happens, call ServPro!!!

They were great, super professional while in my home. Only thing that keeps them from 5 stars is that they did not do a good job of communicating. On multiple occasions we were expecting them to come out, but they never called.

Nice atmosphere quiet you have to come hungry because not only is the food good but the portions in the amount of food that you get I worth two meals.

Servepro was very responsive initially and communicates with me every step of the process . They were very professional and I was pleased with the clean up work they did when my home flooded . I would highly recommend them for their customer service as well as a job well done .

About a month ago, Chad worked with my family to repair a sewage cleanup in our basement. He sent out Josh to do the repair. These two were very passionate about making sure they did a phenomenal job in repairing our basement. They were super friendly and very service oriented.
