When the drinking water filtration system under the kitchen sink burst overnight, State Farm called in SERVPRO to analyze the damage. Due to Michael Shanaberger's due diligence and professionalism as project manager, the 1987 space was demolished and completely rebuilt into a beautiful updated modern kitchen following my personal specs. He brought the right equipment to suck out inches of water and mud, cleaned all the tiled floors, set up large machines to dry things out and even came back on the weekend to test for moisture in the walls.
