Living on a small island it can sometimes take months to get supplies from the mainland. In my case it took a year and a half to get the storm door I wanted but Michael kept working on the order and finally the door arrived, the final step in my home repairs project. Michael kept me notified every step of the way and I enjoyed working with him!

When the drinking water filtration system under the kitchen sink burst overnight, State Farm called in SERVPRO to analyze the damage. Due to Michael Shanaberger's due diligence and professionalism as project manager, the 1987 space was demolished and completely rebuilt into a beautiful updated modern kitchen following my personal specs. Thanks again!

Adam is the ultimate professional! He is courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and clean! He removed our water damaged flooring in a matter of a few hours as he carefully shuffled the furniture around in our small office saving all our baseboards! I highly recommend him for your project!

We recently experienced outstanding service from Adam at ServPro Kauai. He responded immediately to our request for help with the flooded main floor of our home. He brought the right equipment to suck out inches of water and mud, cleaned all the tiled floors, set up large machines to dry things out and even came back on the weekend to test for moisture in the walls. He then worked to remove all baseboards and portions of our drywall. We were impressed by his professionalism, expertise, can do attitude and responsiveness during a very stressful time for us. We would recommend him without hesitation.
