I recently had an incredible experience with Servpro of Centennial Hills! Kevin and his team of professionals were, efficient, and thorough in cleaning both my carpets and air duct vents. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless and fresh. My carpets look brand new, and I can already feel a noticeable difference in the air quality from the vent cleaning. I had my carpets done today by Jon and Austin. I have an elderly dog that used to sleep upstairs and accidents happened. Now that she stays downstairs, I reached out to Serve Pro to deep clean the upstairs where a regular carpet cleaner just didnt do the job. I showed them the areas of concern. They came in pre treated my carpets, got them cleaned and looking good as new. They look amazing. They gave me the after care run down. They also followed up with this apple cinnamon smell for the carpets that made my whole house smell great! Super professional, super friendly. I cant thank them enough. I highly recommend.

Came home to an absolute nightmare... worst thing a homeowner fears. Water damage from my water heater. Damaged guest room closet, hallway, bathroom and garage. Called Kevin from SERVPRO and his team showed up on a Sunday evening. Demoʻď walls, vacuumed up water, dropped fans. Although noisesy was able to keep family in the house. Definitely a control amongst the chaos moment. Highly recommend giving them a call if ever in the unfortunate situation of water damage.

100% Kevin and Crew knew exactly what to do! Showed up at our vacation home in centennial when our water main was busted and flooding our home. They showed up in less then 30 min, had everything prepared within a hour and we were off to the races. They helped us find a place to stay while we were there and had everything repaired in about a week. Took care of most all of the paperwork pencil pushing I can’t do and made my life easy when this could have been a huge fiasco. I had a leak coming from my 2nd floor bathroom and it was late on a Saturday and I was completely beside myself being nine months pregnant and my husband being deployed I just googled and it said after hours service. They showed up and got to work , fans placed and checking walls and me being pregnant they suggested that I leave ...for My safety and my unborn baby safety until they can even realize how extensive the mold Was. Without a doubt they were so helpful accommodating prompt to get me back in my house before my baby was born. My husband told his service buddies To leave their numbers on their fridge for their family before they deploy.

I experienced a flood in my bathroom, and within an hour Austin and his team arrived! They were fully prepared with water extractors, fans, dehumidifiers and water detection meters to accurately assess the damage. They returned every day to reposition the equipment, and removed all of the damaged flooring. They left my house in an orderly condition ready for the contractors to begin. Servpro really helped my out when I thought everything hit the fan. They were able to provide me with excellence and I thought that Austin Beck was truly amazing. He walked me through the entire process of what was happening and assured me that everything was going to be okay. This is one problem you never want to have to deal with in your home…water. I had a pipe break in my bathroom when I was at work and came home to a flooded damaged bathroom and hallway. I called ServPro and the guys came out very quickly and we’re diligent in cleaning up the water as well as cutting drywall and airing out walls. Dyllion was a true professional and not only worked quickly and efficiently but assured me that things would be back to normal within in a few days in which they were. Thank you Dyllion and ServPro for making a terrible situation a little easier. I would definitely recommend this company.

I found a leak under my sink got it fixed then called servpro. They were quick and efficient and found mold that I didn’t even know was there! They removed the mold and dried the materials under the sink. Servpro of centennial hills was fast, efficient, and very caring. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop and I never felt like I didn’t know what was happening. I definitely recommend this company to whoever needs it!

Kevin & his team were extremely responsive and professional. Nobody wants to deal with mold, especially when you have kids and pets in the home. They took the fact that we have a toddler and dog into consideration and made sure to block off the area so that it was accessible to us if need be, but more importantly made it secure for our little one and our dog to not have access to until the mold and water damage had been handled. I highly recommend them!

While gaming my electrical outlet caught fire and charred my wall servpro came in and deodorized and removed the soot left from the fire now I can game on without smelling or seeing a thing!!

Our dishwasher leaked one night and pretty much flooded the basement. Servpro came out quickly, cleaned up the water and now, you wouldn't be able to tell we had a flood. They were professional, quick and didn't break the bank. In the unfortunate event that we ever have another disaster, they will be the first call I make!
