Pro Bros did my windows at my restaurant in Brighton and they exceeded my already high expectations. One of the owners quoted me a price, and even honored it a whole year later. The crew that installed them are friendly and very good at what they do. For reference, I used to keep my thermostat at 75 in the winter just to try to keep it warm in the restaurant. Its now so well insulated from the windows alone, my thermostat is set at 59/60 and its super warm for my guests. Great people, and the best value for windows.

Crew of 3 from Pro Bros installed our new windows today and we really like the job they did. Windows are great, the guys were so efficient, friendly, and did an amazing job. All new framing is a big plus. They cleaned up inside and out and took away all the old windows. We highly recommend this company.

Everything was great from the initial quote process to installation. Our installation crew, Matt, Mike and Dave were very professional and worked well together. They were very friendly as well. I could tell that they all take pride in their work and it shows in the finished product. Not to mention, Pro Brother's will give you a fair price up front and save you from the sleazy sales tactics we experienced with other local companies. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were having problems with our window screens, unable to put the screens back into place after washing the windows. We contacted Pro Brothers and Dave came out to our house and helped us get them back in. He was very professional and I highly recommend Pro Brothers. He went over and above to help us.

I am so happy that we chose Pro Bros for our new windows. Quality products, efficient installation, great communication - and they even registererd the window warranties for us. We have since ordered an entry door, too. This is a great local company you should consider when you're next looking for windows/doors.

Pro Bros has done windows on two of our homes now. Easy sales process. Great product at competitive pricing. There can be some wait time from order to installation because they are selective in the people they hire for their install crews. Worth the wait as these windows should be in the home for decades. Quality installation matters.

update (revised 5/21/2025):
- We are now at over a year with no leaks or issues.
- We had a persistent leak at one of the new windows due to a hidden crack in the house’s siding just above it. Pro bros came back out multiple times to help us troubleshoot and fix the leak.
- A large stress crack appeared on one of our new windows; Pro bros came out and replaced it after just over a month.
- We've had a few minor/cosmetic issues with a few of the screens, requiring 1 replacement and 2 weather stripping tweaks.

Pro Bros was a pleasure to work with and we would gladly do business with them again. They replaced 9 windows and 2 sliding doors for us. We ran into an issue with one of the windows leaking a few weeks after the install but they have been out several times since then to troubleshoot.

Right off the bat Dave was transparent, honest, easy to get ahold of, and offered fair pricing. We admired his lack of high pressure sales tactics and since working on this project we appreciate that Pro Bros are reliable, cleaned up really nicely, and showed great care when they came across challenges throughout the whole process.

Installers were on time and explained the window removal and installation process. Installed 7 replacement windows in about 5 hours. Cleaned up and hauled away old windows. Workmanship was quality and the windows look and operate great.

Having known and worked with Don & Dave, the Pro Brothers, over the years through my business, I knew them to be men of principle and integrity. I also am acquainted with a number of people they have installed for and all comments were positive, expressing total satisfaction with their sales methods, pricing, product quality, installation, and follow-up. Selecting them to replace the windows in our condo was really a no brainer.

Our sunroom was 3 seasons at best. The windows Dave and his crew installed have turned it into a year round room. The day after installation was in the teens but the room was comfortable unlike just 2 days prior. The crew was efficient and went beyond expectation. An all round excellent experience. If you are looking for windows for your house you need to use Pro Bros. Great products and great install crew. They did our whole house and they beat all the other window companies in the area and its not because they sell cheap product, they sell
top of the line windows. We will be using them in the near future to replace our front entry door and side windows.

My wife wanted new doors on the front and back of the house. Not knowing a lot about doors, I started to do some research regarding glass and door quality. Then I started asking friends about their experiences with window and door companies / suppliers. A good number of them were not happy after the installation of the products they purchased. One friend recommended Pro Bro’s, and that they were very happy with the products and the installation. And now I see why. While the product may be a little more expensive it truly is a high-quality product. More than that, what you don’t see is the proper installation of the products. If you have issue such as rot, placement is out of square, and lacking insulation. Pro Bro’s corrects the issue right then and there. Other companies may install the product over the issue and not tell you about it. If you have rot, other companies may tell you to find a carpenter to fix the issue and once fixed they will come back out and install the window or door. “Who needs that” I also was appreciative that the installers explained to me what they were doing and why they were doing it. Their moto was do it right the first time and you won’t have issues down the road. I highly recommend seeing Dave and working with Pro Bro’s. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with Pro Bro’s.

Simply the Best! By nature, I do a lot of research before selecting a vendor for a significant project. Dave from Pro Bros was excellent. He walked us through the product, provided hands on demo of the quality and the price was fair and no haggle. There was no hard sell or "if you sign now, you get X% discount". Next, the installation team were tenured, professional and as skilled as they come. I had one small issue with a piece of finish and placed a quick call to Dave. Pro Brothers helped pick the perfect front door for our home. It sets the our home apart from all the neighbors. We did have an issue with the glass, but Pro Brothers replaced right away, no trouble at all. We are having them replace windows this year.

Pro Bros replaced 17 windows in my home. Dave was great to work with throughout the entire process, teaching me about window technology and clearly answering all of my questions. He even accommodated an after hours appointment to meet my schedule. No high pressure sales tactics or up selling like other window companies. The installation crew was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous explaining the entire installation process to me. My air conditioning now runs 1/3 of time it used to before my window replacement and the new windows block most of the outside noise. Pro Brothers installed windows, a door wall and enlarged basement windows for our family room about 25 years ago. Recently repairs to the windows we needed. Pro Brothers promptly responded and made the repairs under warranty. As the manufacturer was out of business and I fully expected an attempt to sell new windows. It was never mentioned. They appraised the conditions of the windows and without hesitation made the repairs.

There is nothing else can that be said in praise of their qualifications and integrity!

We used Pro Bros to install new windows and doors. We love everything so far! The quality of everything is superb and it all looks great! The house temperature feels much more balanced and it’s much quieter outside. We worked with Dave to determine what we wanted and there was no pressure. HIGHLY recommend Pro Bros for windows! Not often I want to give a review but they truly did a great job with our windows! A job that should have taken them a few days took longer because of mistakes the original builder made. They took their time and fixed it all to ensure our windows were installed correctly. The extra time and attention to detail was much appreciated and shows! Installers were very friendly and worked hard. Dave was very friendly as well and easy to get ahold of for questions. Even came out to check on the job! More expensive then other quick install companies but with all the work they did plus high quality windows, WELL worth it! We used Pro Brothers 2 years ago. The Quality of their Product Offerings and There Customer Service were beyond question. They completed the job in one day, came back several months later and answered questions we had at our front door, and their services have been superb and relentless. Excellent experience. They did all the windows in my house 10 years ago, and they all look great today - low heat bills. I had a problem with one door wall 8 years later, and they fixed it a no charge - meaning the warranty was a real warranty, not one of those fake ones! Highly recommended.

We installed replacement Fiberglass windows based on Don's recommendation. Don came to our home and pre-measured to ensure an exact fit to our existing window openings. The width of the frames are in correct proportion to the window, unlike products like Wallside. The installers were fast, friendly and professional. The quality is far above a vinyl window. Long time Livingston County company!

We were in desperate need for new energy efficient windows. After shopping around we headed to Pro Brothers based on several recommendations. Our sales person; Don Provenzola, explained all about the company, products and installation. There was no high pressure sales pitch about buying today at this price! My husband I were very pleased about the product and installation team of Robin and Dave.
Looking forward to being warm and seeing our next years heating bills plummet.

Got our new windows installed in November of 2014. We have saved about $400 on our utility bills since then, love the ease of cleaning, and enjoy the difference in noise especially from the sliding door which leads to a porch with a metal roof. Love the product and the service!
