We decided to use Servpro to mitigate water damage from a hail storm. From the very first phone call with Jim I felt like they cared and just wanted to be here to help. Jim has done an amazing job coordinating a lot of damage mitigation and repairs. We had several crews come to our home and all were very professional. Two stand out craftsmen I would recommend to anyone. Jack, excellent communication and work ethic. always addressing me as Mr Nelson. Gage always updating status and how they were doing and what to expect. These two men Jack and Gage spent countless hours in my home. They earned my trust by demonstrating how much they cared for our belongings. They made us feel like they cared about our property and belongings as much as we do. Overall great communication, craftsmanship, care and follow through.

Woke up Sunday morning to a flooded basement. Emily & Jack came out 1st thing Sunday morning to help get things under control. They came back Monday morning with Aldo, Gage, Rowdy, & Isaac and finished demo/clean-up. They checked in multiple times a day to make sure everything was on track and drying out as fast as possible. 10/10 would recommend and will be calling them again for any other flooding emergencies.

The guys were right on it within a few hours after I called them. They located and mitigated the problem the same day. Thank you Jim, Gauge, and Jack for your professionalism. I would definitely recommend ServPro of Billings.

He’s excellent at communicating, managing expectations, is trustworthy and shows up when he says he’s going to. He and his team did an excellent job on the mitigation and connected us with another kind human for the rebuild! Call and ask for Jim, you’ll be glad you did.

We had major water damage to our house. Servpro came out quickly to begin mitigation. I was so grateful to Emily for her knowledge and advocacy with our insurance. Aldo, Elysian, Jack and Rory were great to work with. From the demo and cleanup to the daily monitoring I was impressed. Would highly recommend their services.

Not sure about dynamic solutions ( the sister company), I’ll write a review when they are done with the restoration but right now it seems like they could care less, it seems they prefer to ghost people.

We had water that damaged a large part of our house and we were so distraught. I called Servpro and they were at our house within 30 minutes. Joel, Tyler and Gage have been incredible they were completely upfront with everything and so helpful during this stressful time.

James was fantastic to work. He was always helping me with insurance company to get the ball rolling. When he sent Isaac and his crew out they did a fantastic job and the cleanup was great. Thanks guys.

I highly recommend SERVPRO! Jimmi was our project manager and sent us an estimate that was several thousands dollars less than others we received. Montana and Isaac also worked on our home and all three were very courteous when it came to our time and what we wanted.

I contacted Servpro to help with a neglected home. There was severe cigarette smoke, pet stains, mold, mildew and deplorable living conditions. Jimmy met me at the house and did a thorough walk through. ServPro was very professional and their team was prompt, efficient and went above and beyond what I expected. Holy cow! What a team we had come in and absolutely knock this job out of the park! Jimmy/James came in and had me lined out with the plan and that same day they were here doing so much work! It was awsome to see the lead man getting in the trenches with his people! Gerome and Eliciana came in and put in a ton of hard work and were awsome dealing with the special critters I keep and jumping threw the extra hoops they created. This will be the only crew to call for us when we have trouble!

We had a large flood at are shop and Kaley, and Amy showed up and did an amazing job getting it all cleaned up. They were also so nice and helpful with all my questions and concerns.

Had a protein burn (i.e. left a lamb shank on the stove cooking over night). The smell was awful and there was a film on all of my cupboards and counters in my kitchen. Servpro showed up the next day and their crew was quick, efficient, and extremely professional. The smell was completely taken care of. Highly recommend!

Our project lead, Jim was great. He communicated with us throughout the entire process. Tyler and his work partner (name escapes me) did yeoman's work clearing the room and setting up the equipment. Aldo was great to work with as he did final checks and collected the equipment that was used to dry out our space. Servepro of Billings were awesome to work with! Timely, courteous, polite and hard working. Emily and her gang were very responsible and pro active with our water damage. They always responded in short order to texts or calls, and went the extra mile to remedy our water issues, and in answering our questions, during a very stressful time. Would absolutely use their service again!

This is a way overdue review, but I wanted to share it still. In Jan 2024, there were extreme temps here in Billings and we had a pipe burst in our basement. The ServPro Team, led by Joel was so responsive and helpful through every step. Everyone who came to help was kind and professional and helped make a stressful situation less so! Our sincere thanks to Joel, Aaron, Emily, Rory, Sarah and Skyler for all your help!

They showed up quickly even though they were called on a Saturday evening. They were very friendly, helpful, and quick but thorough. Everyone we dealt with over the course of the weeks while trying to get the hot water tank replaced and dealing with the insurance company was great. We dealt most often with Skylar and he was absolutely awesome.

A huge shout out to the amazing crew from Servpro!! They helped us through a water disaster in our home which affected several rooms. Thank you Skylar, Aldo, Antonio, Emily & Joel. I have had to use this company 3 times over 4 1/2 years and I have to say this company is a 10 or of 10! And that is rare in this day and age. They hit every mark of professionalism, customer service and efficiency. I have been so impressed, every time. I also want to point out, I have worked multiple crew and every one of them have been wonderful! Last week, with short notice, I need a carpet cleaning and all the companies were booked. Joel knew my address from past work and even though this is not how their company usually works, he made an exception to help me out. Today, Jane and Sarah showed up after a very busy weekend of emergencies that their company does specialize in and did a wonderful job. My carpet looks brand new and they were done so quick! As my crawl space begins to fill up and it was obvious my sump pump was not going to keep up, I called Servpro. I'm sure they were busy with others due to the rain. Kyla got a sump pump delivered fast, matter in fact just in time to avoid major damages. She called and will have fans delivered in the morning. Kyla and Servpro saved the day and my furnace. 5 stars for incredible service.

On April 30, we found the source of the odor permeating our home. Monday morning we called ServPro of Billings and within 2 hours of our call Jim and another associate arrived to assess the damage. That afternoon a team was sent to our home and they went to work. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. After their work was done and the plumbing repaired, Jim and Amy returned to make sure the work was done to the standards of ServPro. They sent another team to immediately correct (an honest) mistake. ServPro also worked hard to get our claim covered by insurance. I can't say enough good about how professional , courteous and above all timely in addressing our situation! I would rate them a 10 if possible but they only allow 5 stars . We highly recommend ServPRo!!

ServPro of Billings is the best! Even though they were extremely busy Joel made sure that we were taken care of as quickly as possible. The crew that took care of our flooding were amazing. Crew chief Emily and her technicians Dre & Arthur were so professional, on time, personable and respectful in all aspects. We won't use anyone else because of this. We have health concerns for ourselves and our animals when it comes to mold and chemicals used and they were very understanding and made sure that they were only using people and animal friendly products. Amy and Sam are absolutely amazing!! They arrived at our home with big smiles, super positive attitudes, an extremely good work ethic, and were totally prepared to handle a horrible situation. Something caused the basement freezer to quit which resulted in a disguisting mess inside the freezer, on the floor, and a horrible, awful stench! Because of recent rains and flooding, it was difficult to get anyone to help. Thankfully, last Friday afternoon, with the help of Paul coordinating efforts, Amy and Sam voluntarily and willingly worked longer that day to help with this dire situation. They cleaned and prepared the disguisting, stinky freezer for removal, cleaned the floor, and cleaned where gross leakage was tracked onto carpet in the adjoining room. They worked very, very hard! We were extremely impressed with Amy and Sam! They were friendly and easy to talk to. They were also very knowledgeable, skilled, professional, thorough, and determined to do a job well done! SERVPRO is lucky to have such amazing professionals as Amy and Sam, as well as Paul, on their team! We felt very blessed because of all they did for us! Our technician, Michael Herschberger handled our flood issue. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He was a hard worker, good communicator and good natured. He did a great job. We would highly recommend Servpro and Michael Hershberger to anyone.

I just can’t thank Paul and Emily enough for making our horrible, stressful, heartbreaking flood situation into a positive experience! Without them there would have been a lot more tear shed and a ton of unanswered questions. When they came in we were in the middle of a meltdown and he took control of the situation and just helped and and gave so much support. They were there for every step of they way and where a huge positive impact on our flooding situation. They have been our superhero’s throughout this whole process. They took care of everything and helped in every way possible. They went above and beyond the expectation.

Leslie Fast Horse and Drezdin Kidd were here this morning to remediate mold damage that we found in the process of moving. They were on time, very professional, very knowledgeable, got the job done, cleaned up after themselves, and they were very friendly. Joel was able to work with my insurance company when our house got flooded. Every step of the way, Joel or his crew gave me progress updates. They went above & beyond to insure that my home did not have any mold damage & was safe to move back into. Joel even called several weeks later after they were completed to see if everything was okay. I can’t say enough good things about Joel & ServPro. I won’t hesitate to call them again if the need arises.

There was a fire at my complex back in December which caused immense severe smoke damage to all of my son and I's belongings. Serv pro of Billings was contacted by my insurance to come do my inventory so on and so forth. The fire was so traumatic and Servpro came in and made the experience so much more bearable. They were very professional and made sure they were available to help with anything I needed during such a difficult time. The house had a relative die in it and wasn't found for two weeks. It was horrible inside. Kyla and her team were awesome. They powered through and became like family. So hardworking, honest, went way above what they had to do for us. If Kyla said it would happen, it did and quickly. Every one of her team members are people we enjoyed and they did everything in their power to make it easier for us. We can walk in the house now and never know anything happened. What a great group of people at ServPro! I would highly recommend them for any type of mitigation. They are simply THE best!

All were very professional, efficient. They worked very well together. Zane was very helpful in getting companies to finish all the work in flooring, sheet rock work, and finishing work for flooring and cabinets.

My basement flooded and Servpro came within 45 minutes, removed the water, and wet padding below the rug and set up drying units. They were responsive and professional throughout the experience.

ServPro—and Joe in particular—was absolutely fantastic to work with. We had a minor mold issue that needed immediate remediation so it did not turn into a major mold issue for the buyers of our house. We learned of the problem one week before our scheduled closing, and contacted Joe immediately to see if there were any way ServPro could squeeze us in (not only was this during the holiday season, but our area is experiencing a building boom that means it is almost impossible to schedule anyone on short—or even what would have been normal—notice). We didn’t have much hope, but ServPro really did come to the rescue, and took care of the problem so we only had to push our closing back by a few days. Their work was excellent, and they even texted after hours to make sure we were comfortable with the process. We would not hesitate to call ServPro again.

Kyla was so helpful and the crew did a great job of cleaning up our sewage mess under our mobile home. It was a nightmare to have this issue and they were prompt and very professional, as well as a very reasonable cost.

Thank you Joel for managing this disaster for me! And a big shout out to Jesse and his crew. I had the most horrifying thing happen. On a Tuesday one of my bathroom sink pipe burst while I was at work. Two days later my hot water heater blew a valve while I was at work! I called Servpro and they were there immediately both times. The best part was Joel managed all of it! From the cleanup to the plumber to restoration to dealing with my insurance company. I would call them in a heartbeat!

The employees working at Dude Rancher got in a nasty yelling fight early in the morning, waking me just before my alarm. Iconic. Perfect timing!!

In late August we had a water supply line break on the 3rd floor of our house that was for sale and sitting empty. By the time it was discovered the lower 2 levels were destroyed right down to the bare bones. I called ServPro and operations manager Joel Keesy came out with a crew within 20 minutes of being called, which was a great surprise since it was after hours. They went to work with water mitigation and removal of all damaged materials. Joel was awesome to work with, he even took care of dealing with the insurance company who were not easy to work with. When it came time to rebuild ServPro couldn't do the job for what the insurance would pay. Even though they had to walk away. Joel took the time to stay involved on his own time. He set us up with a contractor and continued to work with insurance company for us. He frequently checked in to see that we were being taken care of and offering help where he could and stayed with that until job was completed. Joel is a testament to the quality of people ServPro hires and you get to work with. The quality of work and customer service matches the quality of employees. I was working out of town through most of this process and it was a relief having Joel and ServPro looking out for us. I hope I never have to work with them again because that means something bad happened at home. If that happens they will be my first call and they should be yours too.

These guys did such an awesome job. Our basement flooded, and they came out very quickly even though we live an hour away from billings. They took care of every detail and we didnt have to worry about a thing. They did everything from drying out our basement and moving our stuff out to replacing the damaged walls and cleaning. They were all very professional and efficient, and all of the work was done in a very timely manner! Any time i had a question or concern, i was able to reach them immediately. We contacted Servpro Billings for mold and asbestos remediation. Working w/ Joel, the project manager, was a great experience. They were quick to respond, very knowledgeable, took time to listen to our questions and concerns, were conscious and helpful in keeping costs down as low as possible. Cleaned up the water mess in our bathroom right away, and made sure we knew what they were doing. Montana, Rowdy, and Ryan were all very courteous and always called before they showed up.
