I had an excellent experience with Servpro. Tina provided exceptional guidance, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. The team Becca, Nicole, Sean, and Phil handled my belongings with great care. Justin was always available to answer questions and started the work promptly. Absolutely horrible service in Helena. Our home flooded from broken water pipe and our insurance recommended ServPro. They used a small water vacuum which took a long time and constantly had to keep emptying it into our bathroom sink/toilet. The vinyl floor that was only a year old had to be removed but the flooring company said it could be reused after everything dried out. ServPro stacked the flooring outside with glue all over the pieces which in turn stuck to the new flooring and had to be removed for days by hand to salvage the flooring. They also damaged walls and paint when removing baseboard throughout the basement. They actually cut a hole into the sheet rock thinking there was still wet walls, but it was a metal plate in wall protecting wiring. Their was no discussion or advise on repair from ServPro when they left. They simply packed up their fans and left without any follow-up. They use the statement "Like it never happened" on their bills, but I can assure you this has been the worst experience with any Water/Restoration company we've ever dealt with. I highly recommend a different company.

Shawn and Kyle were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I have seldom had anyone more efficient and professional respond to a service call. They kept me informed at every step of the. Could not have been more reassuring and helpful.

Shawn and Michael from the Great Falls servepro were amazing! I had some minor flooding in the basement and the carpet got the brunt of it. They showed up right away and got to work getting things dry. Very respectful knowledgeable and communicative!

Richard and Liam were wonderful to work. They were very attentive to details for removing drywall and insulation and thoroughly drying out the area over most of the week. Servpro of Great Falls employees Nathan and Ryan cleaned the heating ducts in my house, and I am very happy with the entire experience. They were timely and very professional...at the same time being very personable. Nathan explained the process very well and was available for my questions throughout the day. I wouldn't hesitate to use Servpro again for the many services they offer.

They were on the job with water clean up within an hour and a half on a Sunday and we are an hour from Great Falls. Explained the process throughly and had fans going right away. Commucated every day as they came and checked. Shawn and Ryan were very professional and good to work with every day.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Consider yourself warned. The Servpro people are alright, there seems to be enough franchise control to keep them honest. The real scam comes after the Servpro folks tear up all of your damage and then they refer you to Buildpro, their "construction" company, to put it back together. They will rip you off, and not complete the work. It is a scam and you will have to sue to recover your money. Its the same owner for both, luring you in and then stealing from you. Good luck, but you have been warned!!

We are absolutely pleased with the professionalism and work done by Shawn and Michael of ServePro. They explained everything in detail and answered all my questions regarding what further work needs to be done by other contractors. They were very polite and courteous. Response and guys were good at dealing with the water in my closet and crawl space.
However:

They sent two trucks, not sure that was necessary, and I was clear with them the situation was contained and of limited size. One guy did most of the work while the other walked around and took pictures.

Neither technician had booties or shoe coverings with them. I would expect a professional cleaning / remediation service to carry disposable shoe covers as standard equipment. They are cleaning up messes, how could they not have some form of footwear protection to keep from spreading the problem to other parts of the house as required for ingress/egress????

They charged me at an "Emergency Response" rate, even though I called the day before they arrived on-site. Isn't some form of quick response implied with this type of work?

They add 3.5% for credit card payments. This seems a bit absurd due to the line of work they are in, and that they email an invoice within 24 hours of the job, which is due immediately upon receipt. Difficult to accomplish that without using a credit card.

Overall, the response and service was good. However the experience with billing and payment logistics not good. I would hesitate to recommend ServPro to others, and have passed this information along to my insurance carrier.

Needed the ducts cleaned out on a house that just went through a major renovation. Shawn and Kyle showed up on time this morning and did a very professional job. First, they explained the what their service entailed, Next they reviewed the scope of work and confirmed the cost of the project. After that, they performed a complete cleaning of all the ductwork and finally made sure the area was clean and neat before leaving. I highly recommend ServPro and their employees.

Shawn and Kyle were extremely professional and informative on how they would be helping us during the continuing nightmare my family and I were thrust into by our exploding toilet tank. And with water shut of valves everywhere BUT that bathroom, our house flooded. Thank you for the services you are providing us when we need you.

When I first called, their office sent someone out within 48 hours! First, Joshua came out, inspected, gave us some at-home mitigation techniques, and sent the estimate within a week! We followed the mitigation methods, and then Shawn Moyer came out! He checked out the same hot spots, and found we had no water anymore! Shawn was extremely friendly and polite. He showed me everything he was looking at, he wanted to clean up any debris before he left, he walked me through everything. He was efficient!

This company has been an ABSOLUTE blessing!! My house has severe water damage that has leaked all over my kitchen, dining, downstairs and downstairs bathroom. My husband and I called the company and explained our situation and that we have a medically complex child with one of those being chronic lunch disease. Josh showed up with our insurance adjuster within the hour, the amount of water damage they were able to test for was terrifying ... He calmed our nerves with being here and awnsering ALL of our questions and has been a blessing to work alongside with. He then assigned his crew, Sean and Ryan. Shawn and Kyle came to the rescue! we had a pipe burst and my son’s bedroom is soaking wet. we ripped the carpets out but the subfloor is really wet. Filed my insurance claim late at night and within the hour Shawn and Kyle were in our home. Had all fans running and dehumidifier set up. Explained the set up and how the stuff works. I would like to thank Nathan, Zach, and Mike for the outstanding work in making the final step in getting our facility recovered from a burst sprinkler pipe. Awful. Started out really good however multiple delays in cleaning our content stretched out over 8 months. Then, after being promised twice that our content was all cleaned we received the last few loads of our content thrown into boxes with multiple breakages. Additionally, we had numerous items returned uncleaned and covered with soot.
NEVER. again.

Shawn and Issac provided me with excellent customer service throughout the entire process of the on-site job. Not only were they both available for any and all questions I had, Shaun regularly checked in by phone or text to give me updates, ensuring me that everything was going accord to schedule. We were pleased with every aspect of the mold removal from our living room ceiling. Richard was very skilled in the mold removal, and Dyron was helpful with the set up and take down. Best decision ever!!

Arrived at our hunting chalet in Cascade Montana from Great Falls Airport on Oct. 6 at 1:00 AM to the sound of water spraying from the main valve under our kitchen sink. We immediately shut off the main and began cleanup and repairs. By 2:30 AM we had the leak fixed and headed in for some much needed sleep. In the morning we noticed that the kitchen cabinet wood was swollen and cabinets were ruined. The flooring was lifted in the kitchen, and living room rug soaked through. We then knew it was an insurance claim. To prevent more water damage and mold to our vacation home we immediately called Servpro to mitigate the damages. Best decision ever!! They immediately dispatched a crew to begin dehumidifying and drying our home. They had fans blowing air under our carpets and in our cabinets. Nathan and Mike were awesome! They were able to find the areas of mold and unsuspecting to us, they also found asbestos. They know their job and dispatch it well. Servpro obviously spends lots of time training their well qualified techs. Nathan and Mike knew their stuff and proceeded with passion to stop the water and mold damage. They go the extra mile. We had them in our home for over three weeks before all their testing proved negative for any further damage and asbestos, and although our home was uncomfortable to live in due to plastic "rooms" set up to isolate areas of remediation, we were comfortable that we were in good hands with Servpro, by way of Nathan and his crew. We will definitely, but hopefully not need to, use them again.

Great service on cleaning out our plugged dryer vent! Dyron and Derek were friendly, undaunted by the inaccessible exterior vent, happy to explain things, and got the job done in good time even tho they had to get a taller ladder.

Phil, Rich & Derrick did a great job cleaning our furnace duct work and dryer vent (which goes through to the roof) today! They were on time, courteous, put everything back in place that they had to move & overall did an outstanding job. I will never let this go as long again - especially the dryer vent! After a late night upstairs kitchen flood which became a downstairs kitchen nightmare, I was at a loss.
I called Servpro and they quickly had both kitchens starting to dry out. Shawn was very professional and had everything set up and running without a complaint about it being 2 am.

Everything dried out well and Servpro checked daily to see how things stood. Their staff ,especially Shawn, were great about keeping me informed as we went through the process of not only drying out both kitchens, but taking the basement kitchen and small bedroom next to it down to the studs and subfloor.

As it is an older home, it was not surprising that some of the wall treatment came back as containing asbestos. Shawn and his team took care of everything and it is now all set to rebuild. Thanks Servpro for your prompt, professional service and for taking care of everything so I didn't need to.

We had ServPro out of Helena to remediate tons of water and vermin damage under a trailor. They tore out and removed old fiberglass insulation and re-lined ground with vapor barrier, identified water pipe leaks and damage to sub flooring. The two young men on the crew were Bobby and Dyron and you could not have asked for more professional or pleasant individuals to work on our project. They have many more services available. I am just mentioning a few here. Give them a call.

Nathan and Michael did an amazing job cleaning my HVAC. They previous owners had 5 dogs and there was hair everywhere. They were respectful, on time, professional and great at communicating what they were doing. I appreciate their hard work in my new home!
