I live across the street from a project this group is managing. Their communication with nearby homeowners has been spotty at best, and on two occasions, outright dishonest. During a phone call, the site superintendent lied directly to me, and when I called him out on it he, with eminent sexism, said, "Mam, calm down," and hung up me. This company ordered all of the residents across the street to move our cars out of our own driveways for paving that was promised to be finished 6 days ago. Rotherham construction will not return phone calls to let us know when we can use our own homes normally again. I understand that construction needs to occur, and i am not complaining about that. It is the lies amd bullying of Bozeman residents which should disqualify them from leading other projects in this town.
