We had some water intrusion into the attic through a roof vent and asked for an evaluation of any damage or potential repair needs. John came out to our house within 24 hours of my call, listened to my explanation of what was going on and did a thorough check of the sheet rock areas and of the vent on my roof. He let me know that the vent had been installed properly and that there was no actual damage - the water intrusion was simply due to high winds pushing heavy rain in through the vent louvres. He was very professional and courteous and did this estimate free of charge. If I have any similar issues in the future I will definitely call the Forest Lake/Anoka ServPro!

Wonderful experience with this team! We had a previous flood in our home a few years back and dealt with Kiser Construction in Elk River and had a horrible experience with them. ServePro provided us with the customer service and support that we needed. Mitchell was phenomenal at keeping us updated and he reached out without us prompting throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone, especially when dealing with a home project that disrupts daily life.

We had a plumbing issue where our entire basement flooded. Waking up to that situation at 3 AM can really rattle a person. I remembered hearing of Servpro in St. Cloud, and how professional and thorough they were from an acquaintance. We made the call at 3:30 AM and they took care of the rest. Very pleased and would definitely recommend to family, friends and neighbors.

The work these folks did was phenomenal. They were very fast to respond and kept me in the loop of everything that was done.

They were responsive and answered my questions. They came out regularly to inspect the progress. Unfortunately we had to pause our efforts while we waited to coordinate with another affected homeowner, but I hope to continue to resume working with them.

The only suggestion I’d make is to give an estimated arrival time to help with schedule planning.

John and his crew have been so helpful. In a pretty stressful time for us , he’s been on top of everything. More than just answering questions. Lots of detail about the clean up process, updating us regularly on timelines, working with our insurance company and even providing other service providers to help with anything else we need.

Called Serve Pro to help with water damage from a pipe leak. The response was quick and Trevor explained the process and what the quote covered. During the demo, clean up and drying, Brian was willing the talk through what they did and what they found. Both communicated every through every step and made sure any question I had was answered.

Justin came out and did mold inspection. Very friendly, on time, always explained what he was doing. Got an appt. Same day from when I called in. Thank you Justin!

When our sub pump failed and water seeped in all over our basement, I didn't know where to start the cleanup. Luckily, I didn't have to! Our crew came quickly, tackled the problem efficiently with a million fans and dehumidifiers, and took care of the problem with a smile.

When our plumber emerge from the crawl space of our home in Forest Lake, he said your hot water main broke, I can fix it, but you to call SERVPRO NOW! It’s a mess down here. In less than an hour Grant Mumm from SERVPRO was crawling under my house to see what’s happening. He said call your insurance company, I’ll get a team out here ASAP. Soon I had three dehumidifiers and 16 vans drying out the underside of our home. When that wasn’t drying it out fast enough, due to foam insulation under maple floors, the SERVPRO team brought in an industrial dehumidifier the size of a camper, fired it up and dried out our crawl space for five more days to insure against mold. It worked. Back to normal today. Remarkable team SERVPRO - Dillion, Grant, I only wish I could remember all their names. Water damage is a serious thing…the possibility of dangerous to your health mold looms. We are relieved. Thank you guys!

We used this company to shingle our roof due to storm damage that occurred last spring. The process was very smooth and easy. They were always available to answer questions and help in any way possible with insurance. The crew that did our roof were the best I've ever worked with! They were very fast and efficient. My roof looks great and they cleaned the entire area. My son thought the roofers cancelled because everything was done by 1:00 and looked perfect. Highly recommend!

We used the St Cloud location for a pipe burst. Extremely responsive to our immediate needs for clean up and restoration. Mitch was our Project Manager who communicated every step of the way and did an amazing job! Professional, smart, quality work. I would use them again FOR SURE!
