Prompt and efficient response to restoring three rooms in my home following water damage. Staff and crews were courteous, highly skilled and easy to work with. The results exceeded my expectations. I am happy to recommend ServiceMaster.

Anthony and his restore team were absolutely amazing. After a puff back from my mom's furnace Anthony made certain that the process of painting the ceilings and walls throughout the entire house would be as seamless as possible. The restore team came in and wrapped all the furniture and put miscellaneous items in several boxes with extreme care and caution. The paint crew did a flawless job and at the end of each day cleaned up and vacuumed their way out. I would highly recommend Anthony
to coordinate any projects I may haven in the future. Thank you Anthony and team for making it such a please to work with you all.

I have had repeated water damage issues. Twice Servicemaster came immediately. They were professional and easy to work with. I also used their restoration division to repair some of the damage.

A massive sewage backup contaminated our lower level, aka walkout finished basement. ServiceMaster worked with Travelers (also kudos to them) to diagnose the extensive and disgusting problem, plan and execute the decontamination and restore the area to its previous condition. ServiceMaster's work was prompt and expert. The rec room looks beautiful. I honestly think we'll use it more now, it's so inviting. After my hot water heater broke and unleashed a flood in my basement, Service Master was there within the hour, vacuuming up the water and setting up the industrial fans and dehumidifiers. My carpet and furniture were saved! Great job!

The services received were professional, with a very quick turn around from the quote to the actual service date. We would use them again for any future needs.

We had a major 2nd floor plumbing leak in our historic c.1854 house which caused substantial damage to our dining and family room below. The company came very quickly, cleaned everything up and repaired the ceiling and wall damage with new wallboard and tape. They recommended other excellent professionals for our furniture repair, etc and interfaced very successfully with our insurance company. They were very professional and finished their work in record time with minimal disruption to our lives. We subsequently had them perform some unrelated carpentry and electrical work in the rear of our house which they also excelled at. I recommend this firm wholeheartedly.

I never do online reviews but i have to say the worst experience I have ever had. They come in and promise you the world and do not deliver. He claims his crew is professional and knowledgeable. They are neither. They were never on time, used sawzalls to remove my cabinets instead of unscrewing them, even though they knew we were reusing them. They broke several style and rails on the cabinet fronts. I had to hire someone to rebuild the cabinets they cut and reinstall them. A job that would have cost me $1500 to fix winds up costing me alot more and then Drew sends a bill to my adjuster with $1000 off.

DO NOT TRUST WHATEVER DREW OR HIS EMPLOYEES SAY!

I give them five stars because I can't give them six stars. Or more. Prompt, courteous, efficient, polite, and I could not be happier with the results.

I called ServiceMaster of Hamden to get a quote on cleaning 75 soiled dining chairs at our facility. The quote was very reasonable. The crew was on site when they said they would be , they were polite and hardworking and best of all, the chairs are really clean ! I am very satisfied with their work.

I called service master of Hamden and they took over caring for my flooded basement. They were friendly professional and they did a beautiful job removing wall to wall carpet and walls that were growing mold.it took a few days for things to dry out and when they were done the basement was clean and you never would have known anything happened. The price was fair for all the work they did. I would call them again for any job I needed done

Service Master was there for us after the loss of a family member and were comforting, courteous and kind. During a very difficult situation, they did everything they could to help us thru it. I will never forget how supportive they were. And the job they did on our loved ones house was amazing.

The team came to my house and did a great job taking down my wall and ceiling, drying, and disinfecting. I felt comfortable with their courteous staff in my home and they kept me up to date with what was going on with regular text messages and phone calls. The crew who worked on the job were some of the nicest service people that I have had in my home and they went the extra mile to make sure that everything was done properly. They even managed to save my trim before demoing the wall, which made putting the room back together much easier in the end.

ServiceMaster contacted me in less than an hour after I called my insurance company to report a fire in my house and to file a claim. The management of the local ServiceMaster came to my house about an hour after they had called me which was on a Sunday. They could not possibly have been been more responsive than that. They did a complete walk through and clearly explained all that would need to be done to mediate the smoke damage in my home. The crews were here the next day and they were very thorough. Th crews consisted of three to five people each day for about 13 days doing extensive cleaning. We were very impressed about how hard they worked each day and how they took pride in doing a remarkable cleaning job.
