ServiceMaster of Charlottesville has been extremely reliable and helpful. My first contact with them was to help clean out my mother's house in preparation for her return home from the hospital with in-home nursing. They were prompt in their response to my inquiry and quick in providing a quote. The quote was very reasonable for the work and all the staff was friendly and professional. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. I have been in touch with ServiceMaster again since my mother's passing about helping clean out the rest of her property and, again, the response has been quick and professional. They even took the time to help me think through the process of what should be done prior to them coming out which I greatly appreciate. They simply could have taken my money, but instead they were honest and guided me in a way that would best help. I would whole heartedly recommend using ServiceMaster and would use them again in the future if the need arose.

The water treatment system developed a high-volume leak, flooding our home with (about) 170,000 gallons of water: this destroyed our flooring and two feet of the wall-boarding, and launched mold growth. ServiceMaster removed all the damaged flooring and damaged wall-boards, carefully removing our furniture and other objects to safe locations. They arranged for asbestos inspections, and inspections for possible damage to our electrical and electronic systems. They preserved our kitchen cabinets for possible reuse by the folks who will later restore our residence.

They were awesome from the start. Justin and Jeff came in and cut out all the damage drywall in my ceiling. They even cleaned up their mess. they had to leave a dehumidifier and two fans to get the moisture out of the Joyce’s. There was another gentleman that came and checked on all the equipment and the moisture. He also came to pick up the equipment very professional. In all of this process I asked them to please wear a face mask in my house due to my kids not vaccinated for COVID 19 they understood with no hesitation they wore their mask even one pick up The gentleman had his face mask on already at my door.Will use this company again if need to be!

Very quick response to service request for flooding following heavy rain and a clogged drain. Robert was professional and thorough in describing the problems and made sure resolution was complete. Robert followed up over multiple days to ensure complete dryness and was always there at time he promised. Gwen in Cville office was very responsive by phone and email as well. Received a very thorough summary of area impacted and how water was mitigated. Nicely done, thank you!

We called ServiceMaster when we had another company suddenly change their scheduled appointment to much later. I am very glad we did - they worked around a tight timeline (as we had contractors scheduled for other work). Everyone was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Quote was provided quickly and work was scheduled quicker than expected. Much appreciated for the quick turn-around and understanding the importance of the service being provided.

Very lethargic crew that did not complete the quoted cleaning the first time. They came back after I complained about things not being cleaned per the contract. They complained and wanted to argue about what was and was not cleaned. Extremely rude and poor attitudes and very lethargic work ethic.

Richard was amazing!!!! He Went above and beyond to make sure he located everything wet!! He was super nice and knew what he was talking about!!! Request him if you can!!

All the service technicians who came to my home were very professional, considerate, helpful and kind. For being such a unpleasant situation, they made my experience very pleasant. I was very happy with they service they provided. Gary, explained everything clearly, and listened to and acted upon our thoughts and concerns. I feel He went above and beyond to work with us and make sure our issue was completely resolved.
