I recently hired Alvarez Painting to paint the exterior of my home, and they did an absolutely fantastic job! From start to finish, Erik and the team were professional, detail-oriented, and truly went the extra mile.

Before painting, they thoroughly cleaned and prepped the house, carefully caulking cracks to ensure a flawless finish. They also conducted minor repairs, including replacing bad boards and fixing rotted window framing, which saved me the hassle of hiring additional contractors. On top of that, they removed and painted my side shutters, making sure every detail of the exterior looked perfect.

Not only did they use high-quality paint that gave my home a fresh, vibrant look, but they also went above and beyond by replacing my outside lights, which was such a thoughtful and helpful extra touch.

Erik and the team were punctual, respectful, and kept the worksite clean throughout the project. Everything was completed on time, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Alvarez Painting recently finished washing and painting my house. They did a superb job in three phases. First came a thorough wash, followed by a large crew of workers doing a painstaking preparation including scraping away residue from all paintable surfaces. Alvarez Painting did some outside work on our home. The paint was peeling from several metal doors. They did an excellent job of peeling, scraping and sanding the doors before priming and painting, The Crew was curteous and did not waste time. Outstanding work and Workers for a reasonable price.

We witnessed the crew readiness prior to start time every day, with the individuals lined up outside of our home in preparation to work. The pinnacle of professionalism. Full circle communication and foreshadowing of the daily plan was addressed each day with variables expressed and discussed prior to commitment to avoid inconveniences. Quality. The work quality stood amongst the best we’ve seen. More importantly, the speed at which the work was executed and the materials used. Eric and his team were incredibly professional. They did a fantastic job painting a very high ceiling and lots of wood trim. These painters are pros. They did a beautiful job of painting several rooms in my condo and I couldn't be happier. I gaze at the flawless walls and trim and realize that they exceeded all my expectations! Polite, courteous, neat and quick for such a perfect result. My only regret, and it's my fault, is that I didn't order no VOC paint. They would have gotten whatever I wanted. I got low VOC even though I know it isn't what I really wanted. Just FYI. You will not go wrong with this company!

Erik and his team did a beautiful job of painting first my kitchen, then the exterior of my house, and then my deck. What impressed me most is their time and attention to detail in prepping the house to be painted before they ever started painting. This means the result is not just a new or refreshed color, but refreshed door frames and window frames and trim, everything looks almost like new. And they did it at a fair and competitive price. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Alvarez Painting is a good value, reasonable pricing and excellent service. They worked diligently doing my interior painting, and when they left my house, everything was back in place.

Alvarez’ Painting is the best! Not only is Erik extremely knowledgeable, he listens to the needs and wants of the individual customer. In our home (in Ednam Forest) we replaced all the cheap particle board siding with natural cedar clapboards and have been obsessed with using only the greenest, non-toxic finish for it, which Alvarez’ Painting successfully completed. Specifically, Alvarez’ Painting used a semi-solid stain on our home that not only protects the cedar but simultaneously allows for the option to easily change the color with very minimal prep-work.

We reached out to Erik to obtain a quote for some interior painting in our house. He was very quick to respond and was extremely professional during the walkthrough which is why we decided to move forward with Alvarez Painting. Erik's team was very efficient and careful when working in the house, and we were extremely pleased with the final result. Erik checked on the team throughout the work day and also returned at the end to conduct a final walkthrough to ensure that all of the areas we had discussed had been addressed.

In 2019 Erik and his team totally refinished my wood front door and did a great job. Now 3 years later it still looked good...held up beautifully...but I wanted to make sure it stays that way. They lightly sanded, touched up and put a fresh coat of varnish on it and did another beautiful job. Very reliable too, which is hard to come by with many contractors...and very nice people. Highly recommend.
