Was looking to get all new interior and exterior doors and frames and they were recommended. But I just wasted a trip to Sanford. There were four people in the main office, but I was told there was no sales person that could help me and pointed for me to look at the books or the cluttered selection of items in a little show room. IF I try again, I’ll definitely be calling first, and they will have to make up on prices what they lack in customer service for a first time walk-in customer.

If you are a local boy and know the folks you get a decent level of service. Just finished a remodel in Sanford. They delivered 2 of my custom doors to Wilmington, two to Raleigh and the remainder to a neighbor down the street. Ordered some concrete culvert pipe and that was delivered to another neighbor. Work was held up time after time as materials were never delivered on time. Problem is there are not a lot of other choices in town.

I would give them 0 stars, if that were possible. I work for a national repair company and have been trying to locate materials for a customer. After the Fuquay office directed me to a specific individual, telling me that nobody else could assist me, I tried several times to reach this person. Every time, I got his voice mail, with a message that his mailbox was full and not accepting messages. When I called back to the main number, they would not take a message for me, advised me that THEY never had any problems reaching their salesman, and eventually gave me his email after I requested it. It has been 2 days and I STILL have not received a reply to my email. Folks, this is NO WAY to run a business. We will NEVER be contacting you in the future (not like we'd be able to get a hold of anybody)

Sanford office. Not good at all. Orders incorrect. No follow-up. Will not return calls. Phone system is completely useless. One extension rings a second person who fails to answer and voicemail is recorded to a third person. Finally, I let a call redirect back to the operator. It rang about 40 times. By the time it was answered, it was just after 4PM. The phone was picked up and immediately placed back on hook; call dropped. I'll restart the process again tomorrow. Meanwhile, I tried the website. Surprise; their email link is not functioning.
