I bought my Forester in 2016. I love this car. I love this dealership. I’ve been using them for service since I bought it. I’ve gotten to know the team really well over the years. Anela and Cindy in service dept are absolute rock stars. Their customer service skills are impeccable. Kindness goes a long way and these ladies have it. Mahalo nui loa for everything always.

Good service and Aloha spirit. Very welcoming. I own a brand new car and been loving it. Solid ride and very reliable and safe. They make sure you're taken care of.

It's worth getting the service done. It ensures maintenance.

I recommend when the time comes, do your tires at costco though. They have nitrogen and a lifetime tire warranty

Best dealership on Maui. We currently have 2 subarus. 19 crosstrek and 23 brz. Service dept here is top notch. Tyran and service managers are always going above and beyond for us. General manager and sales are also excellent. As a guy that's been around the block a couple times with sales and service. I am very impressed with it all at Subaru Maui.

We purchased a brand new Wilderness Crosstrek in March. We were helped by a wonderful salesperson Natily Martinez. She was amazing patient with us and helped us every time we came in trying to decide what we wanted. Natily was helpful, transparent and even came in on her day off to help us with the final purchase of our car. We love the car and we loved the service. Servco Subaru has an incredible team that helped us feel comfortable and get in and out within a timely manner. It’s nice to not have to sit at a dealership for 5 hours for once.

Service center will do a bait and switch on you. You ask for one thing and when you walk in they have the paperwork all ready with extras that you don't need or want and they'll charge you more. Shady. I will not step foot in there again. Get your maintenance done elsewhere.... not at a dealership. Especially not at Servco Subaru Maui.

These guys are great! Way overworked and probably underpaid. Subaru - give these guys a raise already!
They’re pretty boss. They fixed my car up and even gave it a nice clean. I don’t even own a Subaru anymore, I just come here to see the employees now.

Very happy with the buying experience for our 2023 Forester Wilderness! They gave us a very fair price for our trade and we were in and out (with an appointment) in less than 2 hours, including the trade inspection. Darryl in sales, and Wilson in finance were great! Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future!

Worked with Dayne Kobayashi on getting a preowned Subaru. He was extremely helpful, went to my mechanic with me to get the car inspected, and even helped us get our car delivered home. Excellent customer service!!! He didn't pressure us into anything, and was transparent about all the details of the car. It was a pleasure having him guide us through the process, and we will be coming back to him again for our next vehicle.

We had a great experience with Servco Maui. Dayne was the mannn… he was the most laid back/helpful salesman we encountered on our car shopping journey. We greatly appreciated his patience and his no pressure approach (especially after having to deal with very aggressive salesmen from other dealerships. Not fun!). Wilson in the finance department was also awesome.
Overall wonderful buying experience.

Subaru maui sucks. My fiance and I dropped our car off at 10 am for a service they told us it will be ready at lunch. We were patiently waiting for a call to let us know, we kept calling all afternoon (since we have no transportation + plus the car had our carseat for our 7month old) and no one would answer by 2:30 we got a hold of someone and they specifically said “pick it up by 4 o'clock we close at 4:30.”
Frustrated that we lost our whole plans for the day. We got there by 4 oclock and the person told me another 30 minutes… I understand if its a busy day but the least you can do is call the customer that morning and let them know its going to take the whole day.
Probably the last time we’ll go here. Zero communication and care for their customers.

NOT helpful at all with correct information on maintenance package purchased ( found out later it's w/ Lithia) This service department couldn't even help an old lady figure who would honor Subaru lease maintenance package prepurchased!! (Wasted several hundred dollars when I already pre- paid $700!) Also had to wait months just to get first service and warranty issue ( took 3 times to repair!)

One super super nice guy in service helped but NEVER helped find Lithia we know now is honored by Honda which I highly recommend. I usually never have to wait more than 2 weeks to get service on my 2 Hondas and never had one complaint in 10 years I have been going to Honda. What ever happened to the Aloha and just trying to redirect customers to the correct service department if purchased contract is with Lithia how hard is it to help customers so they do not loose their prepaid packages....
Word to Wise beware of finance and their packages....many are a scam as soon as purchased you are stuck!! I have to more Subaru and I'm thinking twice about going to this dealership now!!

I’m not one to write reviews, this might be my first one ever, but I’m super saddened by my experience. I bought a brand new Subaru a few years ago, at this point it has broken down and is inoperable, the ac has gone out, the interior lights don’t work, and no one at Subaru will help or cares at all. The car seems to have some sort of computer issue, and may be defective. Today my car broke down in the middle of the road, which could have caused a serious accident, strangers were nice enough to help me push it to the side, this is a new car. Anyways, don’t get a Subaru, not because I got a defective car, because they don’t care.

It is almost impossible to call Servco Subaru Maui. First, one hears COVID protocols before one can even get to the service department. Then one must hear Covid protocols all over again, leave a name and number and hope someone calls. Then if you are graced with a call back, it is from a call center not located on Maui. One is put on hold while they research you, locate the Maui Servco department and then try to relay your request. Sooo frustrating!

I noticed a problem with my car and felt unsafe driving it. I went to the service dept. and they told me that the next appointment was in about a month. When I told them I felt unsafe driving it they said I could leave it and they would see what they could do. It took a few days but this did find the problem and another warranty repair that needed doing. The total cost was less than I expected and my service consultant Cory was very communicative. I had heard some negative things about this dealer but my experience has been incredible. Thank you Cory!!!!!

Darryl the salesman lied to us several times telling the car was in Honolulu and would arrive soon. Then the story was it was on its way to Honolulu. We finally got the straight story it was not even built yet. All those lies just to get our deposit. And likely to keep us from looking elsewhere. Don’t trust this dealership. Get a promised delivery date and vin number. Better yet look elsewhere. If they lie about delivery timeframe what else do they lie about. We felt cheated.

I purchased my 2019 Crosstrek Hybrid at Subaru Maui about a year and a half ago, and I've been very happy with the overall experience.

When I purchased my car, Natalie was my salesperson and I was beyond satisfied, I think she did an excellent job and gave great customer service! I liked her style, as it was NOT the pushy car salesperson, yet very knowledgeable and helpful. She followed up after I purchased the car and has been great at answering any follow-up questions I've had.

Since buying the car, every experience I've had when bringing the car in for scheduled maintenance and installing my racks has been excellent. Everyone has been extremely helpful, communicative and accommodating, not to mention friendly, which goes a long way these days! Alton in the service department is so great, and keeps me informed of progress, letting me know when the car is ready.

As an added bonus, they wash my car every time I bring it in, which is such a wonderful extra perk and makes me so happy :)
It's so nice to feel appreciated and respected as a customer!

Officially the proud owner of a 2020 Subaru Forester! The idea of shopping for a car is extremely scary to me, but we had such an awesome sales representative named Wilson Tadeo! He was very friendly and knowledgeable from the very beginning. I'm usually very socially awkward since I'm an introvert, but I was very comfortable speaking with Wilson. He made everything easy and had really strong communication skills. Our financial consultant Matt (I'm pretty sure that's his name) was also amazing! He explained things in terms that I could understand and made everything go smoothly. I was always worried about pushy sales associates, but to my surprise, everyone was extremely nice and supportive. Great team and I highly recommend checking out this location if you're looking to purchase a vehicle.

HMMM ... BETTER COME WITH TIME & PATIENCE
We stopped by today because I wanted to look at the CrossTrek, the orange one, because it looks so cool including the orange seat stitching. But I also had my eye on an STI ... yes I know I needed serious help but help was nowhere to be seen.

All in all, they seemed to have a good inventory but no sales people to help. The one sales person there was too busy to even say hello and the manager never even made it out of his office behind closed doors. I am sure they were busy and understaffed but even a quick hello would have done wonders.

Glad I am in no rush to buy, might stop by another time but just know that right now in these times you might want to make an appointment. We didn't.

Go see Dayne Kobayashi down there. He is super knowledgeable on all the models, trims, and features of each vehicle, very through and straight forward. It's refreshing to deal with trust worthy sales people. I'm super happy with my new vehicle and would recommend them to anyone

Cindy ,the service manager is caring and knowledgeable . She has always treated me with respect and taken the time to assist in finding solutions to the problem i was having with my Subaru. Jim, the floor manager is a professional. I really liked him and his knowledge. Although, everyone in the sales area appeared to work closely as a team which is seldom seen at a car dealership. I was impressed with the entire sales department.

I had an excellent car buying experience at Servco Subaru. The beauty and comfort of the 2019 Subaru Forester impressed me. Also Natalie's very supportive attitude and guidance and great knowledge about the car was hugely appreciated. I was thankful to feel like I was not dealing with a pushy sales situation, like other car dealerships I had experienced.

I thought I was purchasing a great car when I bought a Subaru; instead, I have a car that has burned oil from day one (engine smelled hot from the beginning), A/C is broken to the tune of a couple hundred dollars to have diagnosed and another $2600 to repair, passenger seat in front doesn't recognize passenger in seat which cost $150 to diagnose and will be $1200 to fix (else I can drive a car with an airbag that may not deploy). Air comes in through the windows (also from the beginning) and the car rattles. The service manager is great but the shop overall is ridiculous. And you pay for the diagnosis of problems which doesn't even count toward the repairs. I am shocked by the cost to keep a 2014 Subaru Forester running. Horribly disappointed. I didn't spend this much money on a 20 year old car that I had. And we've only driven the Subaru 76,000 miles. Subaru, stand by your reputation!

Cindy Figueroa, Service and Parts Manager, and Service Technician Marcus did a fantastic job in taking care of me and my vehicle a 2016 Forester Subaru. Came in with humming noise coming from rear of vehicle and possible issues with front lower control arm bushings. Both rear wheel bearings were replaced, wheel alignment completed, and front lower control arm bushings were fine. Mahalo to Cindy and Marcus. I RECOMMEND Cindy Figueroa and her Team of Technicians to any. We just moved to Maui and Cindy and her Team of Technicians are for us.

Dane took the time to sit down and answer all questions my husband and I had regarding the vehicle which was very helpful to have. Worst service I've experienced. Dane showed me a premium Crosstrek told me it was the last one in the state. I said I'd come back tomorrow, and pick it up when I get my finances together. he said he'd hold it for me. I show up the following day, and he had sold the car. I had to find one on my own in Oahu and send It to Maui. Upon purchasing the car he clearly stated "the first oil change is on us". A month later I take the car in and they charge me for the service. Expecting Dane to follow through with his word, i calmly tell him Subaru charged me for my free oil change. He instantly gets defensive, and tells me they never give free service and he would never say anything like that. My girlfriend, and parents both heard him say "the first oil change is on us". Not once saying sorry for any sort of miscommunication, he had no remorse and stated "you must have been hearing things". I told him I understood the situation and left the conversation. Very rude, Terrible customer service.

This may change. My wife and I have leased 4 Lexus ES350’s from servco Lexus Subaru over the past 15 years. I went in to purchase a 2018 Subaru as was treated very well by my sales person. I found the exact car I wanted. I informed my sales person that I wanted to put a deposit down to hold the car until I moved some $$, and planned to pay them Cash. I was informed that they do not take deposits. I asked to speak with, not important, another manager. The manager said , let me explain to you (I’m 60) how this works, you write me a check for x amount of dollars for the car, and you then own the car, that’s how this works. WOW...I mean customer loyalty be darned...I have 6 months left on the Lexus I am currently driving. I’m not sure I want to give them my business in the future. I pick the Subaru up next week, they finally did take my VISA for a deposit , but with all the cars I have leased from them and all the business my wife and I have sent to Servco, still, no Cash, no car. I’ll revise this review after I pick up the car. See how HAPPY they are when the get paid in full.
Picked up the car today. It’s a very nice auto. The dealer could not have been nicer ( I still tried to shame a roof cross rack outta them, no luck ). They took about an hour to walk me through the workings of the car. Nice Job guys...

I have had two different cars serviced there. One experience was fine the other Subaru (out of warranty) I had to take back twice. When I had the same exact problem they had fixed several months earlier they were not willing to stand behind their work. I would definitely not recommend this company for auto repair.

Very Unprofessinal displaying Bad Business practices, Im still waiting for them to reimburse my credit card for a part that I cancled within five minutes of the initial purchase because I didnt want to wait five days and decided I should look elsewhere, were going on two weeks now, they tell me their going to take care of it but do not. Unethical

I wish I could give 0 stars. From the time you walk in the staff treats you like they don't want you there. Regrettably I purchased a 2014 CrossTrek. First they told me that they did not have the color and transmission I was looking for. Told me they didn't have one in their inventory in the state. I called over to Oahu and they said "sure we have four on our lot right now". I purchased to Crosstrek and was delivered in a week later. Then the next problem began. Called for first service. I was given a date 2 months from when I was calling. Then once I did get the car in for service I was treated like I was less than human for not having a Lexus. I thought I wanted a new Subaru with manual transmission and went into the dealer. They offered my $4000 less than the lowest trade in value on Kelley Blue Book. Which I thought was alarming since the car was serviced by them and had no issues other than a water stain on the back seat from wet board shorts at the beach. I guess they don't stand behind their own product or service and they feel a Subaru does not hold its value. I would have been a lifetime Subaru customer if not for this dealership. I went down the street and got full trade in value and bought a new Honda. Stay away from these guys. They are extremely rude and could care less about the customer.
