We took our black GMC Denali to Makoa at Platinum Detailing for ceramic coating. The truck was in pretty good condition, or so we thought!m. When we picked up the truck, we quickly realized that the truck had so many scratches and Makoa was able get it looking brand new. Makoa did an amazing job. He constantly updated us on the status of the project and went above and beyond our expectations. We would definitely recommend him to all of our family and friends.

Makoa is an amazing young man. I knew he was my person after talking to him on the phone the very first time. He shined up my Honda CRV like brand new. I really love the coating he applied and the attention he gave the inside of my car. His work is awesome and his personality and service set him apart from others. Only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is he needed my car for an additional day. Great problem for him to have, being busy!

Exceptional attention to detail. They even took a q-tip and cleaned the little metal part of the seat back handle. I was amazed.

Makoa whos the person that answers the phone and does the work and services is a super awesome guy. Not only did he have affordable pricing but he saw me the same day to slam out a cleaning job i needed done quickly for my vehicle to clean some chicken juice that leaked into one of the seats. Would definitely recommend and go to again for any additional cleaning I need done to my vehicles.

Makoa at Platinum Detailing Services went above and beyond detailing my son’s truck. After my son passed away 13 years ago, the truck sat in my garage and needed a lot of tender loving care. Makoa brought it back to looking brand new. He detailed the interior and exterior and ceramic coated the truck with a 3-Year coating, he cleaned the engine compartment, the tire wells, the bed of the truck and he even detailed the custom racks and he restored the headlights. He is very dependable, awesome communication, respectful and has a keen eye for details. We discussed the 3-month plan where he will detail the truck every three months. I will also be arranging for Makoa to detail my brand new car. I am so blessed that after many calls to auto detailers and visits to my home to give me quotes, Makoa is the only one that came through.

It's been three weeks since they applied the 5-year coating, and it still looks like it was done just yesterday. Makoa did a great job on my 2017 4-runner. This was the first time I had a ceramic coating done on my car. He kept me updated throughout the day on the process. Six stars.! I called Makoa in the morning because I had an emergency cleaning to do…I Spilled some fish juice on my car seat! Ugh. Makoa squeezed me in that same day between some of his other jobs. I just transported my car to Hilo from snowy Colorado. The car was dirty, packed muddy wheel wells. I have a ceramic clear coat on it which you can’t use car washes with brushes on it. I researched the local detail shops & chose Platinum Detailing. Absolutely 100% satisfaction. Makoa picked my car up at my house, did an absolutely amazing job getting my car sparkling clean, waxed it, tires & rims scrubbed, and delivered it back to me

I had two vehicles detailed by Makoa and am very impressed with how they both turned out. He worked hard on getting rid of water marks on a red truck that sits outside and brought back the deepness of the color! The inside was just as nicely done as the outside. He got rid of all these black specks that was stuck on the outside of my other white car. It's an older vehicle so I wasn't expecting much but he sure did his magic on it!
I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a great detail job at a fair price on their vehicle by someone who takes great pride in his work and truly wants to make his customer happy!
