Welded up my own truck racks and needed specific clamps to hold them, called around and Hawaii Campers was the only place that had them. Alex, supplied them to me and knew exactly what clamps I needed. Check them out. Quality products!

Called a couple times to get a roof rack for my new F150 and they said that they were out of stock on the fit kit that was needed. They said that it would take about a month for them to get more in and to call back. 5 weeks go by, I call again and was told that I needed to put money down before they ordered it.

These guys are lousy and a waste of time. I would recommend going directly to Thule and getting faster and professional customer service the first time.

Exceptionally friendly, effective, and professional staff. Very competitive pricing and awesome deals on a wide variety of products and quality brands. And if they don't have it in stock, they'll get it within a week.

They were professional, friendly, very good service and they have a wide variety of choices. From the owner to the receptionist it was excellent customer service.

I went in a while back to install a lift I ordered from 4wheelparts. Everything was going smoothly until they kept running into problems with my brake lines, my shocks, my tie rods...the list was going on and on. (Which was mostly okay because its not a brand new truck.) I realized I got the bad end of the deal when I picked my truck up and there was NO brakes and the lift was uneven, the back was still sitting low. I had to take my truck somewhere else, pay someone else to fix it while calling 4wheel parts and them telling me Hawaii Campers had someone who must not of been a mechanic lift the truck because they put parts on the drivers side that should of gone on the passenger, like the brake line provided (which Hawaii campers charged me extra to get a custom line made because their mech. couldn't tell right from left.) and they had put a hole in my brake line and left me drive away like that...BOTTOM LINE, NO PROFESSIONALISM...DIDN'T TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY.

The team at Hawaii Campers was efficient, friendly and professional. They installed our trailer hitch very quickly and the charge was very reasonable. They made good suggestions that will make the trailer for a wheelchair better and safer. Now that we know they do seat covers, we will be returning to have them done there. We highly recommend them.
