He had a booth at the MTA Home Improvement fair. Explained what we needed done (remove old and install new window air conditioner). He confirmed he would do the job & made a morning appointment . NO SHOW & NO CALL. Called him & he stated he had us down for the following day (although we had seen him write it in his calendar book at the fair & confirmed before we left). Then said he would come in the afternoon. NO CALL & NO SHOW AGAIN! Do NOT rely on this guy. Wasted my time & day.
