Got on the roof physically and went through a bunch of maintenance tips and the whole process of what he was going to do. Knocked it out of the park in 6 hours. For a whole tear off some decking and even lunch. 10/10

Called to have someone look at my roof where possibly a squirrel had entered. Was advised I may need an exterminator to get the pest out before the repair. Was given a reference for the exterminator & discovered there was not an animal in the soffit return. The damage was wind damage instead. I appreciated the reference for the exterminator & thanked Taylor for his help. I will definitely use Taylor in the future for any home repair.

Taylor came out to inspect an ongoing leak issue with my garage bump out. The original roofing company claimed to have “fixed” the issue. However, Taylor discovered that they just temporarily fixed it. So, Taylor fixed the bump out. I have not had any other issue. When my gutters weren't functioning properly, he was able to find the issue easily and resolve it. We had some siding blow off in an overnight windstorm, and after seeing if we could reach it and fix it ourselves, we needed to call for help later in the day. Sergeant Clark was able to get to us within half an hour, helped explain everything and figure out if we were eligible to run work through insurance, fixed our siding quickly, and even secured some previous shoddy work while he was up there. We will absolutely be calling him again next time we need roofing/siding work, he was a pleasure to work with!

Sgt. Clark installed a leaf guard system for the whole house. He provided a free estimate and gave us quotes for two different systems, both of which seemed very reasonably priced. The system we chose was aluminum and of higher quality than what we observed in big box stores. He arrived on time with an assistant, who were both pleasant and professional. He had old guards removed and new ones installed within a few hours and he completely cleaned up when finished (something not all contractors do these days!). I was impressed and would definitely use this business in the future if needed, highly recommend.

I had water leaking into the interior of my house from the second floor down to the first. I contacted Sergeant Clark, and he responded immediately to set up an appointment for an estimate. We later made arrangements for work to repair/replace pieces of the siding, roof, and gutters. He arrived on time and completed the work full time in 2 days. I appreciate the responsiveness, which can be hard to find these days. Throughout the process, Taylor took time to explain the problems and provide photos taken while on the ladder and roof. The result: No more water inside, including after recent torrential rains! Highly recommended.

Taylor Clark did a great job on our gutters. He cleaned all the gutters, repaired and relocated a downspout that was causing water damage to the basement because it had been installed incorrectly by another contractor. He installed gutter guards which has stopped all of our gutter overflows from debris collecting in the gutters .
He was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the gutter guards. He corrected the alignment that had been installed incorrectly.
He was quick and efficient plus his pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received.
We have recommended him to our friends and family.

Taylor did a phenomenal job at repairing my botched siding on my house. He was professional and timely. He fixed my siding and it ended up fixing the water leaking inside my house! He is reliable and reasonable. I highly recommend his service!

Sgt Clark was very professional when he fixed our gutters that another roofer messed up. Sgt Clark went into detail about what needed to be done to correct the mistakes that the other roofer made. We had an old box gutter that we had replaced however the roofer did a poor job and you could see water come between from the new gutter between the house and the gutter which would cause the wood to rot over time. Sgt Clark did fix this by extending the roof out so the water from roof drained 100% into gutter. Sgt Clark also put in gutter guards. Sgt Clark was able to use the new gutter that the roofer who messed up had installed. I did get two other quotes. The other two quotes wanted to install a totally new gutter. Sgt Clark’s quote was reasonable and fair.

Sgt Clark also fixed a leak at our rental property. Both jobs were done to our satisfaction and we will use Sgt Clark again in the future when needed.

Taylor is amazing. He has repaired our roof, installed gutter guards and before the guards he cleaned our gutters better than anyone else has ever done before. He is a perfectionist, reasonably priced, very honest and he really knows what he is doing. He will for sure do a wonderful job if you choose him (which you should) for the job.

I hired Sgt Clark to work on my roof and repair the soffits. When he got into it he discovered the rot was worse than we thought. He figured out a workaround and was able to repair them so they look like new. I highly recommend his work

Taylor did an exemplary repair of the box gutter on my old house. Many have tried to fix them but none have accomplished the task until Taylor. It's been several months since and not a single leak. He is a fearless "monkey" climbing on these old houses; he has the proper equipment and the materials to get the job done correctly.
