I can’t say enough good things about Septic Pro! If I could give them 6 stars, I would! I was greeted with respect and problem solving which is not something I received from the other company I had called first. I am SOOO happy I went with Septic Pro and continue to tell everyone I know about the great service!

Septic Pro is amazing. They walked me through the issue we had with the sewer pipe and explained our options. They also had me perform the simplest solution with their oversight before they came over to save me money. Afterwards, they even offered to stop by to make sure the problem was solved. They will definitely be my company for future issues.

My unique water pipe under my house froze. For 2 days I could find a single company to come help thaw the pipes. Septic Pro was recommended so I made the call. They collected their stuff and came right over on Christmas Eve! These guys spent 4 hours troubleshooting the issue and came up with a solution. I was worried that we wouldn’t have water for Christmas but these guys came through in the nick of time.

Was willing to send someone out to thaw my pipes when I called at 4:30 am Christmas Eve. Ended up helping me figure out the actual problem and checked back to see if we're correct. I'm keeping his phone numbers and so should you.

Septic Pro saved my bacon. I had what I thought was a clog from the toilet, tried to plunge it thinking it would clear. Turns out that my sewer line was frozen. I called other companies to have them come out and thaw the line. Septic Pro came to the rescue. I called Septic Pro at 1853 and by 2022, my sewer line was thawed out. I highly recommend Septic Pro if your sewer line freezes in the winter. I will be using Septic Pro to pump my septic tank when it gets warmer out.

I use Septic Pro every year to pump out my septic system and I love their automatic service option because I don't have to think about it, they just show up each year around the same time and pump the system out, hassle free. They are clean and professional. What really impressed me though was the time I came back from Hawaii at 1am in January and the damn "automatic fill heating oil service" guys failed to show up on time while I was out of town and my whole house froze up, I called Septic Pro at 2am and they were out within a few hours and thawed things out. They saved my bacon and I switched to a different heating oil service! 10 stars! I absolutely recommend them!
