Very happy with the service I received from Will and his team. For starters... excellent communication, which is so hard to come by these days. The process of quoting, scheduling and finishing the job was seamless from start to finish. I received 6 quotes for this job and I found their pricing in-line with everyone else's. I ultimately chose them because of ease of communication and value for what I was receiving. The crew was in and out in a day! Left the job site clean like they were never even there. Junior came and measured an existing old Anderson crank window, to retrofit a new garden window for our kitchen.
He showed us all of our options and we discussed what he felt were our best choices. We were not surprised by the results. The window team came out and did a tremendous job both exterior and interior. Their expertise was overwhelming, and we credit him with being one of the best that I have had the pleasure of letting do work in our home. We would have him Back for any future work.

Imaging having renovations done, including your roof only b3 told by the building inspector your roof is worse than before the renovations. Not only was the roof done incorrectly, the skylight windows I had done had been installed incorrectly. I found Sensible Home Roofing in Thumbtack and received a response immediately, my estimate was schedule within 2 days. Will took his time assessing my roof and provided me with an explanation of what needed to be done. He even offered to document the information for me knowing I may need to address the issues with the previous contractor. The Team broke down options; completing the work in stages if need be and financing options. Billy was great with communicating everything to me. When the supplies will be delivered, confirm the date and time. The workers (and Will, the boss) showed up on time, bright and early. My roof was completed within hours. They went above and beyond to assist me througout the process. You can tell they are a family business, because they took look out for me as if I was family. They lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and I truly appreciate the whole team.

Will and his team did a fantastic job on the roof installation for my house and garage. The roof looks great. He was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. And he went above and beyond to work with my schedule of removal of old solar panels and installation of a new system. His crew were prompt, hard working, courteous, and did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards.

The man who came out was responsive , honest and answered all of my questions. He took the time to go over my options and to figure out what my different options were given my life and budget.
He was not pushy or pressured me at all to do anything except what was the most sensible thing for me to do.
I plan on using them in the future and I would recommend them to a friend. They are very honest and do not try to take advantage of customers who may not have the knowledge and skills that others may try to take advantage of that lack of knowledge.

Wil and his team did a great job on the roof of my 1955 ranch recently.
Hats off to Dan and Carlos and the rest of the crew. They were clean, fast and tight. They made it look easy. They also found a venting issue that I was unaware of and fixed it. it wasn't part of the job, but they did it anyway. They weren't just looking at the contract, they were looking out for the client. For me, that's the mark of a really good shop. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks again to all for a job well done.
