Such a dedicated team! The morning after Super Bowl Sunday, Devin and Sarah were up on our roof at 7:45 am shoveling 8 inches of snow off the roof! An hour later, the roofing team was tearing off the old roof. They worked hard all day, and we had a new roof by 4:30 pm. DeFrancesco's crew did an excellent Ellenton job on roof. No leaks or other problems and it has rained several times since they put on the new roof. Very nice crew and supervisor. Cleaned up yard completely. Definitely would use again.

Best price I could find, efficient crew that showed up and got the job done quickly. Cleaned up the job site well. But always look out for roofing nails I got one in my tire even though they try to get them all. Will use them again for sure!

Amazing customer service, super smooth install. Then months later we realized the roofers put our gutter guards back incorrectly and there was weeds growing out of the gutters. Steve and his crew exceeded all expectation on a siding installation for us. I cannot say enough about the quality of their products, the professionalism of Steve and his crew and the quality of their workmanship.
In addition two windows were replaced as part of the project. The interior trim installed by his crew showcased their workmanship.
Towards the end of the project it was evident that the current stairs were no longer adequate for the house. Steve's crew designed and installed two new sets of stairs that enhanced the overall architecture of the house.
Being the original owner of the house I can say will all honesty that the house never looked this good new.

Defrancisco roofing did a complete removal and installation of shingles on my log cabin and did a fantastic job.
There attention to detail from the flashing around the chimney and skylights to the clean up was amazing. We are very satisfied with their work.

Scott came to assess our roof for replacement. He was not pushy and actually said we could wait another year to replace it which was nice not having a hard sell.
We decided to just replace entire roof and shed and they did a great job. Recent heavy rain and no issues. Easy to deal with, replaced in one day, good clean up and excellent service.

I started my search to have my roof replaced at the BBB. Of the four highly- rated companies I reached out to, DeFrancesco was the ONLY one that got back to me, and it was within hours, on a Sunday evening no less. All of my interactions with the staff were not just professional, but pleasant. They fully explained what they would do and why, provided a solid warranty, gave the best price (Roof King’s estimate was $1000 more; Chick Beaulieau was $10,000 more - yes, you read that right). I just had a gut feeling this was the company I should go with, and I was not disappointed. They re-roofed my cape in a day, did a thorough cleanup, and came back and inspected for any additional debris the next day. You can’t go wrong with this company.

We had DeFrancesco just do our roof over in early April. Mike and his crew did a great job - I couldn't be happier with the job. The whole process was easy with them. Scott came initially to look the roof over and ran through a quote\materials\process with me. He was honest and said we probably had another year or two left in our current roof, but it was 28 years old and we felt it was time. Their price was very competitive (about the same as a 2nd quote, and $1,800 less than a 3rd we got). It just felt like they run an honest and fair business. Happy to give them 5 stars!

Defrancesco did a great job restoring my house after a tree fell on the roof and needed the whole roof replaced. Steve was very professional and helpful with the estimate and working with insurance company. Mike and crew did a great job onsite and were very professional and had a high attention to detail. So after 10 plus estimates we decided our roof would be installed by southern NH roofers. Right here on Broadway. Not only did he beat all other prices but his team were professional and kind. Our roof was a nightmare. Mold mildew and rot. He suggested added Eve's to my home seeing as I didn't have them in the first place for ventilation and should have(other contractors agreed in there estimates). The rafters were rotten and the insulation was too. After discovering this they did not charge me any labor to replace the unforseen extra work. Just parts! His team worked really hard on the new construction as well as the tear off. We also had 2 new skylights put in. Also parts only. Steve worked with us and understood that we are hard working local residents that needed help. 5 stars it is! Big thanks to Steve and his crew!

We recently completed the replacement of our entire home roof. DeFrancesco Southern New Hampshire was highly recommended to us. That recommendation was completely justified. Stephen's company was extraordinarily trustworthy, reliable and completed the job on schedule and at the promised price. The quality of the work was truly exceptional going above and beyond what we had anticipated, particularly with respect to the attention paid to the waterproofing membranes, flashing and even the related clapboards.
We originally accepted Stephen's estimate last spring and scheduled the work to be done in late August/early September (our choice). Remarkably, the work was done precisely on that schedule. One approaches such projects expecting hassles and headaches with contractor delays and changing costs. There was absolutely none of that....

We recently had our roof replaced by Steve and his team. Although the long term proof will be how the roof lasts over the years we were very pleased by the process. The quote was done quickly and professionally and when we had questions Steve took the time to answer all our questions. His price was very fair and my research showed that the product was a quality one. As to the actual onsite work, we were extremely pleased. The job was performed in the time window we were promised. All materials, crew and the dumpster arrived early on the morning that the job started and the crew worked from 7:30 am until 7:30 pm both days to complete the job. When they left the roof looked great and they did an excellent job cleaning up the yard. Everyone we dealt with were polite and professional. The dumpster was removed before I left for work the following morning. We were very happy with Steve's team.

Our new roof was installed in June of this year. We had a great experience with DeFranscesco's from the time we met Steve in the office to discuss the project right through to the end of the project. Scott, the foreman of the job, came to the house that same day and spent a lot of time with us explaining all the details of the work and describing the quality of the CertainTeed shingles that we chose. Scott was very thorough, courteous and responsive to all our questions when we met in person as well as by phone when we had follow-up questions. The crew was excellent! A great job done on a roof that really needed replacement on 2018. They stuck to the estimate even when it took longer than expected. The crew was professional. Cleaned up great too! Now 2021, they completely rebuilt the roof up to code after a tree accident. The framing crew and their coworkers were courteous, professional and got the roof done in a week! We just had Defransecos complete our roof in Windham Nh. We are very pleased with the work performed. He was able to complete the job before a second Nor Easter hits. The crew was on time and had the roof stripped completely down in a little more than 3 hours. Due to some concerns I had with a leak that had been plaguing an addition. The crew was very patient with me while I pointed out areas of my concerns and was concerned it may not get done right. I have been raked over the coals in the past and they even took pictures for me to show the work performed. That gave me peace of mind. Any hiccups along the way and Steve and crew were right there making sure we weren’t inconvienienced at all. In this business that’s huge! You can’t even tell they were here and the dumpster was picked up not even an hour after the left. Any concerns I had Steve would be right there on the job. It was a pleasure doing business. This is an excellent and honest roofing contractor in a sometimes not so honest business. They operate from a Main Street retail store with office personnel and a crew of their own installers, where you can actually see their products and talk to real people instead of an answering machine. They installed my roof in one day in February no less. They left my property clean with no shrubs damaged. Would recommend them to anybody looking for a quality installation at a competitive price.
