Will and his team did a fantastic job installing our new roof! They were professional, timely, and cleaned up everything making it feel like nobody was even there! There were a few pieces of plywood on my roof that needed replacing as well and they did it at no extra cost. On top of everything, will and the team were friendly and we never felt like we were being pressured or given a big “sales pitch” from the start, you can tell they genuinely cares about people and doing high quality work.

P.S. the pictures don’t do it enough justice, we cannot wait to use Sensible Home Solutions for other exterior projects in the future!

I live in a townhouse that is sharing the same roof with another townhouse. Our neighbor had a leak and I was so worried that our side is also affected. Sensible Home Roofing knew this and made sure to check our side of the building as well to make sure that we are also taken cared. They made sure to check the entire ceiling of both my neighbor’s and mine to prevent any possible damage in the future. They were very easy to deal with and made it all smoothly. Scheduling and finding a time that works for both me and my neighbor was so easy.

Hired Will to inspect a leaking roof. He was able to set up an appointment quickly and did a thorough investigation to check damage and review repair options. The crew was able to repair the roof same day and for a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this company.

Will came out to my house to look at a leak. He was very thorough and determined that the flashing on my chimney had been leaking for some time. Based on the roofs condition we both agreed that a replacement was the best course of action. His team was great, they showed up to my house at 7am and were done by 2pm! Also they did a fantastic job cleaning up. I highly recommend Sensible Home Rooing!

They recently did a small roof and skylight installation in my vacation home. Went really well! It's been a smooth transaction from the initial phone call all the way to the end. Never felt like they were pushing for money like other companies. I actually felt like they genuinely cared about my home. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Hoping they can do my siding soon!
