I am in the insurance industry & have referred several our clients to Z Construction. Jay & his team do excellent work & we always hear positive feedback. Highly recommend if you're in need of a renovation or roofing project, these guys are the best.

The rain diverter above the front door was installed improperly. It was meant to be installed under the second row of shingles, but it was installed at a much steeper angle than the manufacturer recommends. In addition, it was not centered on the door. I mentioned this on the day of the roof installation and followed up a few days later to see if it could be fixed. Jonathon responded to my inquiry but never met with me to solve the problem. I felt like I had been ghosted.

Z Construction completed a roof project for me and I was very impressed with their work ethic and timeliness. Jonathan quickly responded to my inquiry, showed up on time and turned around an estimate within a day. I was able to schedule the work quickly which was important to me. They had my roof replaced and the yard completely cleaned up and it only took them half a day. Compared to other contractors I reached out to they were extremely responsive and communicated well. I would highly recommend them to other homeowners and would not hesitate to reach out for my next project.

After 2 years of having contractors blow us off, Z Construction was recommended to us. They returned our phone call, came out for a quote and started when they said they would. They completely transformed our old and outdated bathroom into a work of art!! They work their butt off and it seems like they never take a break. Outstanding work Z Construction!!!

Called these guys to have estimate done for masonry work on my chimney. He said he would be over to check it out on a certain day and he never showed up or even call to let me know he wasn't coming. i tried texting him several times with no response. Nice way to do business.

These guys came on time and did the job efficiently, affordably and cleaned up before they left. What more could I ask for? I'm very pleased and already in cue for another project.

Zubiate’s Enterprise may be a new name you hear however their experience in the industry is far from novice. They provide quality, efficient, and outstanding results. Their work speaks for itself as far as I am concerned. They have transformed a backyard in as little as a summer and we all know how short a summer in Maine can be. The Zubiate family is one I have personally worked closely with and have seen the transformations they are capable of producing.
