Jake Anderson and TJ Lopez were awesome to work with. They were both very responsive, professional, and courteous during the whole process. I hope that it is many years before I need to replace my roof again, but when I do I will call RX Roof! My review of USAA claims service won't be so kind. I filed my claim in April 2024 and it was just closed out on 11/11/24, I attribute the delay to USAA changing claims representatives multiple times and also having representatives that were not experienced.

We were hit by the May 2023 hail storm and had damage to our roof, gutters, a very large fence, a pergola cover, and pool equipment. I ended up working with Greg Anderson and RX Roof and it was the best decision I could have made. RX roof came through our neighborhood door to door after a hailstorm. I usually don’t like door to door sales people, but Evan Cardosa was our sales representative and he did a excellent job. He explained that other neighbors had hail damage and that he would be happy to take a look at our roof. After he checked it out, he said that he was confident that we would qualify for a new roof. Evan showed up for our insurance inspection and pointed out damage that the insurance company adjuster did not see. Imagine that, the insurance company didn’t think that we had enough hail damage for a full replacement. But Evan jumped up on the roof and pointed out enough damage that the adjuster changed his mind and approved the whole roof. Evan also did a very thorough inspection of the rest of our property to make sure that we received all of the money that we could from other damage (gutters, window screens, garage doors, ect). Communication was great throughout the entire process. Evan was always prompt getting back to me if I had any questions. The job was completed on time on the date promised and I don’t have any complaints. I would recommend RX roof and especially Evan Cardosa.

Dustin and the RX Roof team did an amazing job for us after a recent hail storm hit two homes we own. Evan Cardosa with RX Roof did my roof inspection and was very thorough. I’ve been in construction for many years rebuilding burned houses and have always expected and demanded quality work from all of my subcontractors. I knew my 30 year roof was in bad condition, but I also knew that it was 17 years old. I thought that I would be paying well over half for a new roof when you factor in the depreciation.
Evan spent as much time as I had questions for him to explain his findings. He was very aware of my insurance company’s policies and procedures which was very helpful as we went through the process. He and I contacted my insurance agent together and subsequently he helped me file my insurance claim. Evan’s work was so complete that everything went through without any problems.
The job was scheduled and was started on time and was finished in one day with no issues. The crew did a great job and was very professional. When they were finished they cleaned up all around my house and you couldn’t tell that they were even there. Roof and gutters were replaced in 2020, and Ashco couldn't have provided a better experience throughout. They were patient, detailed, and punctual with their work. Predatory post-storm door-to-door solicitors that do not respect No Soliciting signs. Used the ol' "I spoke with your neighbor and I can also give you a free inspection" line, which I verified was a lie after speaking with my neighbor. Very pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer. If you are based in Carrollton, which is an area heavily affected by recent storms, you'd have plenty of business in that area without having to solicit and use scare tactics 20 miles away in an area that was not affected. So many vague, generic 5 star ratings here.

We worked with Dustin on replacing our roof after hail damage. As first time homeowners we didn’t really know what the process would be with our insurance. I'm officially a repeat customer of Ashco Exteriors. This is the second roofing project I've completed with them, and would recommend 10/10.

It was as painless as a roof replacement could possibly be. Bonnie and Tim came by, and explained the process to me. They explained how they have a presence here in DFW and not storm chasers. Their contract and quality guarantees inspire confidence. They called my insurance for me and began the claims process. As someone who hates dealing with insurance companies, this was huge. Bonnie and Tim kept me updated the whole way, and I only had to field 1 call from the insurance, and that was to set up an appt for their field adjuster to come. Bonnie and Tim met with the adjuster and I didn't even have to be present. Furthermore, they handled the insurance when it came time for the 2nd half of the project's check, and then again for check #3 when unforeseen damages came up during the build.

Apparently my old roof was pretty basic. They upgraded me to a roof vent as it was supported by my attic type, at no extra charge. The build itself went quickly and smoothly. They started at 7am and finished by 5pm. Comparatively, my neighbors on my right took 2 days, and across the street took a week!

All in all, it was great workmanship, and even better support.

Charles Sands, who handled my work from the beginning, is very professional. He explained clearly the process, and always on time whenever we met in person. He clearly explained the options and pros/cons. When insurance rejected my claim initially, he worked with insurance inspector and ensured the same inspector accepted the findings which Charles found. My roof got replace for free of cost.
