From the sales rep to the crew installing the new roof everything was done on schedule, professionally, and with no issues.
They provided exactly what we were looking for in our recently renovated backyard.
They always left the area dry and clean after work.

They broke the contract because the process was taking too long and refused to refund what we paid them.
Their backyard and decking division is terrible.
Despite achieving nothing included in the contract, they refused to refund.
There were no updates or communication regarding the delays.
The overall experience was frustrating due to lack of respect for contract terms.

Their roof and gutter division is great, but their backyard and decking division is terrible. They contracted to redo our deck and then broke the contract because the process, which they fully controlled, was taking too long and they refused to refund what we paid them despite them achieving nothing included in the contract.

Finding reliable and dependable company Shaw and I am so that I made the call. The office staff is extremely professional and courteous and always schedule an estimate asap-next day. David always takes his time to conduct his inspection, explains the problem, explains why it is a problem, then tells you how they will repair it. The workers are very experienced and are excellent. They did a flawless replacement of my degraded and damaged soffit and fascia and if I didn’t see them at my home I would have no idea they were there because they cleaned up the whole area. I actually thought my landscapers came. Plus the fact that my home looks so much better was another indication they were there. I highly recommend them. Thank you to the office staff, David, and the contractors of Segelman Shaw!!

One of the best parts of the work working with Everything Backyard was that their team is extremely friendly and treats you with respect. They were always very patient to listen to our requirement, understand our likings and dis-likings, softly suggesting their own suggestions, and giving us a lot of time to discuss our home renovation essentials. They also always arrived on time to our place and they knew what they were doing. In the past, we had tried a lot of other service companies too but none of them hold a special place in our hearts like Everything Backyard.

Now I realize that it makes sense to hire a professional agency who has years of extensive experience in constructing best in class exteriors and providing contracting solutions. We have fallen in love with our recently renovated, rather aesthetically upgraded backyard. We were expecting an impeccable and creative exterior landscaping design from the company, and they provided exactly what we were looking for. We were scared to hire a roof repair company because, in case of improper repair, the look becomes shoddy and utterly disappointing. We wanted perfect roof installation work. But since we got the roofing work done by Everything Backyard, it did not fail to exceed our expectations. They used the best material and technology to complete the work at our place. The workers ensured timely delivery. They always left the area dry and clean after work. They also helped us with some important tips and tricks to keep the roof clean and long-lasting.
