I had my patio and closet doors, and two windows replaced in my living room. Once all the materials came in Unified was able to install the entire job in one day. The installers were polite and professional. They did their jobs in a timely fashion, cleaned up after themselves and removed the old doors and windows. I recommend Unified for you home improvement projects unified is a professional operation

They installed with out a Hitch. I was worried about the bad reviews but the doors and installation came out great.

The patio doors were measured and built within 12 weeks. Installation was perfectly done and we are very happy with the finished product.

I received quotes from a few different companies to replace and reframe four different windows in my house. Unified had by far the best price, and I am very happy with the quality of the windows and the quality of the workmanship. I will definitely be reaching out to Unified for our next home window project. 5 stars.

I’m very happy of the result of my new garage door , the beautiful look and quality. And the project was as the company indicated within 3 hours.

The storm doors are strong. I hope they withstand the harsh winter in Far Rockaway. So far the storm doors is air tight . No debris or bugs entering the bottom of the door like the previous old storm doors. No small tornado/wind forming inside the door when the weather outside is bad. No rain entering the door. I am giving 4 stars, its only be less than a week since the storm doors were installed.

It was great to work with this company. They kept me informed about everything that was happening and answered all my questions, phone calls, and emails. The installers were wonderful as well and very professional. I would recommend and use them again!

I would like to give the Unified team ten stars. They called me an hour after I requested a quote early one day. The entire process was seamless. Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. I will refer them to everyone with window issues!

Working with Unified was easy. They were timely, informative, and did a nice job on installation and cleanup. The most important thing for me was that the windows were cool to the touch in the late afternoon sun, as there was no heat coming from the outside. It was a pleasure to work with Bob.

We replaced our 35 year-old windows and we’re so happy we did! After comparison shopping, I found their prices competitive on quality windows. Tom and Craig were great to work with.

They did exactly what I contracted them for. They where clean and removed the debris. I replaced a basement window and they waterproofed the area and capped the outside with siding. Nicely done job.

I had Unified come to my house to give me an estimate for siding. After we agreed on a number they were quick to schedule me for the following week. From start to finish not anything bad to say, they were GREAT!!! They went out of their way to do the job! Highly recommend!!!!

Possibly the worst experience with any company EVER. Ordered windows in Sept 2021. I was understanding of supply problems due to pandemic. Called in Jan 2022 and was told Feb. Called Feb and was told April. I sighed that it might be time to call the Better Business Bureau since I had already paid in full. It wasn't a threat, just a weary sigh with the girl who answered the phone when she said they might call me back next Monday. I got a call next morning with my installation date and they did come and began installing. The final insult was that the original measurement for the bathroom window was incorrect, and they will have to come back in a couple of weeks. If it is ever resolved feel free to call again

Everything was great. From getting in touch with the office and confirming appointments. The guy who came to measure for the window installment was a pleasure to work with. The guy who installed the windows was great also. Very pleasant to deal with and cleaned up everything.

I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for unified completely forgetting about my install. I was warned during the purchase of the windows that it could take a couple months for them to receive the product for my install. 4 months later I called them for an update and they gave an install date immediately which tells me they forgot and had I not called them I would most likely still be waiting. The installation went smoothly and the installers were professional and informative. If you’re using them, expect to be forgotten, do your due diligence and keep on top of them. I brought a new garage door and remote control from them which they installed. It looks beautiful and it’s of great quality. Great work by an experienced professional

Seem like their limited selection siding offer is not what thought would be able to see what type siding quality with foam backing, finish surfaces of siding clearly explained, overall information is substandard. Plus, says materials will take 8 to 12 weeks still ask 1/3rd down balance on completing siding, soffit, fascia did not mentioned gutter replaced so there are many open ended questions that may create confusion finalizing agreement. Other companies offer no money down, until install completed. Still appreciate their coming but will review other companies learn about what they offer, what colors they have as well and whether they make materials or have to wait. Seems to deposit and wait for materials before installation is a bit more than what had imagined.

Absolute poor workmanship bad quality even the inspectors were not good. It took several times to have most issues fixed still have not resolved them all .you go round n round with this company no one wants to say there are issues. they should own up to problems n just fix them

Unified installed a damaged front door. I did not see the dent until a few minutes after the installer left. It took the installer 5 hours to install the door and he must have seen the damage but he said nothing about it.. It took a month for the company to agree to replace the door and at this writing, seven weeks after installation, I am still waiting for a damage-free door,
I dealt with Vish in the office and he specializes in lecturing customers who are dissatisfied with Unified’s poor work and products.
This issue is compounded by the fact that two days before the door installation , the original installer was rude and I asked him to leave.
Don’t even think of using Unified.
