New roof installation. Very pleased with the results. Would recommend this company. My initial contact for this project was John L. He was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and accommodating. Before and during the roof installation process the company was diligently answering all communications, phone and email. The project started on schedule and took two and a half business days to complete. If I had any recommendation for them, it would be to reduce the completion time, but this was not a big deal because never was my roof left exposed during this process. They completed the work in sections. The crew arrived on time and was very professional. A dumpster was placed in my driveway and tarp was placed all around the work area to catch debris. After the job was completed, there were no signs of any debris left around the property, everything was clean. There were no signs of property damage either. I was very pleased with the final results. I inspected the roof searching for misaligned or overhanging shingles, but couldn’t find any issue, which is great. The roof looks fantastic. There were severe rains a couple of days ago, and I did a thorough inspection of my attic scanning for leaks, but none was found. Their prices were higher than some other contractors in my area, but none of the other contractors seemed to generate the same level of trust and confidence that I got from Segelman Shaw. I will hire them for any future roof commission.

It was a good decision to hire the services of Everything Backyard. They are some of the best roofing professionals. They are so adept in their work that they took very little time to complete the work at our place. They used high-quality materials so that the completed work can stand apart. They understand that roofing is hazardous work. This is why the many nails on each roof install. They make safety a top priority. The workers in their team are focused and dedicated to their work. They also ensure that all guidelines are followed.

I hired this company for a gutter cleaning and asked for a quote for a siding replacement. The guys stuck a leaf blower into the gutters for a few seconds each and were done with the entire house in less than 10 minutes.
The gutters were flooding the very next rain. No surprise there.

The serviceman told me he needed to cut a small piece of siding off to take back to try to match. We discussed the size and a discreet location, and later I discovered that he took a square-foot sized piece out of the side of the house right at eye level nowhere near where we discussed.

They never got back to me about the quote and the response I received from the damage to my house was “I’ll look into it” and nothing more.

Unbelievable. Please move on, this is not a professional or reliable place.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! They gave me 2 years warranty but useless! They do not even respond if you call to use your warranty. Does not matter 1 day or 20 years warranty, it is just useless as soon as they get your money they won't do anything anymore. I have been calling them since Monday to get them to come over and fix the problem which is under warranty, but no response yet. I will write to the BBB about this company, maybe they will answer them.
Blackmail you on your useless warranty??? Funny! Just try to do your job and honor your warranty, I already complaint to the BBB.

Website states open 24 hours. Called numerous times early afternoon and no answer. No answering service either. Went back to the website and sent a text through the website. Someone responded back. Asked me what I needed then responded that they do not do gutter cleaning in my area ( I did not request gutter cleaning, was looking for gutter replacement and possible roof replacement). Representative was not listening to what I needed. I found it odd that they do not service customers that are only 8 miles away. Ended up calling another company and speaking to someone that was able to schedule an appointment.

Highly recommend! They were on time they did a fantastic job on my home and they left the work area very clean. I definitely would only use segelman shaw roofing for any of my exterior work.
